After shopping for a LONG TIME to find the right All Season Tires for my SUV (which has some unique Performance characteristics) I was finally able to fine a Tire / Wheel combo that looked like it would work. It's a bit of a Process doing the Online Order but I got it all in and THEN you can book the Install. Sadly they showed the soonest time as being some weeks out, but I called Discount Tire the next morning and the said "No problem. We'll have your Parts on Monday. How about Tuesday Morning"?Drove up there 9am Tuesday. They checked me in. I walked down to the Breakfast restaurant on the next block and before I was done with my Veggie Omelet their nice little Text app said "Your All Set"!Nice touch... as I was getting in the Car one of the young Employees came up and said some nice things about my Car. Then said "Be sure to come back in 100 miles so we can torque the bolts and make sure everything is looking good". Thank you. I think I'll do that!Was also surprised to see how nice the Tires / Wheels look. My vehicle came STOCK with custom 21" Rims and Low Profile Tires, which look pretty cool. I thought it would look DORKY to go to the 20" Rims / All Season Tires, but it's really not that bad.Great experience at Discount Tire. I'll go back.

I found this discount tire service location to be conveniently located near a shopping plaza so I can do some shopping while waiting for the service. Scheduling an appointment through their website was very easy. However, during peak hours such as lunchtime, there might be a longer-than-usual wait to check in. Nevertheless, the service representative was very friendly and answered many of my questions. I particularly appreciate that they offer free inspections and patching of flat tires. Based on my experience, I would definitely consider using their services again for my next tire replacement or maintenance.

They gave me a time it'd be done by. I came back and they hadn't even started because someone clicked through saying it was done. The best they could offer was to put the car back in at the end of the line.I'm new to the area so this was the easy way, but thankfully I've found the motivation to find a local shop to swap my tires.

Discount Tire at Northgate was amazing! I drove over a nail with one of my snow tires, leaving it completely flat. Discount squeezed me in and fixed the tire for free, plus swapped my snows out for summer tires. Carlos was super helpful. I will be back when I need a new set of snows in the fall!

The store was open early, 8 am, clean and well staffedThe staff are all attentive and very nice and helpful.The staff were also happy! And appreciative of costumers and their thank yous.Great Place ,Good Job.

You will require at least 20 min to get someone on the phone.I ordered a set of tires and was told I would receive an email when they arrived. I had to call to learn that they had already been delivered.I requested that my old tires be placed in the bed of my truck. They were not, and someone had to track them down.When checking in, I informed them that the last shop that had worked on my truck had not put my custom spline key back after they used it to remove my tires. I requested that my spline key be placed back in my truck after the shop used it. I was assured it would be. To my displeasure, it was not. It is floating around their shop somewhere, and I am dreading the 20+ min it will take for me to get someone one the phone, and the inconvenient drive back to the shop, IF they are able to track it down. Till then, If I get a flat, I am out of luck.EDIT: Revising review up to 4 starts from 2. Got my spline key back. They credited me $300 to my account, and refunded me $200 because I found a better deal online after my tires were installed.

Do great work, but I'm not sure the purpose of "appointments". Got new tires yesterday, and the "appointment" was for 345, nobody touched the car until 445. The follow up text claiming appointmens are 30% faster felt like a needle. I've had far better luck simply showing up first thing in the morning.

We've been going to Discount Tire Northgate for many years. The crew is always great - helpful and courteous and professional; they do what they can to assist you. The management/ownership, not so much. On our last 3 visits, there was a 20-30 minute wait just to check in. Today, we had an appointment and the work still took longer than expected - 20 minutes to check in, 1 hour and 15 minutes to mount new tires. If you are going, I'd budget at least 50% more time than what you expect.p.s. Don't call - the staff is so harried that you'll wait a long time and the incessant ringing just adds to the stress.

The service used be great. I came by twice for the free air check and waited 15min each time and workers walked by and just looked at me and kept on walkng. I know it s a free service but I ve spent a lot of money on summer and winter tires at this store might be time to go back go Les Schwab

