I return tire because of long wait time during 1. Check-in 20+ minutes, 2. with appointment they assume 1.5 hour but I doubt that, 3. return need supervisor which they take 20 minutes to show up.It's not the employee's fault. I really think Costco are under employment. Also, when I left some employee disturb me and asking if I really change the tire because I park at the tire change spot, I say no because I return the tire, he just run away without saying sorry for disturbing or something.

Jeff and his team are amazing. They really helped me out. I'm a new costco member from December. Not sure how everything works yet but I got a flat tire on Tuesday night. I was stressed trying to get home. I went into costco tire center a half hour before they closed and asked if there's any way they can squeeze me in to help me put on my spare tire. They gladly helped me. I sat and ate food in the food court while they changed my tire out. I got my car back within 15 minutes and they didn't charge me. This was an amazing experience and I have nothing but good things to say about costco and their level of service.

The bad: the parking lot is terrible, the wait is terrible. The good: I had tires replaced here and then brought my vehicle to the Southcenter Costco for rotation. The people at southcenter couldn t get my lug nuts off so they informed me, 1 hour into the appointment, that they couldn t rotate the tires. I took it back to Seattle and they did it no problem and then informed me that the southcenter location is kinda known for sucking. So this place >> southcenter location.

Came on here to make a note about being turned away w a flat tire, specifically about the supervisors complete lack of care. I was told by one employee they have to clean for 90 minutes (they were still open for 45). And then the supervisor said (despite there not being any cats in the bay) that they had a car to work on for the next 90 minutes. I asked what I was supposed to do. He shrugged, callously, and said "uber"There are multiple comments about this exact type of response. Clearly no one at Costco cares.

Ordered tires the exact same size as what s on my car and after waiting weeks for them to arrive and then leaving my car there for an entire day, they didn t install them because they re the wrong size even though I ve had several sets of tires the exact same size on the same rims before.

The worst experience you get at a Costco. If you have an emergency and a flat tyre , you have to beg them early at 10 am and hope that they accept you. There is no space and not enough people working here and the everyone has a very bad attitude compared to the rest of the Costco employees.Because the warranty is only valid here I have to come back but when I can change tyres normally I am gonna go to a different place even if they have higher price

5 stars only because of Sean! When we were turned away at the main counter, we started to change our own tire in the parking lot. Sean came over and supported us through aspects of the tire changing, including tightening the nuts and ensuring we had enough air. THANKFUL FOR SEAN!

I brought in a Costco purchased tire with a leak and left it with Sean. There was an issue beyond the leak, and he went beyond the level of most store managers to assure I was taken care of, frankly, it was an amazing experience. I can say the service and workmanship are fantastic, and yes, the prices are affordable too. Thank you Sean!

The sheer scale of Costco makes getting your car serviced feel very impersonal. However, I have had good experiences with buying tires, getting flats fixed for free (because I bought the tires there), and also with paying to get a flat fixed. The service and workmanship are good, and the prices are affordable.

Long line of us on a Sunday morning without appt, called the day before said to come next day but come early. Instead of telling ua they couldn't help walk ins, they told us the compressors were broken and nobody could get help for the day. We Sat in the parking lot trying to find another tire place. When we left 20 min later, u could see the compressors working just fine. I recommend you take your business to Brunos tires.

Great experience with Costco tires today fixing a slow leak. Customer service was on point. Vehicle was done earlier than quoted. Will continue to only buy tires from Costco.

Got a full set, 4 tires and a spare and the wait time to get them installed is insane. 10 days from order to install with the tires in stock. Unacceptable!, especially when I can go to a competitor and get identical tires same day. They also changed my valve stem tires to that tacky green when I had stock, perfectly fine caps on my tires. Costco please update your protocol for choosing valve stem caps, it s really frustrating to have the aesthetic value of my luxury vehicle go down just for convenience.

The paid service at Costco is 10 times worse than the free service at Discount Tire. I had a flat recently and since I had already gone to Discount tire twice recently for a free flat repair (for a tire that was not bought there) I felt bad and thought I would go to Costco instead. They make you pay for the flat repair upfront and then as I was browsing the aisles after a half hour I got a call from Sean saying they have a problem. So I go to the front desk and the guy comes up and says the previous patches were too close (6 inches apart and close to center) and it was improper and tried to get me to buy a new set of 4 tires. The 3rd one that needed repair was dead center and 10 inches from either of the others. Either they had no idea what they were talking about or were deliberately fudging to get me to buy new tires. As an engineer who does most of my own maintenance I have read the American Tire Manufacturers guidelines front and back and this would be well within those so I tell them I will think about it and let them know. I came home double checked the guidelines and decided to do my own repair or take it to Discount Tire again. Guess what, Discount tire fixed it in 30 minutes with friendly smiling service and the guy who handed me the keys said "It was just a simple puncture" without any prompting and wouldn't take any payment. Slap me if I ever set foot in a Costco tire center again. The whole experience has soured me on Costco in general and of course no refund from Costco.

