It took 2 months to get my car repaired, they had gotten the wrong part in and they also forgot to put in a part. My dealership noticed loose nuts where they repaired the car and the alignment was off.They hardly ever communicate or update you on anything and you have to call for any of it.Would not recommend

My car got hit May 2023. 6 visits later and a $300 charge due to the incompetence of the manager, my car FINALLY got fixed at a different shop. From May - Aug my car was in this shop and the painter had the audacity to call my husband a perfectionist when he could not paint it properly. We had the same issues 3x over, 2 different painters, and the incompetent manager arguing that a piece of dust was a rock chip without even verifying as we were pointing it out in front of him. They said they replaced my headlight, they didn't. They said they replaced a bracket, they didn't. They mounted my bumper on incorrectly, and broke a bracket, and then had to reorder it. The last straw was when they didn't pop my fog light trim on properly and it flew off while I was driving on a week they convinced us to take the car home. I am hoping the insurance will charge this shop for every single penny that was wasted. $5k of damages, 4 rental cars, 4 months of wasted time, and I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. If you use this shop, please double and triple check your vehicle before you take it home.

Picked my car up after getting some body work done. My two passenger windows don t work anymore and my car door lock doesn t work anymore. When I brought this up to the staff they said Well it s an old car (FYI it s an 06). So if your car is older then 2006 don t expect everything to work after! I truly wish I hadn t got my car fixed at all. I would rather have kept the small dent on my car than not have working windows anymore. Do not use Crash Champions! There are enough and better options out there people.

They cannot be trusted. The staffs are rude and make threads. They did not fix my car but make it worst. When I got home, I found parts in my backseat that belong to other cars. I spent hours with them and insurance and still need to pay out of my pocket. I will highly suggest go somewhere else. They only talk to money not fixing your car!!!!

If your looking for a spotty cheap job that will take 2+ months this is for you! Besides the fact that the work took over 2.5 months (which they Blaine s everyone for except for themselves) when I picked up the car it was scratched on both sides of the car from other cars, car was extremely dusty (when they said they washed it) when I brought up my concerns to them they didn t apologize but made excuses and said we don t detail the car, which I didn t think they did but when you see where the suction cups were on the windows, some liquid white spilt all over the interior and several random parts scattered in the interior I would expect at the very minimum they clean up their own mess please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!Service: Body & Trim

Very negative experience. I dropped my car off and did not hear from the office until my car was ready for pick up 3 weeks later. Received no updates as to what services were being provided or how my car was updated. I called frequently for updates but never once did the office call me. Additionally those who answered the phones were quite rude.

2023- Years later water leaking into trunk exactly where they worked on my Mazda. Also, there is a wind leak on the passenger front side, always was there after their repair and when on the highway cold air rushes in. I looked past it but the leak is wrecking my car. CRASH CHAMPIONS ruined my car! Repairs don't last. Disappointing I had such faith. Not Recommended.Original Review 8 Years ago--Great Work! The whole expierience was a pleasure. My car was hit during a robbery of a fellow co-workers car. The thief stole his car and rammed into my parked car in a panic during the robbery. I have uninsured motorist insurance through progressive and decided to go with their recommended collision repair provider. Which was Seattle Automotive.I brought my car to the shop on a Wednesday and was told it would be completed by the following Thursday. They sent me text message updates of the work almost daily. I received a call on the following Wednesday and was told my car was ready for pick-up.I went in Thursday morning to pick up my vehicle and found that they had done a poor job painting the brand new bumper. I pointed out the problem and asked if it was supposed to be like that. The gentleman helping me told me it was not and that he would talk to a manager (If they were not able to spot the issue through internal Quality Control then there is a real issue). I waited for about 30 minutes until a manager came to speak to me.The manager told me that they would have to redo the entire bumper. He gave me the option of taking my car and bringing it back in for the repair or leaving it and they would be able to fix it more quickly. He promised it would be finished early in the week if I left it. I decided to leave the vehicle.It is Wednesday night. Two weeks after I initially dropped off the vehicle and I finally just got it back. I will say that the vehicle does look good. But my biggest issue is the lack of costumer service. I honestly expected them to offer to pay for a rental. or offer to reduce the amount I paid from my co-pay. but that never happened. The thing that really left a bad taste in my mouth is that when they returned my car the gas was completely empty. Running of fumes empty. My car will track the amount of miles left until empty and it is on 0. Even if they would have spent the $40 it takes to fill my tank I would have felt like I was taken care of.In summary. It took them two tries and two weeks to get the job done. The vehicle looks good. But if you are someone who values customer care I would suggest looking somewhere else.

