I will always take my car to DeGrazia s and will recommend them to anyone who needs an auto shop! My car was involved in a hit and run accident and a friend referred me to their shop. I have never been so thankful. Most shops were at least 6-8 weeks out, just for estimations. I called DeGrazia s the day after the accident- Tony towed my car in 3 days later, ordered the necessary parts and got started on the repair right away. They were finished with the repairs and painting a few days later, and I got my car back less than a week after it arrived at their shop! They communicated every step of the way and I could not be happier with my experience, and the outcome of my car!

Wow! What a refreshing experience. Restores my faith in humanity! After Consulting to the Hospitality Industry for 30 years and coordinating the openings of over a dozen 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts and over 50 restaurants across the country and imbedding a culture of heart filled hospitality and genuine care, I was blown away with my experience at DeGrazia's Autobody. Not only did they do what they said what they would do, and expertly repair the damage to my 2007 Honda CRV sustained in a drive-through car wash, every staff person that I encountered, greeted me with a smile, interacted me with a caring attitude AND the entire staff hustles while they work. Demonstrating to me, that everyone is focused on every customer leaving happy. Great experience. I highly recommend them for repairing your damaged car parts!

Anthony and his dad run an amazing shop. From start to finish I ve never had a morePleasant experience at a shop ever. These guys really know their stuff and do it well. I got to meet most of the workers in the shop and I have to say the DeGrazia s will take care you just as well as they do their own. Thanks again guys!

DeGrazia s is a family run business that has been doing this a long time and for good reason. They went above and beyond in fixing my car s rear windshield, hatch, and bumper. They were honest about the timeline of repairs during a period when liftgates are on shortage and got me in sooner for an estimate than any other auto body shop in Seattle. This was great because it got the process going for ordering parts sooner. They dealt with the insurance company directly to ensure new parts were used and the windshield was calibrated correctly. My repaired car looks brand new thanks to their work. Special thanks to Steve who was very communicative and walked me through the estimate and process of how insurance works. It turns out he has a lot of experience in car insurance / appraisal work so I think that really helped to ensure my the insurance company covered the proper repairs.

DeGrazia's is the body shop you want to work with. Everyone I spoke to was so kind. DeGrazia's was the farthest body shop I visited but I still decided to go with them because of their professionalism and knowledge. I was worried how the repair would turn out because one body shop told me they wouldn't even be able to repair my car. My car came back looking and driving brand new and Steve continues to work with me for my insurance claims. Big shout out to Steve!Service: Body & Trim

