Overall great service, I would recommend only to use shop if going through insurance. If you have to pay out of pocket, they have a long wait to get car repaired. Giving 4 stars because my car smelled like nail polish remover and the smell has not gone away and I get a headache when driving the car. Of course I appreciate the attempt to clean the car but the products used to clean it were horrible. I literally have to drive with the car windows open to avoid a headache. However the service is good and repair was good.

It was my first visit to a body shop, and I must say, the quality of service and communication exceeded my expectations. Staff is rude, bad at communicating, tries to blame customers for their mistakes (luckily I had email confirmations to show it was on them) had a lot of scheduling errors and issues with the timeline of the vehicle being ready, almost resulting in me being charged way over for the rental car my insurance was supposed to pay for. Just rude and unorganized. The repair looks good but not worth the stress of last minute appointment changes, poor communication, and rude staff, would absolutely recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else.

No complaints. Brought my car here because Geico recommended it as a collision repair shop. Having never gone through this process before, I was a little nervous - especially given the stigma around mechanics and auto body shops.... but this place was very kind and very professional. They even vacuumed and washed my car for me prior to returning it so I am satisfied.

Quality of repairs where the damage was looks good, however there is overspray on the driver side mirror making it look very hazy and there s been heavy paint fumes for over a week. Neither of it was communicated when I went to pick up the car. I personally can t drive the car as it is making me nauseous and only my husband can drive it right now.

Caliber did an exceptional job repairing my Audi S5. I have had work done on several cars by numerous auto body shops and I can say Caliber s quality of work is top notch. The color matching for my car s paint is flawless. The paint is blended perfectly and I am unable to distinguish between the new and original paint.I was initially apprehensive in having my car repaired by an auto body shop due to a prior bad experience with Service King s paint job on my front bumper. The bumper s color was poorly blended and the shade was completely off from the original paint, thus creating a harsh, ugly two-toned appearance. Service King argued with me that the color difference was normal. I ultimately had my insurance company force them to repaint my car. The paint matched better the second time, however, comes nowhere close to how perfectly Caliber painted my car this time! Caliber recalibrated my parking/motion sensors and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car prior to pick up. My car looked beautiful and shiny. I will be returning to Caliber for future auto body work and am impressed with their attention to detail and high-quality repairs.Tralonte was friendly and provided me with regular updates during the repair process. My vehicle was ready one week before the expected completion date. I highly recommend Caliber to anyone looking for an auto body shop that provides high-quality repairs and maintains good communication. After experiencing countless bad experience with other auto body shops including poor color matching of the paint, dead car batteries, lengthy repair times with poor communication, and blown sound systems, I am happy to have found Caliber.

I recently brought in my performance modded 3rd Gen Acura TL Six Speed to this location of Caliber Collision. I consider myself a car enthusiast and have proudly owned my car since she was brand new. I pride myself in being a very meticulous car owner in that I have painstakingly maintained my car to remain in as good operating condition in terms of performance and aesthetic shape inside and out. With that being said I did NOT want to bring my car to just any auto body repair shop. I wanted the BEST and so the natural choice was this location of Caliber. From my initial communication with their manager Jim, to working with their estimator Andrew, to the date of pickup for my car, the process was easy, professional, seamless. Everyone I spoke with understood that I loved my car and genuinely wanted to help me get her back to looking brand new. I felt confident and at ease in leaving my car in their care and I was not disappointed with the final result. Rodolfo (Jr.) did an impeccable job repainting the hood of my car. I could not recommend them and their team more. Seeing the paint correction that they did for me was a massive relief as a car owner/enthusiast and my car could not look better nor was there any noticeable indicators that any work had been done in the first place. They are true professionals, scholars, and artisans in what they do and you will be in the best of hands should you ever need repairs done to your vehicle. As far as repair work goes, this has been the best experience I ve had by far. The staff was communicative from the beginning and transparent about how turnaround time is variable based on parts supply and shipping. Rory kept me in the loop throughout the repair so I knew how things were progressing, and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Happy with the repairs, as well - the paint matching was precise and my sensors were reassembled and calibrated correctly. Looks great and glad to have my wheels back. Thank you!

