Super nice! The pumps were having issues when I arrived, I went in and let them know. They immediately let me know they were going to reset the system & get it fixed! Less than a minute later they had the pumps up & running again. They are super nice and take their place seriously

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HEREgot cussed out and told to stop wasting the attendants time when i used the wrong rewards number and politely asked to cancel the transaction to try againhow do you have customers ??? i hope your business suffers

This is a current review. I used to think this was a good place for mechanical support ; but no longer. They have also raised their gas prices 30% higher than other neighborhood stations.Not all mechanics at this station charge the same or treat you the same.I have dealt with very nice affordable mechanics there and recently, a guy name Kevin provided an estimate for 1 struts on my 2006 Subaru that were outrageously priced ; he quoted me $1800 !! for 1 that had gone bad. He said I needed to have 2 done. ( I found out not true; only one)After I did my own research and determined the cost for the part that he quoted me - his quote was way out of range.if one is bad; you can have only one replaced NOT 2. ( Unless you are a race car driver or want perfection)After searching online, I found a local mechanic that was honest and fair pricing . I will never return to this station - even for gas!Shoppers beware!!

This is the worst gas station and car shop in the world. They have zero respect for their local community. They choose to have alarms and leaf blowing during the night when residents are trying to sleep. No care in the world for others. Leaf blowing DOES NOT need to happen in the middle of the night.

Twice I've used rewards to get diesel, only to find the pumps are insanely slow. First time the shutoff failed too, leaving a gallon on my truck and the lot. Well see on the second. Currently at 2 gal per minute. Got another 5 mi. To go......

Pump didn't like my Amex or Safeway card and made me redo everything twice. The attendant on duty was extremely rude for no reason while I was looking for some food inside. She was working between 4:30-5pm on 9/14. Sarcasm is not part of good customer service.

This is my preferred location for oil changes for my 2003 Nissan 350Z. I go in on the weekends and they take care of me and my car. It's difficult to find a convenient place without having to make appointments weeks in advance for my vehicle. I appreciate their expertise and convenience.

I needed help with a stalled truck and I was so impressed with the service that Larry provided. He went out of his way to walk over with me to where the vehicle was and diagnosed it it in 10 min I tested and got it started! (We already knew it was not the battery). The electrical repair was unexpectedly reasonable in cost. There are still those who deliver more than what is expected and it was truly a refreshing joy to experience this at a service station! My sincere thanks! :)

The pump here ate my rewards turn in for Safeway Albertsons. When I went inside to see what could be done, I was told I would have to contact Safeway Albertsons despite the problem being. The cashier was rather abrupt and rude about the whole thing

The woman behind the counter obviously had a problem with the color of my skin. She snapped at me for asking about redeeming or applying my club card points. When I said I didn't know the process, she said "now you do" I then replied " you don't know if you don't ask" she said " that's right". I am the better person, because I just stopped acknowledging her.I will remember NOT to patronize this establishment again. Horrible attitude for such a lovely evening.

They do excellent work. They work on all of our cars and if we get our vehicle there in the morning it done by the end of the day. Highly recommend!!!

Justin was extremely patient and kind as he worked with me to replace a flat tire. Never pressured me to choose their services over another and was honest and prompt in his communication.

Forced to go to this gas station because it was late at night I came from Kent all the way over to 15th Street to pick up delivery and then had to come all the way over by Greenlake and by that point I was out of gas cuz it was so many miles and I try to go in with Chevron like I usually do but the Chevron was closed. So the only other available gas station was the Shell station I don't like shells in the first place because I've had problems with them in the past. Their staff is usually very rude and unprofessional. This particular gas station apparently knows that there's only one open this late or something because they're $3.40 a gallon, whereas Chevron that was closed was charging $3.10a gallon, less than a mile away. Came in to pay for my gas, after the long drive had to use the bathroom. Was told "The bathroom was messed up by somebody else earlier so it's closed." Then about a quarter of a second later as I was standing there at the counter another customer came in and asked to use the bathroom, he told him the same thing, but that if it was open he let him use it because he knows I come here all the time. Then he looked over at me. Then look back at her. Will not be back if my tank is not bone dry!

I just went to put air in my tires. I pull up to the machine and a mechanic comes out and has me come over to the garage, where he actually put air in my tires for me and didn't even charge me! I was so pleased.

This Chevron is at a busy intersection that is sometimes tough getting into. It has good gas prices, and you can use Safeway points to lower the price even more.

They sell gas, you can also get propane tanks refilled here, the is also a mechanic on-site.