After sending my vehicle for repair I came across some really negative reviews and was expecting the worst. But since my insurance was paying for it I figured it was worth the risk. To my surprise this place turned out to be top notch and I didn't have any issues with the staff, quality of repairs and vehicle condition. My car is a tricky color and it was matched perfectly. Everyone went above and beyond. Very happy with the repair and will go there again if life's unfortunate events will bring me there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've taken a car here for repairs before and had a positive experience. My recent experience was really disappointing: lots of mistakes, inefficiencies and really bad customer service. Here are the facts:On 8/22, I dropped my car off at the scheduled time (8am): I waited at least 25 minutes because they scheduled at least 8 other people at the same time. I had to fill out paperwork again because they lost my paperwork from the previous week. Other inefficiencies include: repeating information to me, asking me for the same information, forgetting to ask me for my keys, and this: emailing me at 6:38pm for permission to proceed as repairs would cost ~$200 more than the estimate. I agreed and was told they would resume working on my car the next afternoon. This prolonged the timeline and the duration of the rental car resulting in more expenses and inconvenience.On 8/26, they called and said my car was "technically done" and I could pick up my car. They explained that the mylar needed to be done still but the vendor couldn't come until Monday. I said I would come pick it up on Monday since it wasn't done especially since they didn't know when the vendor would be there and done. They told me they would call me when it was done and ready to pick up.On 8/29, I left a voicemail at 11:43am asking about the status of my car. No one called me back. I called again at 1:28pm and was told my car was ready. When I arrived, the rep at the front desk couldn't find my file because they misspelled my name on the file. She then discovered the mylar vendor drove off with my car keys, so I had to wait about 20 minutes for him to return. While checking my car, I saw that one part was not repaired as expected. After ~15 minutes and what felt like a car negotiation, I was told they would not charge me for the labor but I would have to pay for the part. I didn't bother to ask how long it would take or how much the part cost, it was clear to me, they were not going to do the right thing: fix the damage to my car without me having to incur more cost.I would have overlooked a few issues but there were so many and the way they treated me proved they don't care about customers. A few of the employees I interacted with were nice but I can't say that about the estimator. I was especially disappointed in the lack of professionalism during the final review of my car.

I had someone kick in both doors on the left side of my car and both side mirrors. Brought my car here, and they continually tried to give me back my car with misaligned doors and body lines (you could just look down the car to tell). They glued old parts on (instead of ordering new ones) and the adhesive was thick enough that there were half cm gaps in panels. They forgot smaller things as well, but I managed to correct them myself.I was returned the car several times throughout the months of work with my interior covered in dust (they left the windows down). All in all, it took around 6 months to repair, a ton of bringing it back in, and a member of their staff physically threatening me because I did not think the work was adequate.I still have my car, and I can see the lines from where they used body filler for the dents. Although it wouldn t likely bother most, it bothers me.If you care about your car returning to the condition it was before an accident as the policy of most insurance companies entails, do not bring your car here. If you re okay with rushed, okay work, it s for you. Cheers.

They had my car for a month and a half but they did a excellent job, told me what needed to be repaired that they didn't do and fixed everything that needed to be done. They are really busy so sometimes they don't answer the phone, don't get discouraged, you're better off waiting for them to call because when they call they usually give you an update of what is going on.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Their mechanic has no clue what he's doing. Their staff and estimators are unresponsive, rude, and inept. I had matte paint. A Mercedes color. They are right next door. It took them 3 mo to get me in (never answering the phone) and after they kept my car for 3 weeks, they did they didn't know how to paint it. Because I was on limited time, I said fix and will paint elsewhere. They left off a part and didn't fix the collision assist under the front bumper that replaced. All has to redone. Gal in the front is extremely rude and the estimator for progressive insurance is totally ineptService: Body & Trim

I am barely giving three stars because they did do a decent job however they did not finish the job. I got a window replaced ,with no tent put back on it and they didn't fix my glove box which was broken during the process of my car getting vandalized. So dissatisfied, they didn't even give me a detail on the car before picking it up.However they get an extra two-star because a nice girl at the front desk she's pretty ,and nice.

Total disappointment! My vehicle was at the shop for a month and a half. Complete date was changed four times and no communication from the shop throughout the process. They used recycled parts, scratches and dings on new paint. All in all is a total disappointment.

