Brought a car in for service one time, and have received spam calls and text to schedule follow up service on a regular basis for well over a year. Super annoying

Had the car in a bay for a month and a half, very uncommunicative and hard to get an update on repairs. Finally came back with an outrageous quote to fix the car's electrical system. One would think that taking a car to the manufacturer would come with some expertese on the specifics of how that car works.

Worst experience ever! Had to wait two and a half weeks for an appointment to get my power steering pump replaced. Dropped it off for my 8am appointment thy said the job would take about 2and a half hours but they didn't even get to it that day. The next day they called and said that they had a power outage and couldn't get to it until the next week. Didn't hear from them for another week and hence I did they recommended another part and parts and services unrelated to what I was there for. When I told them I couldn't afford anything but the power steering pump they refused to do the work but still charged me almost $180. So after almost month of waiting my truck still needs to be fixed!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, they won't have the part's you need anyway and you will end up waiting for an excessive amount of time and probably be recommended other things you may not need and be overcharged for what you get!! Unless you have another vehicle to use in the meantime you'll be walking!!

Twice now I ve gone in for service there and they ve given the part away that I needed to someone else even though I had a scheduled service a week ahead of time. They re absolutely terrible go to someplace else that ll actually help you out

Was charged for service they didn't do. But they finally got it done and was told they didn't charge me enough for the work they did. Also told I needed another part that I didn't need. Good thing I know about my vehicle and what it takes to get things done. Make sure you watch a youtube video on how the work is done before getting your vehicle worked on. That's how I knew they didn't need the part to get the work done. But the manager was nice enough to not charge me for the extra work. And also found out I had other issues with the vehicle. On the fence about going back to them. But overall they did the work and was kind enough to help me out.

Was given a package service plan for my vehicle. When given the bill, I asked the service technician to show me his work. He performed only 2 of the 12 items on the list. Had to make him lubricate portions of the body. Additionally, once back in the air, I discovered that the drive line, going into the rear-end, was leaking at the seal. He shrugged and said he didn't see that. This place is not a good service shop. I'm waiting to see what management has to say in regards to all this. I took video of the lack of work and I have copies of the different bills they tried to give me. Reported 03/08/21

This is a tough one.! Vehicle went in for relatively simple repair. Although they kept me informed of their lack of progress. Took approximately 5 weeks. Plenty of excuses. Also vehicle went in very very clean.!! When it was returned looked like it had been sitting out in the back lot of a dirt parking lot for 5 weeks.

Very hit or miss. The desk staff do what they can to sell you unnecessary stuff at ludicrous prices. One example is trying to sell me a 100 dollar cabin air filter pre tax. Its 15 dollars and takes 30 seconds of work. They'll also show you prices and have you sign before tax is added. Not the hugest deal, but it's also not hard to just calculate the total cost so you arent blindsided when you go to pay. Would be a one star if thier mechanics werent as decent as they are and thier warranty is pretty solid. If you dont get a scummy clerk, it's an okay repair shop. Also, do your research before you go, dont let them sell you unnecessary stuff and make sure if you are trying to cash in on a sale/deal, that they are only doing what's in the deal. They'll tack on extra stuff nonchalantly.

I make them to remove the tires that I didn t order. In respond they put glue to all 4 valves so the pressure sensors are broken never bring your vehicle to this place

Their parts department is very knowledgeable but I do have a concern that perhaps some of their service advisors are not as knowledgeable about their products or fully listen to a customer when either calling in about a concern or dropping in to ask a question about their vehicle. Don't assume the customer knows less.

The worst service EVER!! The general manager is not professional and never calls back with a problem that we have with our Tahoe. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

Unprofessional. I told them fix every issues of my car covering by insurance. But they did not. I had to pay $2000 by myself after the insurance closed the case.
