Good guys, been going to this place for almost two decades! - Family trusted.Most of the guys know me by name, and I ve always been taken care of.On the rare occasion that something happens, they always have my back and are able to help.I ve done some special things with my car thanks to their help. They deemed it the War Wagon back in high school when I got it lifted and ever since it stuck.Very honest people and they love classic cars. They do mostly everything but keep in mind, not custom work. They have some good connections.

Wonderful mechanic, cannot recommend them highly enough. These guys have gotten me out of a few sticky situations in record time. Polite, professional staff. Kelly s knowledge of cars is encyclopedic. Prices are very reasonable for quality of work performed.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a new set of tires fitted at Courtesy Tire. I can't express enough how impressed I am with the outstanding customer service I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure not only a seamless tire replacement but also took the time to address all my concerns and questions. The efficiency, professionalism, and friendly demeanor of the team made the entire experience a breeze. I highly recommend Courtesy Tire for their top-notch service and customer care.

Since moving to West Seattle, I've been into the shop twice - and shopped for other quotes based on their diagnostics twice. And twice, Courtesy Tire has not only been the best option, but have gone above and beyond.Most recent experience, I had a badly deteriorated tie rod. Not only did they get it done same day for way less than I expected for a steering/suspension problem to do, but recognizing the uneven wear that the jostling had done to my tires, they did a full rotation, balancing and alignment as part of the service - without me asking, and without charging.Did this cost them a ton of extra labor time? Probably not. Did it make a huge difference in my day and drive going forward? Yes. And that's how they have earned my business for as long as I am down the street.A+ mechanic service, knowledgeable, communicative, and truly caring not just for the car but for the customer.

My daughter and I met for a two-day weekend in Seattle. Shortly after our reunion, we rolled into Courtesy Tire near closing time on a Saturday with her old car and its overheating engine. I was concerned that she wouldn't be able to drive it back to Bellingham early Monday. Tim, the owner of Courtesy Tire, is a family guy; he said he'd do his best. Tim spent over 30 minutes checking the car, finding and fixing the issue; then, he sent us on our way... at no cost. This is the auto shop that will restore your faith in humanity. I ve been a customer for the last year and half and I will be for as long as I m within driving distance! Every single person behind the counter and in the garage has been super respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful each time I ve been in. I have a 21 year old car and these guys always take an educational approach to help me make the most informed decision in my investment. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I m so glad that they are around to serve the West Seattle community!

Tim Lubic and the team @ Courtesy Tire hands down provide the best car service in Seattle. Both times I've had to bring my car in, they've picked up the ball and ran with it all the way through completion with professionalism and expediency. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.

Went in for a tire rotation. Was told I had to make an appointment for a week later. Came back a week later at my appointment time and was told it would take 5-6 hours to complete the rotation, as they only had one tire guy ! Completely ridiculous for a tire shop.

They have been my "go to" guys since I moved back to Seattle over 10 years ago. Always communicating when best to get my car in and when to expect it ready for pick up. My car had a flat tire so I was towed to this shop on 12/07/2020. The people at the shop were friendly enough and they said I should buy new front tires which I agreed. They said it will take a couple of hours but when I got there two hours later my car was still at the same spot. They said it will be another 20/30 mins and I was okay with it. I waited nearby so I waited and I took my car and drive off due to the fact that I was an hour from home. On my way home I realised my tire PSI was not balanced attached there is a photo. I called the shop while driving and reported the same, the guy was no longer friendly at this moment and the money was already in the bank 235.85 so goodbye customer. Despite him knowing I lived far and my car just broke down, he was telling me to take the car back for adjustment, maybe their machine doesn't work, they haven't had such a complain again, they must have put the air based on my car, the tire got hot and so many excuses. I expressed how disappointed I was because they even interfered with my back tires and that was not the problem.My disappointment is this is a tire shop and they should makes sure after 235.85 the tires are up to par and not do a mediocre job and expect that they are dealing with stupid and not someone who knows what they want.I'm not saying avoid this shop I'm putting this review for them to improve on after service.

I had a great experience working with Kelly to get a new set of tires and an alignment. He took the time to talk to me about my goals and expectations, and gave me some helpful advice to save money in the long run even if that meant going to different shop to have some work done. It's clear that he and the rest of the team are motivated to treat customers well and be a part of the community. Thanks for the great service, and I will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and neighbors

The tire price is fair, but installation is $200 more than it should be, and they gave me the wrong tires. I suppose I should have verified myself (I guess?), but luckily a nearby used tire shop installed them anyway, because I got a pair, so it doesn't really matter that much. I'll buy my tires somewhere else next time though. Attention to detail matters, and I don't have time to make that right, although I'm sure they would have. Nice enough place, but I can't recommend them.

Was able to get my car in right away after getting a flat tire on the freeway. They were able to get my tires replaced and back on the road within hours compared to having to wait multiple days for other shops. Friendly and fast and got the job done

NO matter which of the CT pros you talk with when you enter their shop, rest assured you'll be talking with someone who knows his stuff. They guys are smart and NICE! A great combo, plus they do good work!

Great service, but beware of leaving your vehicle for after-hours pick up.They close at 6pm. and by 6:50, my truck was stolen based on security cameras. I wish they monitored their cameras or had a more secured lot.

Long time customer - Highly recommend. Best auto shop in Seattle. Very trustworthy, honest and service orientated. The entire staff are great and the only place I would consider taking my vehicles too.

I was in a tough spot when the transmission gave out in my 2005 vehicle. I took the car to the shop based on some online research and was not disappointed! They made sure to keep me informed throughout the process, and were thorough on figuring out the issue. While I did not end up getting the vehicle repaired, I have no doubts it would have been done well. On top of all this, I paid an INCREDIBLY low amount for the labor required to identify the issue and couldn't be more thankful. Thank you Courtesy Tire!

I'm not one to write reviews but had an amazing first time experience at this place. They were super fast and efficient with an oil change and made a comment that my battery was in dire need of replacement (I knew this but we thought we'd replace it at home). When we were unable to do it - they snuck us in same day and did the battery before EOD. Appreciate Tim and Kelly!!Services: Battery, Oil change

Excellent service. My new Audi's tire blew a week after purchase. Tim helped me make a decision about what to replace it with, even offering to measure the tread so I could consider replacing just the one tire. No up-selling, no price gouging. They did a great job diagnosing and repairing my CR-V, where the AC would cut out intermittently but only when hot. Work was done quickly, appointment scheduling was painless and their estimates were spot on. I love this place! It's the only mechanic I go to since moving to Seattle 8 yrs ago because they are fair, friendly, and caring. As a woman, it's often a demoralizing experience to go to a mechanic but I have to say Courtesy Tire is the only mechanic I've ever been to that didn't hit on me, overcharge me, or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. They will treat you like family every time, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!!

I've been getting my car serviced here for several years. I am consistently impressed with how they run their business.What sticks out most is that they never upsell and they have very clear explanations of what a problem is/why a service might be necessary. The quality of their work and their communication is also great.Their prices are very reasonable (and I've shopped around for oil changes and tires). I've recommended Courtesy Tire to my parents and friends because they are honest and do good work.(I also posted this review on Yelp).

GREAT GREAT GREAT place to take your car. Reasonable, they don't add stuff you don't need and their staff is super friend. Works with you well. I got a screw in my tire and Courtesy Tire was the closest shop. I m so glad that was the case! Kelly was wonderful to talk to and did a far less expensive repair than was originally quoted - in only about an hour. I don t know anything about cars and I m always worried about being taken advantage of - definitely not the case here! I ll be coming back any time I need auto repairs in the future!Service: Tires
