I needed my battery replaced because it was dead. I found this place. Chris was very responsive and came out in less than an hour. He replaced my battery at 10:30pm, took the old one, and tested the new one and the alternator. All for half the price of the mechanic I take my car to. I will absolutely use him again for any roadside assistance and share with everyone I know. He was amazing!!

Christopher at Car Battery Seattle responded very quickly , scheduled me within the next hour and had the test and services completed in a quick and professional manner. Provided knowledgeable insight as what test as test were being performed. Rates are comparable to triple A services. Provided me with a brand new battery and disposed of my non functioning unit. He was very kind , respectful, and communicative. I ll be sure to call Christopher if I need similar services again.

Chris provided top tier service for my car battery replacement. He arrived at my apartment in less than an hour and explained the replacement process to me every step of the way. He also ensured that all warning lights disappeared and reseted after service was completed. Very professional, fast, and affordable service. We had a battery issue, and in closer inspection found that water had made its way in, next to the battery. Christopher cleaned this up without hesitation and got our car running within no time! Highly recommended.

Support a small business! Christopher was absolutely friendly, professional and patient answering all my questions. He came to meet me immediately and involved me in understanding my cars battery health and giving recommendations on which battery to choose. The installation took only 10 minutes and I appreciated that he stayed positive because it s pouring rain!He even adjusted my warranty date to be fair, i appreciate an honest and transparent businessman 100%! If i ever need gas, tire servicing or a jump start i m calling Christopher!

Christopher is an independent small business owner who provides all type of roadside assistance along with battery replacement. I have been calling bunch of shops since the morning asking for a prius battery (which is different in size from others) but had no luck. Luckily, Chris had the exact battery which i have been looking for. He scheduled me for one hour from the time i called him- which was very quick as compared to all shops that would keep me waiting all day.He arrived at my place in his black gorgeous truck, beautiful rims and tyres on it. Couldn t figure out if its a work truck or personal vehicle. Anyways, He had all the equipment loaded and work tools he might require. Flat tire fix- gas- lockouts. The guy is super professional and skillful. Provided with 32 months of warranty on my battery- used oem parts.Definitely would recommend him to friends and family rather than bunch of shops trying to rip me off in any possible way. Highly satisfied!

Amazing service! We looked elsewhere and couldn't get an appointment anywhere to get our battery replaced right away. Asked for a quote late at night and Christopher responded immediately. He answered all our questions and told us exactly which battery he would be installing and how much everything would cost. Very reasonably priced!! He arrived exactly when we asked him to and was finished in less than 25 minutes. He was very transparent and communicative while we was working. Highly recommend Christopher!

Wow! I can t say enough good things about the service, price and quality Chris provided. My car battery died in my apartment parking garage and he showed up almost immediately to take care of the issue. It's seriously stressful to go out to your car and find out that your car battery is dead and you're basically stranded. The fast and professional service from Car Battery Seattle was really a life saver. They are literally so fast and professional, I called at 1:00 and got a same day appointment for 2:00. Such a good alternative to AAA! Chris took great care of me and my vehicle, and saved me money, all within 20 minutes. With a smile on his face, I watched him install the upgraded battery, test it for me and stay with me until the dash lights reset. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

Chris is honest, timely, and very knowledgeable when preforming battery diagnostics. When diagnosing my battery he noticed that it was preforming properly and did a little investigating to find out that was not the source of my issues. He had found out that it was a sticky starter and ended up not having to replace my battery or my starter because it was in good shape. It just had to be "adjusted" a little bit to get it unstuck. He was very thorough in making sure it did not get stuck again and only charged me for a diagnostic. I am very grateful for his honesty and craftsmanship and will continue to use him and tell all of my friends about him. Great service, great guy, great business experience all around. I was shocked at how easy and convenient this process to replace my car battery was. Chris was able to start driving towards me immediately when I placed the call that I needed a new battery. Very friendly and answered all my questions. 10/10, without question some of the best service I have ever received for my car. PS, I have a Mini Cooper in case you're wondering if he does European cars!

Called the number and Chris answered promptly. He gave me a 1-hour ETA, then arrived 30 minutes early in his truck, with his sweet headlamp and supplies. Chris is a one-man show who manages to be more helpful, friendly, and professional than most large services. He used his Autool to test the old battery in front of me and explained the readings. Then, he walked me through my options for replacement batteries (all available on hand in his truck). He finished the replacement work in ~20 minutes from arrival. Phenomenal, A+ experience. Instead of signing up for an appointment at Les Schwab 1-2 weeks out, just give Chris a call and be done the same day (maybe even the same hour ).

I just had my car serviced at Chevy and told me my battery was nearing the end so fits useful life. They quoted me $420. I immediately did my own search and found Christopher who had a much better price. Plus, he came to my house and did a diagnostic test on my battery. So glad I did a quick search and found Christopher. Great Custer service!

While on a 19 day road trip, we found ourselves in the parking garage near the Space Needle with a dead battery. We found Chris online, called, and within 20 minutes he was there diagnosing our battery. One hour's time from call to driving out of the garage! He replaced the battery, checked the charging system, and followed me around the garage til my electronics had initialized and we were sure everything was perfect. Chris was very thorough, fast, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better outcome for our situation. We will still be able to make our dinner cruise on Lake Union! Thanks again Chris! Fast, honest and professional service. We needed to replace the battery of our Subaru, Christopher responded to our email in minutes and very soon showed up with the new battery. Christopher did tests on the old battery to make sure the necessity of the replacement, and he carefully cleaned up the battery area to make sure the installation was perfectly done. The price was also very reasonable, much lower than the price that the dealer offered. Highly recommended!

Efficient, affordable, fast and great customer service. Chris was great at explaining the process and setting expectations. He arrived on time and changed my battery in about 10min, he even addressed all my questions and stayed around while we tested the vehicle. Dead batteries are a pain to deal with but Chris saved the day.

Chris was excellent!!! I was so pleasantly surprised when I called on a Thursday night at 9:00 pm, thinking I would leave a message, as I was searching for a unique battery that operates a wheel chair ramp for my in-laws wheel chair van. Chris picked up the phone! I described the battery and the i.d. number. He was able to look it up while we talked and said he would see if it was in stock the next morning and that he would call me at 8:30am. Sure enough, Chris called me the following morning. He had driven to the supplier, found the batter and could have it installed within the hour.Chris was very professional and courteous. He REALLY understands customer service, which, in my opinion is VERY rare these days. 100%, two thumbs up for this entrepreneur.
