I would truly give this place a NEGATIVE rating.Screwed up doing a simple repair job, on our truck and we ended up taking the vehicle to another mechanic to fix what they did.Paid $1,200 as a prepayment for a motor, after the fiasco with the truck we lost all confidence that they could replace the motor and wanted a refund or the motor, this was 5 days after we made the prepayment.Was told they haven t ordered the motor yet but they only refunded $600, basically stole $600.00 from us.Don t EVER do business here!!!

Unless you re latino you are going to be ripped off! I left my truck there and called 2 hrs later and they claimed to have it fixed with no new parts and wanted $400. They charged my Mexican colleague $1000 to replace his whole engine. He recommended I go there since they gave him such a good deal I m not Latino.

The people who work here arent even certified mechanics just a bunch of amateurs... I've literally stood there and watch them do absolutely nothing to my car and still have the guts to charge me and the young guys who work there always look like theyre high off something, I'm surprised theyre still in business and I wouldnt doubt that theyre using this place for money laundering... Super sketchy place

Amazing staff I highly recommend this establishment. The team went above & beyond, when I first arrived I had only went there for new tires.Once they looked at the existing tires, they recommend to have an alignment as well.They showed me what the existing tires looked like, I didn't think about it 2x's they did an amazing job I am extremely satisfied!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! The people who work here are ConMan and thieves! They explicitly told us that they only give good deals to you if you re Mexican and change the prices on us when we had already agreed on a price. They are so rude and disrespectful and I hope nobody ever does business with them again!Service: TiresService: Tires

I've went there for an alignment and the car wasnt even align properly... The younger employee's in there also look like theyre intoxicated and looking for a quick cash grab

Don't come here unless if you want to have people charge you for doing absolutely nothing to your car and if they do have anything done to your car they will do it improperly or have it halfway done

Had to go 3x... Third alignment we lost a lower control arm bracket bolt, because he didn't tighten bolts. Told us to come in an hour. We ended up at the junkyard for a new bolt... Returned then was told we had to leave our vehicle for the night so we took our business elsewhere and paid for a second allignment and our stearing wheel was finally straight. Not happy about the overall customer service.

These guys are my go to. They are friendly, efficient and have fair prices. They have fixed our cars time and time again. They are quick to diagnose and always give a reasonable time frame for labor.

Horrid customer service, I felt threatened and unsafe after I went back to check on an issue that happened immediately after leaving their shop. Went for an alignment, after I left my turn signal didn't work. Turned right around to see if they had moved something under the steering wheel cover. When I asked the owner, he told me to "inform yourself on how things work". He claimed that though they had just done and alignment, they hadn't touched the steering wheel, except up and down. I have been in the automotive business for 20 years and have used alignment machines before, there fore have done alignments and yes you move the steering wheel as needed. Personally as a woman I didn't feel safe and I felt threatened, after I got in the car he mumbled something. Now that I am home and checking stuff out, the turn signal switch is cracked, meaning someone broke it I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't intentional, but there is no excuse for the way I was treated. I am never coming back to that place.

If you go to this place you should do your research, I once took my VolkswagenJettaa for a reverse transmission issue and they quoted me for the transmission engine and while handing over the car after working on it and insisted on getting a transmission computer and guess what the new transmission didn't work for 24 hours. I got back to them asking why and they kept the car for few more weeks and a second transmission replacement it still won't work and finally gave me the computer model number which I managed to get on eBay for as cheap as $80 which fixed my transmission issue. And on the whole to get this fixed they frauded me for around $4000 which should have been 350(they claim forlabourr) +80 = $430. I am writing this review now because i passed by the area a couple days ago and the same people work there so be careful on what you say..... Also, langauge translation could be a problem FYI

I recently took my vehicle to change out my tires and they stripped all the bolts on my two back tires now it's hard to change the breaks. I went back in to tell them about their bolts that they put on my vehicle and he says it's not their fault and wants to charge me $120 to take the bolts off that they put on. It shouldn't have to come out of my pocket for their mistake.

Very fast friendly service. They went to where my car was and changed my tires right where it was parked. Also, it was on a Sunday. Best service I've ever had from an auto service.