Got a flat and went to Costco when they opened. I had just replaced all 4 tires due to another flat 2 months prior, so I was expecting an easy warranty repair experience. They said they'll have to replace the whole tire but because of the warranty I only have to pay the installation fee. But they don't have the tire in stock and have to order it in, which will arrive the next day. They won't take the car overnight so I have to drive it back the next day.All in all, not the best experience but tolerable. EXCEPT the tire didn't arrive the next day. I called everyday for six days straight, was put on hold for 30-45 min, and then told that "the tire will be here the next day and we'll give you a call". Finally the last time I called they reordered the tire and it arrived (but still didn't get a call from anyone). After all this wasted time, they could only install the tire if I brought the car in as a walkup appointment and waited 4-5 hours, or booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. After all the Lyfts and Ubers and wasted hours, I probably didn't save any money going through their warranty, so take your money elsewhere!

The tire center was busy as hell on a hot Saturday with wildfire smoke rolling in but they mounted 5 tires quickly and professionally and had me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Give this crew a raise!

I've been here a few times now and I've always had fantastic service here. The guys who here have been incredibly friendly and thorough with their services. I had to get new tires when I got a flat and I was ready to buy a whole new tire due to the amount of damage but they ended up replacing the tire at no charge!! What excellent warranty they have!!Also have gotten a battery here and the price was top notch. I am definitely a fan of this Tire Center and will come here for all my tire needs!

Worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Told one thing then another. Been sitting for 3 hours since 10:15am and just was told not tell 3:30pm will they be able to look at it. This is very poor customer service by all means. If it wasn't in sidewall of tire and under warranty i would definitely gone somewhere else. Last time I will shop COSTCO. Waiting for a store manager let see how many more hours this will take.

Thank you Justin (mgr), Alex (member svcs), Taylor and Sean (tire ctr) for your support in resolving a COSTCO.com online tire order issue such that I was able to have my online-purchased tires installed when ordered.I had visited the tire center, in person, in the afternoon of June 2, to get pricing on a set of 4 tires. The tires were in stock. That evening I called to set up an appointment to purchase and install the tires next morning, June 3. Sean suggested that I order the tires through COSTCO.com and that he would put a hold on the tires for installation in the morning.I ordered the tires, using my credit card, with a COSTCO.com price of $848.43, on the evening of June2. COSTCO.com indicated the tires were not in stock (although in-store they were.)I arrived the next morning, June 3, for a walk-in installation appt. All was going well until the tire service folks said that the card payment was pending in the COSTCO.com system. I called my credit union while speaking with Alex, in member services, to confirm my funds were released to COSTCO. Once confirmed COSTCO.com had the funds - but listed as pending on COSTCO.com - my tire installation was halted. To make a long story much shorter, store manager, Justin, and Alex from member services, worked with me to cancel my online purchase so I could pay for the tires, in-store which ended up being more costly for no other reason than the COSTCO.com pricing failed to include installation but made no mention of that.Bottom line is that the EXCELLENT in-store member support resulted in my tires being re-purchased and installed with no further issues. My COSTCO.com refund is pending.Again, THANK YOU to Justin (mgr), Alex (member svcs), Taylor and Sean (tire ctr) for your support in resolving a COSTCO.com online tire order issue.

I had my first ever flat tire this morning at age 28 in downtown Seattle. Was able to make it to Costco a mile and a half down the road and they got my car fixed and taken care of and under three hours. Customer service was impeccable and overall made a very stressful experience much more taller mobile and easy to deal with

Bought the recommended battery from this location. Not only did they give me the wrong battery, they also sold me one that was dead! I spent more than 2 hours trying to troubleshoot and the sales associates were of no help. I finally brought my old battery (Kirkland Brand) in and they exchanged for the right one. It was extremely hot outside (heat wave) not only was this all completely solvable. Poor service and little knowledge of the products they sell.

The workers are rude and have a horrible attitude. I came 30 minutes before closing to ask of one could twist off one of my caps so I can fill my tire with air.Instead of assisting they made excuses and stated it was corroded without looking at it. A random yet friendly man heard their nonsense and came to help me with his bare hands. The workers should be ashamed of themselves. (Asian male and Hispanic female)

Took my family suv to get my tire sensors replaced. The Tukwila tire center didn't have my sensors in stock so I went with 4th ave even tho I don't live that close, but 4th had my sensors. I requested 5 sensors replaced including the spare. During the service they called to tell me that my lug nuts were not accurate for my wheels. They recommended me replace them due to safety concerns. They went ahead and provided the accurate lug nuts at no cost. And when I went to pick up my car, they refunded me for the 5th sensor because my spare didn't have one. They could have just let it be since I prepaid, but they were honest and refunded me and saved me about $80 including the lug nuts. The guys the helped me were Marcus and Inthalay (sp?) Thanks very much. This is the type of business and support that gains public confidence, and for me and my family to return and spend our hard earned money here.

Had an issue with an install at the Shoreline location so I brought my car here for the repair. They took care of my car quickly and had great customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, dependable service. Thank you Costco Tire Representatives!

A bit pricey because they only had 1 option in stock for the tire I needed. Just over $200 for 1 Bridgestone. But it was an emergency and they were the only place close by that was open on Sunday. Took about an hour and that's with them being kinda busy. It's inside Costco so we just did a little grocery shopping while we waited. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Between the convenience of the website and the helpfulness of the staff at this location, the experience of getting all four tires replaced was excellent.

No more Costco tires for me. I m just tired of the mediocre service. Try Sun Auto on 4th. Much better people and better service.