Our Toyota Corola was involved in an accident a few months ago. We had severe front end damage to our car. I called around to multiple body shops in Ballard, North Seattle, Lynnwood and the East side. All were booked up for 2-4 months. Fortunately, Steve was able to get our car into the shop for repairs the same week.DeGrazia's basically handled all the insurance work after I gave Steve the insurance claim number. He was extremely helpful and always answered my questions and returned my calls. They did a beautiful repair job and honestly I can't see difference between the factory look and Degrazia's repair. The car looks fantastic, just like new again. We had to wait a few extra days due to repair parts that arrived late. No fault of Degrazia's Autobody.If needed, I will be a repeat customer. Dear Friends and Neighbors,I wanted to provide you with a more detailed account of my recent experience with DeGrazia's Auto Body, Inc. to help you fully understand the issues I encountered and the reasons behind my dissatisfaction. I believe that my review will be beneficial for those considering this auto repair shop.I have been a loyal customer of DeGrazia's Auto Body, Inc. and had previously experienced nothing but excellence. However, my most recent encounter with them has left me deeply disappointed, and I feel it's important to share the specifics of my experience.My journey with DeGrazia's Auto Body, Inc. began when I scheduled an appointment for my car on May 18th. The first available appointment wasn't until June 14th, which I was willing to wait, based on the previous positive experiences. The appointment took around 10 minutes for photos to be taken and an assessment to be evaluated. At that time, the shop submitted the details to my insurance company. Between June 14th and throughout the month of July, there was a significant amount of back-and-forth via email between the shop, my insurance company, and myself. It wasn't until July 28th that my insurance company informed the shop that they wouldn't process supplements until the vehicle was in the shop and torn down. Unfortunately, the earliest the shop could schedule this for me was on July 31st.I dropped off my car on July 31st, expecting that the repairs would finally begin. However, within an hour, I received a call from the shop informing me that they didn't have all the necessary parts for the repairs, despite having known what parts were needed since June 14th. This forced me to go back to the shop to pick up my car and cancel the rental car I had scheduled, creating a considerable inconvenience.The shop informed me that the parts were finally available on September 5th. Subsequently, I dropped off my car once again on September 8th. During the drop-off, the shop asked if I was okay with using OEM parts, and I agreed, provided that aftermarket parts were not available. Regrettably, the shop didn't disclose its policy regarding parts at this time, which they only did after I had incurred significant costs on my behalf.The shop's policy, as clarified later, is to opt for OEM parts when they can't source the necessary aftermarket parts (from their specific vendors, even if other vendors provide the parts), even if insurance won't cover the added cost. It was only on September 21st, several weeks after they had my car, that I was informed about the approximate cost, which had risen from the initial $850-$900 estimate. When I finally picked up my car on October 6th, I was shocked to find the cost had surged from $850 to $1,400, a 60% increase, despite their initial commitment to minimizing costs. They did make a one-time concession of $150, but the fact remains that paying over $1,250 was unacceptable based on their handling of the situation. Had I known the repairs would take over 100 days and cost me $1,250, I would have chosen a different provider.Given these issues and DeGrazia's Auto Body, Inc.'s lack of transparency, I can no longer endorse their services. I strongly urge anyone seeking timely service and financial transparency to explore other auto repair shops in the area.Your trust in a service provider is crucial, and my recent experience with DeGrazia's Auto Body, Inc. has left me profoundly disappointed. I used DeGrazia's to repair some pre-existing damage I discovered shortly after buying a used car. The pricing on the estimate was fair, and the repair was completed within 2 weeks of my initial estimate. DeGrazia just completed a very difficult repair to my car which was damaged when a reckless driver crashed into a traffic light which came down on top of my car. They did a great job identifying the full extent of what needed to be replaced and putting the car back to where you would never know what happened. A lot of the battle, of course, was dealing with the horrible insurance company who was constantly trying to low ball the repairs or get them to do less than was necessary to restore the car. Their folks were excellent in documenting with photos all of the damage and getting authorization and payment to repair the full extent of the damage so that the insurance company finally gave up battling and agreed to it all. Great people and I would highly recommend you take your car to them if you need a repair!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my Jeep here after an accident in June. Every other body shop was booked 2-3 months out, but they were able to get me in within two weeks to look over the car and order the parts, and then another 1-2 weeks after that for them to start the repair. I argued nonstop with insurance about the repair and the parts that they wanted to put on it, but Steve kept me in the loop about everything and he and I agreed that OEM parts were the way to go so he got it done. The work looks factory fresh and the entire process (minus insurance) was easy. This was my first time ever getting into an accident after 15 years of driving and what started as a miserable experience was made better by the crew here. I couldn't be more grateful for the service I received and if I ever find myself in another accident (let's hope I don't), I know where I'm going.

This is a shout out for DeGrazia s Body Shop in Lake City (WA), who evaluated the damaged substructure for my Toyota Prius and reported that it was safe to NOT replace it. I so appreciate their honesty; in my ignorance, I would have replaced it and have been out approximately $1200 more than necessary. Thank you, DeGrazia s, for your integrity and honesty! 5 stars from me.

Super helpful, reasonable price. Trying to get my insurance to talk to them (I'm with USAA) is a bit of a beast, but not their fault at all. Steven helped me, seemed honest and helpful.

Stephen was amazing to work with. Degrazia created a lifelong customer. I got rear ended by a driver who had progressive insurance. It was difficult to find a shop that accepted progressive and had an opening. This was also my first car accident. Steve helped guide me through the entire process.

I went to DeGrazia's for a post collision inspection for insurance adjustment appraisal. These guys are the best! I worked with Steve who was a insurance adjuster in a previous life. His knowledge of the whole post collision process was unparalleled. The last thing you want after an accident is to be questioning the integrity of those you are forced to work with and when working with Steve, I was left feeling well taken care of. He was great at walking m e through the process and setting expectations of what was to come next. I highly recommend working with DeGrazia's for any insurance appraisal needs. I will be taking my car to this shop if ever the need arises in the future. Great work is done in this little shop!

