Dishonest person own this tire shop after purchasing a used tire for $50 they said they couldn't install it. Because the rim didn't fit, mind you, it was the car original rim I just found out they exchange it during replacement, and stolen my original rims. I even offer them $20 for their time and to take out the used tire, and I told them I will go to a different shop. When I told the owner that his entire demeanor change and he became extremely hostile. Instead doing the right the owner treated me that he will take my car rim away and start rolling towards the back room so he forces me to pay him $50 for the job he didn't do and after stealing my car original rims. Stay away from them very dishonest.

Had a flat tire with a nail in it. So I came to them to patch it up really quick and it was so quick and only for $15 dollars. I even asked them beforehand, if I would need to replace the tire completely considering I might have accidentally ruined the tire for driving a little bit on it while flat. And they said I didn't need to.

Great price! Always far and pretty much always available used or new had special tires and they had them 2 different times whice was great been going for years but figured I'd leave a review now underrated for sure appreciate the good business will be a long time customer

I looked over the reviews before I went. I saw only 1 bad review. Which I think was undeserved. A very fast and efficient business. Great prices in todays expensive world. I AM HIGHLY RECOMMENDING that if you need tires. You go here. They have great customer service. When I need more tires, I am going back.

Incredible prices, knowledgeable staff, fast service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I went in with a flat tire. A few of my tires are already bald and they were able to get me a whole set AND replace my brakes that have been squeaking for months. They didn't up-sell me or rip me off like corporate shops would. Just good ol' fashion honest work.

Woke up to a nail in my tire, pressure down 25%. Tried to make an appointment at Les Schwabb or Firestone, both overbooked and not taking walk ins. BBB is 6 blocks from my house, was able to drive there without too much anxiety. Nice guy quickly pulled the nail and patched it for $20. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I called in several hours in advance to ask the price of a used tire. I was quoted 32$. When I arrived I was told the price was $75. Then when I was waiting for my Uber returning home I was told I could do $60. I would ve preferred to not have my time or money wasted, the least they could ve did was honor the price. I wouldn t recommend going here. I ve never had an issue with something so simple.

My tires were way past due, drove by saw the place came back bya few hours later, pulled in, told him the size, 25 each for two tires with over 75% tread then 25 for labor for balancing, mounting, all 6 guys stop what they were doing, I sat in my car felt like i had my own personal pit crew, considering cost of living increase....everything cost more. Quick fast , done & over with, I'm happy and have piece of mind on the road.

VERY quick, supremely helpful, and most important: honest! Not only did they save my bacon, they made sure I *only* got what I needed. A++++++++ customer service, I can't recommend them enough, ESPECIALLY if you need help.

They are super helpful and nice. Was able to repair/patch multiple tires for me instead of having to buy brand new ones. This place has saved me thousands.

Update most useless tire shop, no wonder shops like yours can t grow business.Not talking about work ethic but it helps to help returning customer.Decent place. Needed used tires but check the tires yourself before agreeing. Sidewall had damage.

These guys were recommended by my very trusted mechanic at Triple T on MLK - and they deliver! They are honest, straightforward, have good prices. . They have seriously saved me several times - as the little toy spare tires on Japanese and German cars are so restrictive, and BBB were open and available when other big shops closed or scheduling weeks in advance. Thank you BBB.

Very quick. To the point. Sometimes they have what I m looking for.. inexpensive used tires to shod the rims of my cheap AtoB whip. They ll have them mounted, balanced back on and you ll be ready to go in a fraction of the time typically spent waiting around at a conventional, mainstream tire dealer. (Es mejor si t� conoces espa�ol;)

What a breath of fresh air this shop was!! No upsells or ridiculous prices for used tires, these gentleman were sympathetic, professional and quick...in and out within 10 minutes AND with a sweet tire that barely looked used thanks again BBB for making my work-week

I had a decent used tire place>> the one on Aurora when I lived in GWood. Now that I'm down in Columbia City-ish I needed a new tire when I had a blowout after hopping a curb *oops-my-badd*My search pulled up a bunch of places, BBB was easy to remember and less than a mile from my new place?? Score..I pull in, unassuming shop, nothing fancy, no frills, which to me means no extra costs or bullchit thrown my way.So yeah >> These guys hookedBridget Honda up wth a decent mounted/ balanced (<< I think; didnt actually watch the process)used tire for just $40 cash. That's itCan't beat that with a stick, as they say... For sure, I'd do it again. Thanks BBB.

After replacing 2 tire the care is checking. They don t do any tire balance at all then I have to go somewhere else to do that. I went to Discount Tire and they replace my old tire and did tire balance for the 4 tires for almost the same price. I don t recommend BBB. You will waste your time and your money there. I which they was honest and did what they supposed to do I would always be there customer but now I m so upset for all the money and time I spent There. If you think you will save money by going there you are wrong you will spend more money later because of their bad service

OMG! They were open on Thanksgiving Day when I could get a replacement for my flat tire NOWHERE ELSE! Now I can make the drive all the way over the mountains to my mom's in time for Thanksgiving. And they were super nice and fast. You guys rock!

My mom needed tires, and this was the one place that had her tires used. They had a great price for really good tires. they were fast and considerate of her and even held the tires until she could make it in.

Showed up w a bald tire. $45 out the door mounted. Needed a place to get a tire before my trip back to Tacoma and they helped me out promptly. Thanks Bruno's!

They sale me a set of 4 but 1 is realy bad . He say that the bach dont need balance and said i can drive 35000 miles on that set . But i dont thing it last for 10000 .

The worst people to work with ever lol I called to ask about some tires this funny guy told me you need to fix your ears do you can hear better. Thank you for your adovise and your worst serivce highly don t recommend this please to anyone.
