Emerald City Window Tinting did a great job on my car windows for a fair price. They explained their different tint offerings and their pros and cons without any pushy sales tactics. I certainly recommend checking them out! I plan on bringing my future vehicles to this location.

Emerald City Window Tinting did a great job installing some UV film on our kitchen windows to help reduce the heat we were getting from the winter sun without sacrificing the much-appreciated natural light. The whole interaction with them was smooth and easy over email -- they gave a quote with a couple of options and answered any questions we had. They fit us in quickly coming over on a Sunday afternoon and applying the film precisely & professionally. The techs were super nice & masked up per request (we care for a vulnerable person so take some extra precautions) and were done in no time. The film looks fantastic and so far is doing exactly what we wanted it to. All our interactions with them have been pleasant and they've done a great job. We did a tenant improvement on a commercial space and needed several windows and a door tinted for privacy. I spoke with Tim and he got me on their schedule right away and we were able to get the job turned around in 48 hours. I was looking for UV protection for my vehicle and liked the reviews here, so I contacted them. What a fantastic experience! Jenny quoted me a price that was fair and didn't try to oversell me for more than I actually needed. I asked them to install an after-market light film cover and they did that for a nominal charge as well. They were incredibly flexible with the logistics and made the experience easy. I love the look of the car and am comfortable knowing I am protected from UV (I basically burn if I hear the word "sun"). Professional, fair, explained everything in detail, and did a fantastic job. Did a google search and Emerald City Window Tinting came up. Read the reviews and called and were able to give me a quote over the phone based on my make and model. They were able to get me in in two days which was great. They were super friendly when I arrived and helped me pick out the perfect tint. Work was done early and the car looks great. Highly recommend them!

Took my truck here to tint all the windows. I wasn't sure what percent tint to get and the staff there walked me through everything. They showed me all of the various tints possible, discussed pros and cons, and gave me all the data I needed to make an informed decision. I am very happy with the results and would go back for more work in the future

Jenny was terrific to work with and very knowledgeable. She patiently talked through the different products and answers any questions we had. She helped guide us on how best to match existing factory tint (which we were trying to do) which was very helpful. Easy to communicate with, very timely.Update after 2 months: (adding picture) I went for a matching front tint to rear factory tint. Jenny and Tim were wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them. I was installing security film on a commercial building with two tenants not fluent in English, who had two distinct businesses. Tim is to be commended for his simple explanations about the film choices, effectiveness of the different choices, and his suggestions the tenants should consider to "harden" their spaces against intruders. Tim was honest and open about both the pros and cons of the various choices available - something the other companies I interviewed were not so willing to do. Thank you, Tim and Jenny, for your company, your ethics, and your understanding of each clients needs!

Without a doubt this was great service and quality was awesome. They were outstanding at scheduling my vehicles..Yes not one but two. (Dodge Dart 2013) and (2019 Crosstrek) looked great once they were done. They were done on time and dropping it off was easy. They spoke to me what they believed worked best and their prices were awesome. Definitely will return with next new car I buy in the future. Heck they even called me the prior day to confirm what was being done to the vehicles. Very happy customer. Dodge Dart 5% on rear windows and passenger doors with 15% on driver and passenger front door. - 2019 Crosstrek 20% all around and 5% sunroof. Even though it was 20% all around, the rear window and rear doors already had some tint so the 20% looks more like 5-10%. Chose the Nano for this vehicle due to being nicer and planning on keeping it more years.

I was looking for a hood tint shop cause I had lots of problems in the past with tints. Then I found them. Jenny showed me every tint and legal tints and how they affect me with vision and etc. I haven t had anyone give me so much information for tints before. They finished my car faster than I thought and they did a amazing job! Definitely recommend for anyone who needs tint. (Btw to get there the road is confusing, if it says take terminal 18 and there are two lanes, stay in the left lane to do a u-turn. Emerald City did an excellent job on the tint for my commuter car. Very pro job - I can't tell the difference between this and a factory job. It's that good. Perfect fit/lines. I'm very happy their work, and I would return here again should I tint a car in the future.

Incredible work by emerald city window tinting. Jenny was super friendly and walked me through all my tint options. I decided to go with expel xr plus over the more expensive 3m crystalline option because the crystalline has a hue I didn't like compared to the expel tint. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time that I have used Emerald City for tinting car windows. If you re shopping around you can stop- they are the best in the business. Results are flawless and have stood up with 0 issues. Jennifer is the kind of contact person that I wish I could find for my business, and she worked around my schedule to get it in and done quick. I have used this company several times over the years. Each time they do an amazing job, and I always call them back for more work.I own a commercial facility, a marijuana retail store, and we have had severe problems with break-ins. Installing bars, or a rollup gate, is not practical or cost-effective for us. We chose to reinforce our windows with security film so we could have better security for our facility.Tim is a craftsman at his trade. From what I can see, there is definitely some artistry involved. Tim is a master. Every time the film is on perfect. And it does a good job of stopping intruders from Breaking through a window. Tim also went above and beyond our request and reinforced the edges with silicone so that the entire pane could not be punched through. The end result is a significant enhancement to our buildings security.I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm sure they're great for automotive. And most definitely in applying security film to reinforce windows against break-ins. These guys are great.

This was my first time getting any of my cars tinted I brought in my 2022 Kia K5 and already had in mind what I was looking for before I came in and when I got there had some mixed feelings on what I wanted after seeing all the different tints available, customer service here was above and beyond I was walked through from beginning to end to help me make a good decision of what I wanted. All my questions were answered and I felt when I left I was in good hands. When I picked up my car I was very happy with the color picked and the demos we were shown actually turned out the exact same. I recommend this place and will tell friends and family if needed I will return in the future.

Great experience with Tim and Jenny. They were very responsive with my initial request for various quotes. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I got the window tint (3m color stable). Tim assisted with the decision making with relevant information. The execution was flawless (it s been over a week) and I m very impressed with the quality of the product and the skill of execution. They removed damaged tinting from our windows. It looks great now. They talked me through the options for replacing the tinting and when I decided to leave them clear, there was no pressure or sales job to get more business. These guys are great there s a reason they have these high ratings. I brought my car in and there was a mix up with the day of my appointment but they still made it happen in the time I asked.