I was recommended by my Insurance and they made appt for me, they were really busy when i got there but managed to take care of me right after other 3 people in front of me. My car got done 4 days ahead of schedule but I understand it was a small fender bender.Overall, good communication and polite people to deal with. I also saw this very rude customer yell at the front desk girl but she took it very well and didnt even talk back. I had to come to her after to ask if she was okay but she was very professional. I recently used Seattle Automotive for a minor repair on my 2020 Honda Civic. Overall, it was a great experience, but I had a few issues, which they corrected. The customer service was overall good.The first issue was that they originally told me my car was going to be ready that day when I called to check on it, and it wound up not being ready until the end of the next day. That was a minor inconvenience.Also, when I went to pick the car up, they were in such a rush and everything, which I understand. I looked at the work on the car, and at first, they bumper was not lined up as it should have been. The original person told me, "Well, its just like that," and I said "no, its not. The bumper needs to be completely lined up. After two tries, they lined it up, and they were friendly about it.Overall, it was a good experience with minor inconveniences, which is why I chose four starts instead of five. They did keep me updated on the status, which I appreciated. I recommend them overall.Service: Body & Trim

Great body shop! If I have future body work needed I ll definitely be coming back. This was my first time getting into an accident so I didn t understand how things go but they made the process super easy for me. I was skeptical of some reviews but they were very nice and helpful even though you can tell they are super busy and I m happy to get my car back looking like nothing happened.Service: Body & Trim

Great customer service ! Took pics of repairs needed. I was notified on status of my car as it in the shop for 3 days!Car looks like new. I'm satisfied with the work done on it.The waiting room clean and inviting for customers -- fireplace showroom had cool, antique cars displayed on top of it.Keep up the great work and customer service !!

I recently brought my 2020 Toyota RAV4 for work with my insurance and once I did bring my car in they informed me on how short staff they were but did an amazing job, I did have to comeback for a backordered part but thought it was super convenient that they let me grab my car in the meantime until the additional part came in so my car wasn t just sitting. Front desk girl patience was so polite and made my repair so much less stressful. Overall Seattle automotive is a place I would refer to my family and friends!

Sooooo slow. They need 1.5-2.5 weeks to change a 2 inch cracked fender. It takes 3 hours of labor and maybe 3 days for an amazing company to have done it.These guys won't order parts beforehand so speak up and tell them you'll pay for them to order the parts beforehand and that you'll only bring in your car once they have the parts in their hands because otherwise you'll end up like me getting stuck waiting for so long on a minor cosmetic fix.Service: Body & Trim

Had a couple repairs to my Crosstrek done here after my parked car was hit (twice) during The Great Ice Storm 2022. Everything about the insurance coverage/repairs process was a headache except for the shop--- it took a while (mostly due to waiting for insurance authorization and parts), but Zoey was super helpful with check-ins and had some great tips that helped with the insurance and rental side of things. She was able to move things along as fast as possible despite a very inefficient and confusing process of getting two different insurance companies to authorize/cover different repairs. Thanks Zoey!

I've gone to Seattle Automotive twice for various insurance claims. Both times they've treated my car with the utmost respect, and extended that very same respect to me. My car is a bit lowered, and they have a ramp to get into their bay. I've both seen their workers be extremely careful to not scrape any portion of my car, and they've also allowed me to drive it up the ramp when they don't have someone available. They've done one extremely large job, and another smaller job, both were done expertly, and they made sure to only use the best products they can when fixing the car. At one point someone had broken a wheel of mine, and they were very quick to make sure the correct price was attached to that wheel, so I didn't end up getting screwed out of having to pay for a very expensive aftermarket part. I ve been to them twice because Toyota recommends them, and I ve loved their honesty. Even if it s not the best circumstances, they take measures to make you feel like you re in the loop and reassure you. I got calls from them twice every week about the status of my car, and it was a stress reliever to hear from them. They allow you to inspect the vehicle before you get it back to ensure that it s up to your standards, which is a lovey little touch.

Will never use this company again or refer anyone to them. Had a brand new rear bumper installed, it was misaligned terribly. They did nothing about it. Gabby was my estimator, she was super friendly and efficient. She made sure everything was done on time. I received my car back clean and detailed. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I brought my car in for an estimate of the damage done in an accident. I thought they were fair and thorough in their estimate. They were friendly and helped me work through this incident. I also like how I was treated. I hope I am not in this situation again, but if I am I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I came here with a side door scuff and I thought the paint had been damaged. A staff person was able to buff out the scuff with a rag and some cleaning fluid and a lot of elbow grease. No charge. Every staff person I encountered was friendly, respectful and positive. I would definitely return here again if my car ever needed body work.Service: Painting

Had an accident and insurance recommended this place to have repairs done!!!! It's been OVER 3 months, constant delays over and over and over and over again. Don't expect them to call you about updates either. They have excuse after excuse of why it's delayed and what they say they are working on is not true because my truck tells me when certain items are being worked on. Lies lies lies. Picked it up and it still has plenty of items that aren't done and completed. I would NEVER refer anyone here or recommend this place! Go somewhere else!!!!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim
