Gage, Regina the entire crew & office of this professional organization have treated me and my vehicle with the utmost of care & know how from start to finish. Their professionalism, kindness & commitment to excellence extends even beyond. Classic collision still delivers customer service care enough to stand behind thier work & always make things right.I have had two very minor after repair issues handled by this company with no hassle or stress. I recommend them to anyone needing the services offered by this honest local business.

Everyone I worked with here was fantastic and really communicative, they gave me updates on my car as much as they were able to and showed me pictures of the whole repair process at pickup. They were able to squeeze me in almost 2 months early and finished in half the time they were expected to. Regina and Gage were both extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend this place.

It took quite a while to get in. It's the sign of the times, and they are extremely busy. But they are the nicest, especially Gage, and they do really, really good work. A lot of the same employees that worked for Stetners. If you have ever gone there before, it's the same quality of service.

Overall experience was average. Here are the main reasons:1. Their failure to do the repair work correctly that resulted in my blind spot monitoring malfunctioning. This caused a further 2.5 week delay in getting the car back to me2. They left the front left wheel which was replaced in the boot of my car. One would expect the repair company to dispose of any equipment they replaced.3. The rear seats of the car were visibly dirtier than when i left the car with them. I would have expected that the repair company adequately clean the car before handing it over

Brought my car to Classic Collision for insurance repairs and the team was wonderful to work with. They handled talking with the insurance company paying for the repairs and shared updates with me. The repairs were thorough and detail-oriented where they attended to the mechanics as well as the bodywork. Highly recommend!

Gage was awesome had our F-150 door replaced and some repainting done. He was absolutely amazing with communication and updating throughout the process. He even went above and beyond by waiting 20 minutes after closing time to let me come in and pick up the truck. Thanks Classic Collision for your service and 5 star customer service.Regina who works the front reception desk is also 5/5 stars.I hope to see you again in the future

I'd recommend and would use this shop again. They gave me an accurate estimate up front for the cost and time for an extensive repair on my car. They were very communicative while my car was in the shop, and I am very happy with the work that was performed on my Subaru. It looks fantastic! I went through my insurance company and Classic Collision was super helpful and made it a fairly stress free process.

Gage was great as usual! Appointment availability was reasonable and turnaround time was fast. Appreciate everything that goes on behind the scenes to make a seamless drop off and pickup, with no insurance hassles.

Highly recommend! The quality and customer service of this shop are amazing. They were able to repair my car after it was stolen and recovered with several services needed, including welding the partially cut exhaust, replacing a broken window, replacing all the locks, and interior detailing. Whether handled in house or by an outside provider, everything was of the highest quality and Kathy at the front desk was always super responsive and helpful beyond expectations. When my car was broken into less than 2 weeks after these repairs, she helped track down the discontinued piece of glass from another shop, even though I was no longer working with Classic Collision.Services: Exhaust, Welding

They get ALL the stars!! They did an amazing job for me and my car! I don t normally write reviews, but they deserve all the praise I have to give.So I got into a car accident that left my car essentially unable to drive about a month before graduation. The day after I walk, my family was planning to help me drive home (out of state) so the timing here was super awful. I called around to EVERY shop I could find hoping one could get it in and hopefully have it fixed by the time I needed to leave. Everyone was booked out into late summer. I called this place and they said the earliest they could take it would be a week and a half before I leave. So I asked if it was possible to preorder parts so that it might save time. Instead, Kathy found a way to get my car in almost immediately. Thank goodness, right?Well they got my car in and called me a few days later to tell me some parts were on back order and that since it s about 57 hours of work, they expected to be done with my car two weeks after I was supposed to leave. I ended up speaking with Gage, who I believe was directly working on my car, and explained my situation. He told me he would put my car to the front of the que as soon as the parts came in and try to have it done by the time I leave. I was so grateful they were even going to try, especially considering they probably had to make some adjustments/work on it more to meet the deadline.This shop called me a WEEK before I had to leave and said they d finished it! Assembled, painted, cleaned, and ready to be picked up. I could hardly believe it! Not only did they manage to fit me in to an already packed schedule, but they went above and beyond to make sure I had my car ready for when I needed to move. And my car looks fantastic! They did a great job and even paid attention to small details like paint chips I had on parts that didn t need work.All this to say, I think the people at this shop are amazing. They took care of me so well and got my car looking brand-new! I am so thankful for their help and generosity and will definitely go back to them should I need to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolute best service and quality work. They made my car look just like new. I had a 2012 Chrysler town and country mini van with a pin stripe. Someone hit my passenger door. I was worried about taking the insurance claim, paint match and pin stripe matching. These guys got it done and perfectly. They even cleaned the inside of car! It took a week to get availability but well worth the wait! Thank you again!

I took my car here to have the rear bumper fixed. The staff was great, very friendly, helpful and did a great job. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure they return the car in perfect condition. I will definitely use them again!

The customer service by the front desk person is subpar at best! She is rude and complains about her body of work. Instead of supporting the customer she complains about what is on her plate. It took weeks to get my car in for repair and then when a part was not in, she didn t contact me until very last minute and then pushed out the date for repair far beyond the date the part came in. When I got home and looked closely at the repair there was a large scratch on the back of the hatch which was not there when I dropped it off. Finally when my insurance co waived my deductible and contacted CC she reported that she hadn t heard a thing as if I was giving her false information. I ve asked my insurance carrier to drop this company as a vendor.Service: Body & Trim

It took couple of weeks to schedule an appointment, because they're busy. However, once I dropped off my car, didn't even take a day to get it back. And they were super helpful and courteous the whole time, and on top of that, my car looks brand new again.

We have been coming to the auto body shop at this location for about 30 years. The current owner kept the same staff when she took over the business from her brother. I see the same quality, customer service and professionalism that brought us to them the first time.

Do not recommend. After 4 attempts to repair and paint a Subaru Forester bumper and rear body panels I gave up and took the work to a shop in Ballard I'd used previously.I'd posted a review in the past, that's been taken down, with details about the awful, drawn out process and lumpy, orange-peel paint Stetner provided. At no time were they abusive, but they were incapable of providing work that satisfied me, and when I showed it to other shops I was told it was amateurish at best.

Best experience I've ever had for car service/repair. Professional. Highly quality repair, done quickly. Good communication. Coordinated seamlessly with my insurance company. They even vacuumed and waxed the car! 10/10.

First and foremost. The the man that appraised my car was extremely professional and concise. He completed the appraisal in a timely manner. I had my car appraised at another shop. I am not saying the other shop was bad as everyone estimates differently. I just know Stetner came in 1,000.00 dollars less. The work will be done soon, and I am looking forward to it.

Their customer service and assurance of quality is a rare find! They did a great job on our Subaru and when we were in an accident we waited for their availability rather than use another shop because we knew we could count on their service. We will use them every time.

Excellent quality. The work done by Stetner is very impressive. The shop might not look like much from the outside, but they do an amazing job. I will only trust Stetner with my truck. Excellent communication and professional customer service. Thank you for the great work.

You got to love the ones that are willing to go the extra mile. This shop makes it a rule. Tucked behind the Fred Meyers on Lake City Way. Staff walks and talks you through the process, makes you feel welcome, and follows through on their word. Some things are timeless, you got to keep it classic.

HORRIBLE experience...If I could give -1 star I would. I was hit by a drunk driver on the driver side, impacting the driver wheel and bending it inward. I was referred to these people by a family friend, and proceeded to have them hose my Insurance company and do an incomplete repair.Price quote to my Insurance company jumped 3 times, the last of which had to be approved by management because it was above their normal limit of repairs, of which they only approved the repair because my vehicle was in such excellent condition, with such low miles.Final price paid out to Stetner from my Insurance was Over $3200...And included a grocery list of Junkyard and recycled parts purchased for dirt cheap. What didn't they replace? The tire, strut, wheel bearing or control/support arm. After test driving the vehicle, I informed them that something was still not correct, as there was a definitive vibration and humming, clearly rotational noise once I hit 40 mph. I stated that my vehicle had never done this, and they had something else to fix. After test driving it 4 days later after they "did a thorough inspection and test drive and didn't feel anything." I show up, do the test drive and NOTHING has changed. they claim that they can't tell anything is wrong, and that clearly the vehicle always did this.DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these dishonest crooks. They will rip off your Insurance company for as much as possible, and do the cheapest, or even incomplete fix possible to maximize profits. Deplorable!!!

I have taken my car to Stetner Auto Body three times now and they do a fantasic job. Kurt and team kept me informed on the progress of the work being done, and was completed on time. High quality work and cannot even tell there was any damange to my cars. Highly recommend them.

I sent an email to get a quote for a couple painting services. Kurt Stetner replied in a timely manner with information to help me make a more informed decision on what I could do with my vehicle. He even recommend another shop that specialized in one of my requests. He could have easily said he could do the work but he was upfront and honest in his appraisal for services. If I ever need body work in the future, this will be the first place I go.

Coming from a small town in Idaho where customer service can make or brake your business. Too many times I've been so disappointed with the way businesses treat their customers in Seattle and with how passive they are towards customer concerns and lack of basic customer service skills or common courtesy. This place blew me away with how real they were. No ass kissing but still so incredibly respectful, to the point, honest and did a beautiful job putting my car back together. Thanks guys! You've restored my faith in good local business.

Teared up, yes I cried. Why? Because my cute little car was my cute little car again! It had been horribly squished between two other cars before I dropped it off. Stetner is a Good-Hands business and worked seamlessly with my insurance provider. Thank you for everything!

We had our ten year old Lexus repaired a Stetner Auto Body on Lake City Way. The work was excellent and the repair made our car better than before the misshapes. The work was done before it was promised and we could't be happier with the work. There was damage to the front left fender from a fender bender with a GEICO insured motorist.. GEICO estimated the cost to repair that damage at about $1750. Stetner had estimated that repair at about $1600 before I got the GEICO check.. I had backed into my garage wall and had damage to the rear that Stetner estimated a about $1200 dollars to fix. I had collision coverage from my insurance, USAA, with a $500 deductible to cover the damage to the rear. I ask that they fix both front and rear since it was going into the shop. I signed over the GEICO check for $1750 to Stetner assuming they would apply the extra $150 to the deductible I owed reducing it to $350. My wife said I had made a $150 mistake and she was right. The repair of the rear of the car cost $1350 instead of the about $1200 they estimated before I signed over the GEICO check. I think I learned something about Stetner"s business practices from this interesting coincidence.

Top quality work and made my car look like I had just bought it. They are across from Hertz (in Toyota dealership) and a short bus ride from Enterprise Rent a Car. Many car rental companies will pick you up and Hertz let me drop off my car rental after I remembered to fill it up.
