Ive been coming here for years, and its slowly been getting worse. Customer service, is terrible, and half the employees seem like they hate their jobs. 10 minutes before close i came in with their house brand battery that was dead. An employee said he can't do anything for me and told me to come back tomorrow. My last 3 visits have all been extremely poor. I will never spend another dime at this store again.

I love, love, love these guys....no matter who is working there, they are always more than eager to help and get you on your way, or just as eager to shoot the breeze and answer tech questions. I always come here before all the other chains because I get that extra small town business personal treatment here. You can't get better service anywhere.

I requested a price match and the representative noted that the brand needed to match. I said not to bother and she took the time to check online anyway and gave me a discount. I was impressed and I appreciated the care. Service was quick, efficient and friendly.

Super customer service. Didnt even ask for help but he found my windshield wipers for me, explained the difference then before I was done paying was already outside putting them on for me!!!! That's what I call being a valued customer!

Called West Seattle Carquest to see how much it would cost to rent their cooling system pressure tester. Guy said $264. I asked and tried to confirm that this was to rent and not buy. He said yes it is $264 to rent. Crazy! Obviously this guy was new and/or just didn't want to help customers.

Helpful staff, fair selection, and reasonable prices.. but difficult location and the parking side lot is really, really tight. Someone was blocking the entrance/exit of the lot so it made it even more difficult to get out of it.

Helpful at Times, when Google Maps is on your cell, at home and you are out, and "just a little off" from where you are heading ...... ;{�. )
