Another auto shop quoted me $4000 in repairs and I brought it to Edwards Automotive for a second opinion. It turned out to be a very simple fix! Bill was so kind and took the time to explain everything to me, was honest and very fair with pricing. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone, just top-notch service!

There is not a more honest, or harder working shop around. Took my VW to Bill over at Edward s where he patiently worked with me over the holiday season to complete a big job for my vehicle. What was initially scheduled to be a multi-day repair ended up being a single day due to Bill working through the evening. Edward s also managed to be the lowest price by several hundred dollars. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. The people are salt of the earth, and their work is top notch.

Decided to get my battery replaced here instead of my dealership s shop due to the outstanding reviews. I was not disappointed with my service! Not only was the staff incredibly kind, they were very descriptive and quick. I even paid less than I was originally quoted! I am not originally from the area and have been looking for a go to place for car repairs. I have now found it! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an auto body shop.

Considering they couldn't accept my van they were kind enough to have it parked for a day as I figured out where to fix my van. Friendly service and awesome staff with professionalism. I recommend not having a transmission out before you see them

Called to get a quote for my car. The guy that answered was very rude and condescending. It didn t feel like he was taking anything I was saying seriously because I m a woman talking about my car. He laughed at me once. And hella mansplained

I moved to Seattle in 2017 thankfully I haven't had any car issues in the last 5 years but this year has been a doozy. After a couple of other shops thankfully I found Edwards Automotive and entrusted them with my repairs.I work for UPS and it being Christmas time I didn't have a lot of spare time and especially didn't have time for a broken car. Bill was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle within 5 days (12/22 -12/27). Great service and great price, if your like me and don't know where to bring your vehicle bring it here they will take care of you !Thank you for all of your help and getting me back on the road!

I had a broken oil pan after running over some nasty road debris. I was able to leave it in the parking lot after having it towed over the weekend and the problem was taken care of by Monday at 2pm just in time for me to make it to my job in time. They also filled up my coolant for me all for a reasonable price with a AAA discount. I was very satisfied with the service.Service: Oil change

I have been going here for almost 4 years now and I am continually pleased with the work done. Bill is lovely to work with and with me being a woman, never makes me feel stupid and always explains things in ways I can understand. Good prices, too.

Bill and the crew are great. We had a sudden car issue at Chick-fil-A - they let us bring my car over right away, diagnosed the problem, called us for authorization to do the work, and had my car back to us before 24 hours went by. Courteous, ASE Gold, honest and awesome people. 10/10 would recommend.

Quality Service and Trustworthy, They have been my "go to" repair shop for 2 years. Bill always goes the extra mile, and is very transparent. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. I've found it can be intimidating getting service from a mechanic being a young woman that knows nothing about cars yet wants to learn and get a fair price. Here I was treated respectfully, given a fair price and good service. The people working here have been working there a long time and know what they are doing.

Bill is a good guy. Didn't charge me for trying to put on a cat guard on my car that didn't work. You can just tell they're in it to do a good job and not just for the money.

George and his crew are top notch. They treat our 3 cars like they were their own. I can't say enough positive things about their integrity and the quality of their work. No fancy waiting room or free coffee, but fair prices for a job well done!

Bill helped me to fix my turn signals, making time in between other appointments and even ordering a part for me and completing the part switch in great time! He was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the diagnostic very clearly. Such a breath of fresh air! Definitely recommend this place to people who want straightforward help with no pressure to spend more than you need to!

Car was acting funny on drive from CA., so I stopped driving, rented a truck and tow bar to get back to WA. Found Edward's Automotive as a recommended site on AAA website, and I could see why. I highly recommend them, and was so nice to have a honest mechanic. I will fully recommend them to friends and family. They will have my business. If I could give 10 stars, they deserve it.

I have been using Edwards Automotive for about 3 years now, and have had a better experience with them than I have had with any other auto maintenance shop.They have integrity, are always very helpful, and always finish their work on-time, or ahead of schedule. They always call to inform me about what they found or what their recommendations are, before doing any work.No doubt I will continue to take my vehicles there!

Edwards did exactly what was needed to fix the problem on my old Explorer. No gimmicks, come-ons or scare tactics. Integrity is hard to find these days. I think I found it here.

This place is fantastic...The other reviews are well deserved and I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional repair shop. From the moment I walked in and spoke to both John and Bill, I knew my vehicle and I were in excellent hands. John has been very courteous and helpful with all my questions and price inquiries. Bill was also very nice and this guy has probably been wrenching on cars before alot of these cars and drivers on the street were even born and it shows. Professional quality, honest reliable work and competitively priced value...thats all anyone can ask for, and this place is one of those unicorns of the auto repair world...Make sure you check them outUpdate 5/2015 - the above review was based on the work they did for my 1987 Ford Ecoline 350 two months ago and I still stand by every word. This review is based on the work they did on my 2000 Mercury Mountaineer. I had them do three major projects (starter, thermostat, and radiator) and once again they did a fantastic job. They fixed my battery cable set up without me asking and now it looks better and performs better and I really appreciated that. I still cannot speak more highly about this place and I am very fortunate to have found them.

Bill and his guys are amazing mechanics they did a great job and their fees weren't as much as what I thought they were be they treated me well they communicated great and they got the job done regardless of how difficult it really was to find parts they made it happen. I will be coming back to him for all my needs on my vehicles.

Local quick fix repair shop, conveniently located. Long time running business with generational clientele may bump you down on the wait list for service. Many amenities and services situated around this shop to keep you moving.

This is one of the few businesses I miss after moving out of Seattle. I was referred to Edwards by my neighbour and was impressed by their honesty and customer focus. On a few occasions, I was talked out of service that was not needed at the time. (I often do my own maintenance and would rate my aptitude well above average re. automotive maintenance and repair. I'm simply not tooled up to do all aspects of maint. & repair on the newer vehicles.)

Extremely rude . I called to get a quote on my 2004 Ford Taurus and he proceed to tell me they don t do ignition coils because it s too Difficult and he doesn t want to deal with it attitude and unprofessional. Do not go here !!

Edwards automotive company is a honest one, they do there job well and bill is a great owner, he's been servicing my Chevy Impala and he's down the road from me, and I'm thankful he helps me, at prices so low I wouldn't expect, honest car mechanic here

This will definitely be my number one choice for any future repairs. Service, the experience and people was excellent and amazing. Not to mention the price is probably unbeatable anywhere else. A+++ highly recommend