Overall the team at Caliber Collision Ballard took good care of me following the aftermath of my car accident. My initial auto inspection was rescheduled the day before my original appointment without explanation resulting in a month delay. I assume the reschedule was due to the shop being grid locked with cars because of part delays that are outside of their control; however, I feel that disclosing the cause for the reschedule to customers could help ease the pain of a month delay in service. With that being said, I think it was worth the delay / wait as everyone I interacted with was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop throughout my car s inspection process and gave me honest customer focused feedback in regards to navigating the auto insurance world. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to finalize my paperwork in a detailed and timely manner once they determined my car was likely a total loss. I would definitely use them again for future services.

I am very satisfied with my repair. I am impressed by the quality of the work and how much of the repair could be done through body work without part replacement. Rory was very helpful when it came to checking my car in and also went above and beyond to make sure I could receive my car as soon as it was ready, offering to let me pick up my car outside normal business hours. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. My car was returned clean and in good condition.

We brought in our car after an accident and expected to be without our vehicle for 3-4 months. Unlike other body shops that didn t return calls, caliber proactively worked with us to navigate the insurance assignment process, and gave us a great estimate, daily updates on repair status via texts, and delivered outstanding work. In addition they were open to questions, helpful, polite and delivered our car back to us in perfect condition less than 3 weeks after we dropped it off. Outstanding service, great quality work and proactive communications. You can t ask for more.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience and the staff communicated to me every step of the way. Very professional and kind, trustworthy people, especially Rory. Everything went smoothly and the job was even completed early! Rory was so knowledgeable and helpful, explained things clearly to me, and went above and beyond to make my car look better than new! He kept the repair cost at a minimum so my insurance claim wouldn't affect my premium. I will only go to this place for all my body repairs from now on. Thank you for giving a girl a place she can trust with her car!

Super quick and incredibly communicative. My car was taken in, repaired, and returned to me clean in less than a week! Rory's explanation of the process and steps basically diminished my stress and worry over my vehicle. Their office pup is super cute and the staff is easy to talk to!

Worst customer service. I don't know how they are with cars because they couldn't help me, which would have been fine if the lady who answered the phone wasn't so rude. She invalidated my experience, was incredibly rude, and then had the audacity to say "I'm not here to fight with you." I wasn't aggressive, I just complained about my insurance and she treated it as a personal attack. I ended up crying for half an hour after hanging up the phone.

This place is great. The people at the location are extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. They consistently communicated with us as to the status of the repair so we were never in the dark. After the body work was completed, the car came back looking brand new. While having to have your car repaired is never a good thing, the experience at Caliber was the best of all possible outcomes.

Caliber Collision in Seattle Ballard did a fine a job taking care of my vehicle repairs. I had a front bumper, and driver side fender and door damages from this past icy winter. The repair intake, rental, and work completion was seamless. The staff was extremely helpful in restoring my vehicle while keeping me informed throughout the repair process. It s a small but mighty shop who takes great pride in their quality of work and doing what s right. I highly recommend getting your collision repairs completed at this location. I had to take my car in for body damage due to someone opening their driver door without looking (I about took their door entirely off). The damage to my vehicle was fairly substantial but the folks at Caliber were able to repair my vehicle in a timely fashion. I had never used them before so I was a little hesitant but I'm sure glad I decided to use their shop on 15th Ave in Ballard. Rory and the entire team at this shop did an exceptional job of keeping me informed of the progress and they actually delivered the vehicle a few days earlier than anticipated. I also enjoyed that they worked directly with my insurance company (USAA) and I didn't have to do much of anything on that side. The final result of my vehicle is excellent. They restored it back to original condition. I would recommend this particular shop to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

What business schedules an appointment for a paying customer and then the week of the appointment has the audacity to call the customer and cancel the appointment. No compensation, what a waste of time. I am highly irritated, this is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. It doesn't matter that your lot is full, you bust your butt getting the cars you have there done and you follow through with prescheduled appointments. If you want your appointment pushed back 6 weeks, go ahead and schedule with them.

I am so happy with my experience at Caliber in Ballard. Communication was clear and the whole experience was as low stress as body work can be. My car came back to me much cleaner than when it arrived and everything, including getting a rental car, was so easy. Everyone was amazing! The service was above the bar and the work was perfect. Cynthia communicated the whole time so I felt in the loop. She set reasonable expectations and balanced text notices with calls. The GM personally met me when I picked up the car, and called after to see how things were going.
