Had a last minute spot open up and Jonathan took care of our Tesla Model Y. I've had my other Tesla tinted and his work speaks for itself. Amazing work and quality. Will definitely bring any future work to him. If your looking for a quality tint, Elite Auto Glass & Tinting is the way to go.

Elite Auto Glass & tinting did a fantastic job on my 2021 Camry TRD told me where to arrive and when to pick it up with breeze and I finally have some privacy thanks to them. I would highly recommend them for all your window and tinting needs have known them for more than 3 years now!

Had a rock crack my front windshield on my Honda Civic. I messaged Jonathan to help assist me with the work. We agreed on a date and time. He got the work done in a timely manner with no issues whatever. 100% recommend the service! will definitely use this service many more times!

Jonathan at Elite has always taken good care of me. Always quick to respond. Fast, friendly and professional service. All of that and reasonably priced. I ve had several windshields done by him and his crew. I m looking forward to checking out this new protective film product that they offer for some makes and models. An initially happy tale turned sour. Had a BMW with a rapidly expanding crack on the windshield from a rock hit. Everyone else was scheduled out anywhere from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. John was able to help us with a windshield replacement in a week, with an OEM BMW windshield (with one caveat described below). They gave me all the info I needed to file for insurance reimbursement.This is where things started to go wrong.There was a very visible scratch in the new windshield that was hidden under one of the tools he used initially. John said he'd replace the windshield, rightfully, under warranty. But, that never happened over the subsequent months. Every other week I'd get a new excuse for why he could not make it (after saying he'd make it early in the morning or some such and I'd keep my entire Saturday's plans aside). Then he'd show up and try to fill in the gouge instead (unsuccessfully) on the odd occasion that he did show up. Almost a year later now, all I have is the exact same windshield with many excuses and absolutely no contact since November 2022. I initially thought he had health issues per a message he sent me back then, but it looks like (from other reviews) he's been out and about getting work done just fine and just ignoring all my attempts to contact him. Terribly disappointed, and I've tried reaching out over both his business and personal lines before coming to the conclusion that I do need to, sadly, write a review.

Johnathon greeted us promptly and made us aware of any challenges that may arrive with an older car. He got to work and install was quick and we were on our way home with a new windshield after he told us how it went and what to do after we left. Thanks for the efficient work and great quality.

Jonathan was incredible to work with. Quick responses and up front about timing and costs.I scheduled to have them for a full window tint on my CR-V. They came to me and it could not have been easier. The windows were tinted in early November and they look amazing; I can't wait to see how they look during the summer time. They did an incredible job and you can tell it was a high quality of work. I highly recommend using Elite Auto!

Jonathan is professional, timely and an all around great person to do business with. I was devastated when my drivers side front window was broken in an attempted break in. Jonathan answered all my questions about replacements and installed a beautiful laminated window in no time and for a great value. My window was broken on Friday and he was able to replace it Sunday morning within an hour. I will be back for tinting in the future and will recommend this business everywhere I go. I could not be more impressed. Thank you so much!

Awesome guy to do the job. He does a fantastic work in such a good time frame. He had me updated through the process (which is always nice since I don t know anything about changing broken windshield) and just made it an easy experience. Would 100% recommend Jonathan to do the job!

We had 3 cars in my family to get all of our windshields replaced by Johnathan and we couldn't be happier with his service!! I don't think I will choose anyone else to replace my windshield if i need go. Might wanna try out his tinting service as well since he loves his job!! I would recommend Johnathan!!

A mechanic friend of mine highly recommended Elite for replacing the cracked windshields in my Solara and MR2. Jonathan and Uziel showed up right on time and couldn't have been nicer. They work very well as a team and had both windshields replaced in a very timely manner using quality materials.

I would like to say the quickness for elite auto glass is amazing and Their service as well. I had someone break into my car and had to get my window replaced before the rain. I was very lucky to have them search for my window w/ tint and replaced the same day! I will for ever use and recommend anyone i know to go to elite auto glass ! Thanks once again!

Great communication. Great product. Great service.I was tinting my son's Jetta for his 18th birthday. They got me in and out like they said. Even ahead of schedule. Great job. Super friendly group. Will be bringing my other vehicle there as well. Highly recommend. One thing... There are two elite auto glass tinting on McLoughlin Blvd. This is the one on 4259 Roeth Road.

Scheduling was very easy, communication was great, the work was done very professionally, social distancing guidelines were followed and masks were worn. The window looks great, you can t tell that it s been replaced. I will definitely use Elite AutoGlass And Tinting if I ever need another window.

I'm really happy Elite Auto glass was able to get me in so quickly. I didn't miss any work. It was a tough job, but Johnathan of Elite returned it back to new and cleaned up everything. The next detail didn't find any leftovers from the job. Anyone who needs auto glass or tint gets sent to Johnathan. His work is pristine! You won't be disappointed!!

Jonathan drove up from Oregon to help me fix my car on New Years Day. Someone in downtown Seattle busted out the window on Christmas and I'd had no luck finding someone to help me as glass was on backorder and most shops were on vacation. Jonathan answered a post I'd made expressing this challenge. So thankful he could help me! It was also about $75 cheaper than the place my insurance had found later in the month.

I had to schedule a late appointment to get my windshield replaced but they got me in same day and they finished up for me pretty quickly and I'm very pleased with their work. would defiantly go back to them in the future.

Started communication with Jonathan around 1230 pm 6/13. I told him I needed to vehicles done. I told him the make and models of the car and truck. Then he said he needed to check to see if they the auto glass. I waited until around 4pm and contacted him again. He said he hadn t heard anything from the auto-glass place and he was going to call if he didn t hear from them. 5pm rolls around and I contact him again, says he s on the phone with them. Around 6pm I ask him again if they had the glass no response called no response. Moral of the story if you have to a mess around with phone tag with this guy use him. He wasted my entire day waiting and waiting. I could have used a different company and got the repairs done today.
