I took my Porsche 997 to these guys to have my Soul exhaust and front and rear sway bars and front and rear drop links and also the Numeric Racing shifter cables installed. They did a fantastic job and I am absolutely satisfied. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you

Very convenient if you live in Magnolia/Ballard/QA, but worth the trip even if you don t. Shop manager is knowledgeable and honest, prices are fair - I go to these guys for all of my service. Excellent shop.

Found this shop while on a bike ride through Ballard. Stopped in to check it out; Matt was helpful and courteous. Will definitely keep these guys in mind when I m ready for my first Porsche.

Dominic and his team are excellent at what they do! They were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and my car is a blast to drive again thanks to them. Will not be going anywhere else!

This is a solid shop. Dom and his team are top notch, fair and friendly to work with. I've taken several of my Porsches here through the years and they are super knowledgable and quick to help. The owner used to race cars professionally and is a great guy.They have controlled car storage as well as sales now which is super convenient esp. if you are in the Ballard or Queen Anne area of Seattle.Services: Electrical, Engine repair, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Battery

I took my car to Dobson Stuttgart because my car had trouble starting one morning and the check engine light went on. They were able to quickly schedule me with an appointment. Dominic, the owner, was very professional on the phone and clearly knew a lot about Porsches. Matt greeted me when I arrived for my appointment and couldn't have been more friendly. They were able to diagnose the problem and were very up front about my options. They let me know that I could replace the part today or let it run its useful life, which could be anywhere from a day to years. I'm frugal, so I didn't replace the part. I really appreciated that they didn't try a scare tactic to pressure me into replacing the part on the spot, like some other mechanics have tried in the past. I highly recommend this place if you want an honest and affordable repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Couldn't recommend enough - Dobson looked after my 2006 base model 997 911 for many years and the service was always impeccable. Dominic is very easy to deal with and knows his Porsches (and was a legit racer back in the day - like Le Mans legit). When the time came to sell the car, Matt took it on consignment and sold it two weeks later for more than I'd paid for it, eight years before.Easy guys to deal with, and they really love the cars. I don't have a Porsche now, but when I inevitably end up back in one then this is where it's getting fixed.Services: Tires, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Bought a 2009 Cayman from out state with PPI. Seeing leak when I filled up the windshield fluid and white smoke when cold start. Dominic was so kind and allowed me to stop by anytime because it may just be loosen pipe and simple check. At the end his team spent about 30 mins on my car and found the "rotten" pipe as well as AOS issue. He didn't charge me for this 30 mins inspection. Thank you Dominic.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Had several fairly small repairs on a used vehicle. All were done efficiently for totally reasonable costs. No upsell and good advice about what was important toasters and what was minor. Would do all services that don t require the dealership here. Jay is a solid manager.

Gerber was strongly recommended to me by a friend and they exceeded my lofty expectations. My Audi is 11 years old and I just needed to have the Check Engine light investigated. Despite my car's low, low value compared to the beautiful new Porsches in the garage, Jay treated me no differently than I'm sure he treats all of his customers who bring far more exciting vehicles in for work. Jay was beyond fair with me and was a huge help...all while remaining very courteous.

I called for a second opinion when a dealership was pushing me on some preventive maintenance. Jay the service manager was incredibly knowledgeable about my 911 Turbo and gave me some great advice despite not even giving them any of my business at the time. Gerber will definitely be getting my business moving forward.

The most phenomenal auto shop I've ever encountered!tl;dr - If you own a performance car, love great customer service, care about the quality of service and cleanliness of a shop and live in the area, you should get all of your auto work done at Gerber.But seriously, I mean it, these guys are everything that I could ever ask for out of a shop:: Friendly, honest, prompt, and they take pride in the incredibly high quality work that they perform.James, the shop's service manager, is stellar! I've never dealt with anyone at an auto shop who provided anywhere close to the level of customer service that he does. If he says he will call you, expect a call; if he gives you a quote, that's what your bill will be. He has helped me out of so many jams it's not even funny -My Boxster would literally be a hunk of rust at a junk yard right now, if it wasn't for his ingenuity!The technicians in this shop work hard, and are meticulous about their craft. It doesn't matter if they are doing an oil change, custom fabrication work, or building the head of a race motor, they take the same level of care and the same attention to detail. I'm also always shocked at how willing they are to talk with you/take you to the car to show and explain exactly what the issue is, and how what their approach to tackling it would be.Side note: This is hands down the cleanest shop I have ever encountered. Somehow they manage to have 6-8 Porsches in an area the size of a 3 car garage, yet everything is immaculate. There aren't your typical piles of scrap parts, grease stains everywhere, etc. They clearly take pride in their shop (I will try to get some pictures the next time I'm there)!Enough rambling, I suppose. If you are in the area, and own any semblance of a performance vehicle, you should take it here! You won't be disappointed!

Brought a neglected 944 with an unknown service history to Gerber and got full services and an inspection completed on the car, and the bill came in under the quoted price for all other workshops I had asked AND under the quoted price we had received from Gerber! Needless to say, I was very pleased and am enjoying the car. The staff are friendly and happy to talk about the cars they are passionate about, Porsches!

Highly recommend Dobson Stuttgart for anybody that owns a Porsche. I pulled my car from the dealership after no work being done after 3 days and I figured I would show up here to see if they could get it in.(thankfully somebody had just cancelled their appt when I pulled up) I was quoted around 6k from Porsche for an exhaust repair and they had me in and out in one hour with the problem resolved for free while I was getting an oil change.Thanks Dominic and staff!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Oil change

Great group of guys. As you know ownership recently change so I was a little hesitant to take my 993 for service. Tell you what. The work was exceptional and the service 5 star. I come from Olympia so I put a lot of trust in them. They shined no doubt.FYI. Had the golden rod, ssk, and master cylinder replaced.Thanks I'll be seeing you again when I need service

The lead tech is excellent, very thorough and knowledgeable. My only concern is there is only one, so if he is not available you probably are not going to get serviced.