I was involved in a hit & run and it was impossible to find a shop that wasn't at full capacity. Luckily I gave Degrazia's a call and they were able to book me right away. My insurance and the tow truck company had many communication issues but Anthony at Degrazia's gave me no grief and happily worked around the towing issues. Within 2 weeks my bumper was fixed and I was driving my car. If you're looking for great customer service and receiving your car in better condition than before, COME HERE!!**PSA**This shop is definitely gave me family-owned vibes, meaning Ladies no having to worry about dealing with creepy mechanics!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Couldn't be more professional. Everyone working there acted exactly how you would want. They arranged everything with the insurance company, as well as the rental car company. I barely had to lift a finger. I knew exactly how much it was going to cost, so no surprises. They finished the job quickly and the work they did was top notch, and came with a warranty as long as I own the vehicle. There really isn't anything more I could have asked of them. I have had body work done at other shops, and there always seemed to be a hassle. Not here. I'll never go anywhere else.

Cheap repair, took so long over 20 days just to fix a small dent and paint. My front bumper now is so loose and gappy. Will not recommend to anyone.

I don t think I ve ever had better customer service, especially not from an auto-related business. Steve walked me through the process of what they d be doing to fix my car, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond by even setting up a rental car to be ready for me when I dropped off my car for service. They finished my car well within the estimated timeframe they gave me, too. Their employees do quality work, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. DeGrazia has always been helpful for me, in my unfortunate times of need for my car repairs. I have taken my Prius there, on more than one occasion for body damage from collisions more than once from hit and run incidents. They treat you respectfully, keep you up to date with repair work, finding original parts, and have explained every step for things needed to repair. They have an extra loaner car as well for individuals without rentals. They have surpassed my expectations for helping me. Steve has years of experience working with insurance adjusters, and it shows!

Being a busy mom, I did not have time to deal with fixing my vehicle after an accident. The commercial insurance was giving me a hard time, making me feel like I had no option but to put my babies in an unsafe car until they had time to deal with me.One phone call to DeGrazia s and they took care of the whole thing for me. Arranged my rental AND handled the insurance company and let me know my rights.When I showed up they immediately gave me a sense of relief knowing I am in the BEST hands possible. They were kind, explained EVERYTHING, and were so sympathetic to the struggles I was facing. They took equal stake in making sure I was on the road in a safe vehicle and that my babies were protected.I haven t gotten my vehicle back yet, but I feel like they deserved a review just on their character alone . 10/10 recommend that they should be one of your first calls post accident.

I had an extremely good experience at DeGrazia's. Steve helped me from start to finish to get my car repaired and it was stress free on my end. The work they did was above expectation and done in less time than I was originally told. I hope to never need autobody work done again, but if I do they will have my business.

My 13 year old car (original owner, low miles) was rear ended by a distracted driver. The trunk lid, rear bumper and rear bumper cover needed to be replaced. I originally took it to another body shop in coordination with the insurance company. That body shop said they would repair the vehicle even if it was totaled. Once the insurance decided it was totaled, I asked them to repair it and they refused. That s when I called DeGrazia s who saved the day!DeGrazia s did a phenomenal job repairing the car, in less time and for slightly lower cost than what the original body shop quoted me. Save yourself time and stress, call Degrazia s today!

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at De Grazia's. This did not come without frustration/annoyance, because there were other parties to deal with in the process, but the staff at De Grazia's were top notch with explaining everything, providing quick, reliable service, and really going the extra mile with making the collision repair process for me as easy as possible. Everyone at the shop was kind, pleasant, and competent. My car looks great and, more importantly, is safer now because of the repairs. And they washed it! Major props to all the folks at De Grazia's!!

Service was not great. I was quoted $394 and 1-1.5 hrs of repair time. After an hour and a half, they called to tell me they ordered the wrong part so they needed to keep my car overnight. The next morning, after the work was done, they called and said that the new part they installed was over $80 more than what I was originally quoted. The difference in parts was a Smart Key feature, so it was optional, but they didn't tell me that or about any difference in price when we talked the night before. If I had known how much more it would be, I might not have authorized it. As consolation, they only took $6 off my bill. With the extra sales tax on the more costly part, I ended up paying over $84 more than what I was quoted, plus the extra time and inconvenience. Very disappointed in how this was handled. I at least hope the workmanship was good.