My 1 star review (I would give 0 if I could) is for the manager and the manager alone of this Discount Tires.I live and work from home within walking distance of this business. I hear the phone ringing from the fourth floor of my apartment building! Fourth! Floor! Windows closed, headphones on. It rings incessantly during business hours, 6 days a week. I hear it from every room in my apartment. There is no respite.When I close my eyes to go to bed, I still hear phantom ringing.I first suspected the source of the noise to be emanating from commercial buildings in closer proximity; managers at 2 businesses confirmed ringing can be heard from throughout their stores and impacting their customer and employee experience.Once the noise source was confirmed from discussing with local businesses, I had a conversation with the empathetic and pleasant manager on duty at Discount Tires. They shared that I was one of several requests that day to decrease the volume of the phone. They informed me that the high phone volume was at request of their manager, despite the insistence of employees that the loud volume would likely not be polite for neighbors.To the manager responsible, unanswered phone calls is a labor allocation problem, not a phone volume problem. Luckily for you, these are not new problems. Below is free business advice to improve current business practices and standing in the neighborhood:1. LISTEN to your employees and take their input seriously. They know the business, they know your customers, and they are the ones delivering value to your in-store customers' experience. They likely all need raises. Leverage their expertise; they want to do well and do right by your customers and can do so if they are taken care of.2. Consider forwarding calls to YOUR cell phone. Perhaps you will be better at fielding timely requests than your employees are (doubtful, but a good learning opportunity to understand the business and an exercise in empathy for you)3. Experiment with increased labor allocation during high call time windows to accommodate employees to flex in-between the back and front of the house to answer customer calls4. Analyze past phone call data at the store level to estimate revenue loss due to unanswered calls. Take this data to your managers as leverage to request approval to hire a secretary or implement an answering service5. Review calls for FAQs that occur by phone. Consider addressing these in bulk by prominently displaying FAQs on your website.Employees at this location are polite, knowledgeable, and eager to meet customer requests.Your quarterly targets are not important enough to warrant disturbing all of your commercial and residential neighbors within a 3 block radius.

I've been coming here for years to get Michelin tires for each of our cars. Just wrapping up another tire installation today. We hit some snags with the customer experience, but they made it right. Great company and people working here. I calmly voiced my concerns with a couple mistakes that have happened ovee my last two visits. Dylan did more than I would have expected to make up for it. Customer service is a dead art at many places we all go to and when you receive great service from people that accept responsibility and go above and beyond to make it right, they deserve your business. Buy your tires here!

Friendly staff and great service. Competitive quotes. Like any car service center you can either drop off and pickup later or wait there till they finish the job. Waiting area has coffee, benches to get work done while in there.

Had the tires I needed in stock and matched Costco price. Fast service too. They mounted a full set in 20 minutes. No nonsense, very busy yet still super helpful and friendly service.

They do a great job and the prices are as good as you ll get without getting used tires. Make sure to order your tires online and get them delivered to the store for install, it s super easy, after you get the email confirming they ve arrived go for a walk in install. Don t bother making an appointment, somehow they always take longer than the walk-ins.

Great friendly service provided by the folks here at discount. They got my wheels all taken care of in less than 24 hours and even offered to rush them prior to end of business. The mount and balance came out perfectly and the price was right! Thanks!

I would give them 5 stars if they would just answer the phone. I had an appointment scheduled at noon today and I showed up and there was no power in the area. Now three hours later, I see online that the powers back on but I have no idea whether I can still get my tires changed out today or not.

Discount has really gone down hill. This store in particular. Something is wrong here. They never have more than one person working inside. If you need a tire they sold you repaired, plan on trying for 2-3 days to get it in Or making an appointment a week out- (hope you didn t need your car) They ll tell you to be there before 1pm for same day but if you show up as early as 10am they ll tell you they can get to it. Even if you do manage to leave your car for a day or more, when you come to pick it up, you ll wait over an hour in line just to get the keys. This place is unlike and other discount tire in the country that I ve been to. My advice. Go to any other one you can find or a different tire shop altogether. This one doesn t have their act together anymore

Nate and his team at Northgate Discount Tire provided the fastest most friendly service! I had a friend recommend going to have my flat tire fixed or changed at Nate's store and he proved to be the best in the business! Really speedy service, Nate recommended a great All Season tire (Continental DWS06 Extreme Contact), and everyone there was very welcoming and personable. If you've got a flat or you're just looking to upgrade go see Nate at Discount Tire Northgate!

Discount tire is great, but this location is overbooked, way too busy, and they left my windows down on the street once. Even with an appointment you should budget 30 minutes of waiting at dropoff and pickup. There's only one guy working the counter with a line out the door.

12 phone calls and several emails to try to schedule an installation, none of them returned. Eventually they canceled the charge on my card without telling me. Never got my tires. Can t believe this company is in business still.

Got a set of Falken Wildpeaks for my Tacoma and this staff was very helpful.Got me a quote in a few minutes, ordered the tires in the morning and they came in that night. Got them installed first thing in the morning and was out of the shop in 1 hour. These guys are great.

It was a worse experience with this location. I made the appointment online a week ago. They called me and told me tire i selected it is not available. I was driving, so I told I will call back changing tire. When I called back after half an hour they said , they cancel my appointment, because the tire i selected was not available. I said ok I will go to Les Schwab. But the associate said he will keep my appointment. But when I came today, after waiting a long time, the manager said I do not have any appointment. I described him all the situation but he did not do anything. I am a very busy man. So i have to wait another week to make another appointment. Very unprofessional manager............

We love discount tire at all the locations we have tried for all our wheel needs, however we need to do a special shout-out to this particular location for going ABOVE and BEYOND for their community and being helpful even outside their scope of job dutiesJust this week my parents got stranded a few businesses away where their car battery died.They were over an hour away from home and when I called discount tire a gentleman name Leon was able to provide assistance and get their car running.This like the old school type of help that speaks volumes and is practically unheard of In todays world.
