no communication. no updates on website. sends countless emails saying shipping updated. and its still just received status. its 2023 and they can't auto update their shipping and packaging. just go to the actual dealer ship if your getting parts. shame on your sales dept..

Though I haven't received my shipment yet, I am thoroughly impressed with the contact from Carter Subaru regarding the order status. Always keeping me up to date. Update: I received my order yesterday and it was exactly as expected. I am so happy to have found a source of parts for my beloved aging Subaru. Thanks Carter! You'll hear from me again.

I had a "Buyer's Inspection" done there. Other shops I called had no appointments available within a 7 day period and were quoting higher than Carter Subaru. So glad I found them! The saw me within 48 hrs, Customer Service was outstanding and the service was efficient, thorough and honest.

I only received 2 vacuum hoses in the box, I ordered a bunch of body fasteners that were not in the package.
