I sold a car and we had to replace a part late at night 8:30 pm and we arrived at like 8:55 and they were literally closing but they helped us. We were able to get the highlight and I replaced it for the new owner that night.The customer service was so good and I'm glad they had the bulb in stock.

The new or newer general manager there was on the floor and she took care of me quick, correctly and with a great attitude. For sure recommend stopping by for your vehicle needs she makes sure you leave with a big smile.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had trying to get help with my car. I came in on a Saturday while they were not busy, and asked for a new car battery, since my car was having issues starting that I've been able to work around by charging the battery. The AutoZone employee (who was holding a dab pen) insisted they needed the old battery, which was still in my car, but refused to help take it out of my car or let me borrow tools to take it out myself. I asked for them to at least test my battery to confirm the issue was the battery, and they said my battery was completely fine and that this was an issue with the alternator.Since the AutoZone employee insisted my battery was fine, I decided to leave and get gas on the way home after my car started. After filling up at the gas station, my car would not start at all so I had to get towed to the dealership, as it was the only place open. Both the dealership and the person that towed me tested and confirmed that the issue was with my battery, not my alternator, despite what the AutoZone employee said. Considering I literally asked for a new battery when I arrived at the AutoZone, it is ridiculous that I ended up being given such terrible service from this AutoZone that immediately afterwards I was stranded at a gas station and towed to the dealership just to learn that I needed a new battery. Now I will be paying hundreds of dollars extra for the dealership to replace the battery (which is a separate complaint about how ridiculous dealership prices are).Maybe I should have called before going to this AutoZone to confirm they could replace my battery on-site, so that's on me, but for a place that calls itself "America's #1 Battery destination" I don't think it's unreasonable to expect help removing/installing a car battery, to expect accurate battery testing (especially considering it died LESS THAN 30 MINUTES AFTER BEING TESTED), to expect tests on the alternator to be done if the battery seems fine, and to expect the employees to not be clearly holding a dab pen while assisting customers (I am not sure if the person that assisted me was high from the dab pen, but it would at least partially explain how wrong they were about my battery). Stay away from this place!

Finally just giving up on this place. They have 3 guys in here but none of them helping at the counter sometimes. Their prices are the highest in town, and their exchange policy prevented me from receiptless swapping the incorrect part that they had sold me. Trying to convince the guy was like talking to a brick wall. This was 15 mins after I had walked out with it. One star because it's clean and the shelves are stocked, so nice job there, but I can't with this place anymore.

Stay away from this place, worst costumer service I have ever experience, I came at 8:59 and this rude guy close the door on my face and didn't even let me said a word. I GET IT they close at 9 but have a little courtesy specially when is an emergency! It's rainy and cold and one of my headlights isn't working. It was a quick thing and they could have helped but they decided to be total jerks about it, and to the supervisor of these guys watch out for these people with the mentallity of I'm off work now not my problem.

Typical auto parts store! We are from Spokane, it was 7:30 at night, in Seattle and we blew a radiator hose. These guys were so nice, and helpful. I really appreciated the help.

I give them a 2 for answering the questions but the customer service sucks bull dong and wieners bro u need to retrain them on the phone service and not hang up on ppl when we say thank you that dident indicate the conversation was over and didn't offer any extra help or say do you need anything els or atleast give exit goodbye or have a great day. Poor poor poor customer communication.

Staff is rude and unknowledgeable. I can call NAPA and give them my car details an the type it into their computer ask a few question to make sure it's the right one for your make and model. At this Auto Zone they say they can't do that and it's up to you know exactly what part, what fitting and a list of other things the general public more likely does not know. All I was looking for is oil and air filter and 2 headlights. As employees you should never lecture a customer tell them what they are doing wrong because you don't know how to look info up. If another auto supply company can get the correct info for the customer so should your company. And it is not your employee's place to lecture a customer in a way that belittles them. I will never use this or any Auto Zone again.

Hell yeah !Gotta love it!! EXCELLENT customer interaction,performance, and showmanship.My nephew works his a#s off at AutoZone...trying to make an earnest living so, just know that all is not always what it appears to be. And for the rest of the unspoken miscellaneous activity ... goings-on , just be about what you came to do and move with a purpose FOR REAL!!

The counter person was completely unhelpful and laughed at me when she wasn t able to (or at all interested in) help me find the proper radiator hose. I have always gotten help by professionals who treated me with respect, but this person was just dreadful.EDIT: I emailed AutoZone after they replied to this review and I haven t heard anything for two weeks. They want to give the impression that customer service is their priority, but in reality, that is just a lie. I went to O Reilly s and they were great, so I recommend skipping AutoZone and going to them instead. There are too many options available to have to put up with AutoZone s nonsense.

Arrived 4 minutes before 9 and the store closed at 9 but the employees refused me entry. So wasn t able to purchase the battery that I needed for the vehicle. I sure hope I can make it through the rest of the trip and not have to kill my car Because getting someone in Washington to take a few minutes to jump a fellow human is like pulling teeth from a lion I m sure. Everyone is always in a hurry.

The two black Male employees & 1 was a bald short manager, wouldn't give me my refund & they were using racial slang N word arguing back n forth. Someone can come up n do something trulyy reckless

Went to AutoZone today to get new bulbs for my head and tail lights. I was helped out by a wonderful gentleman named Clayton. He was awesome!! So patient, helpful, and kind. 10/10 service!

My husband had gone into the store to order a taillight for the right side the other day. While in the store the person who had assisted him initially tried to sell him a lightbulb, my husband had clarified which part he needed. A few days later my husband had received a call from a young lady saying to come into the store as they have the part there. As my husband went into the store, he asked if it was there, the lady then asked for a name...his name was not in the system, but his phone number was- with an incorrect name,(mind you she had just called him to inform him it was there...) the person who did the transaction felt the need to be racist and label my husband as "Pedro" just because he is Hispanic. (Not even remotely close to his name.) We went to try to have the new light installed in the car at another location and it wasn't until then we realized, we were given the wrong part, they had given us the LEFT side, rather than the right. So many mistakes and red flags. Horrible customer service, even from the manager Calvin when just expressing my concern and trying to get this situation resolved, told me it's not his problem/ not his job. I asked for a cooperate number, and he provided me a fake number. Shady, but I will still get my word out and open with someone, period!!! Will also be expressing my concern on the main website since i'm unable to get in touch with someone over the phone. Employee's/ Management come across as under the influence, I don't know if they are stoned or on heavier drugs. If ya'll get upset someone messes up your fast-food order, what makes you think someone wouldn't get upset they order the wrong car part. Typical 23rd and Jackson, go figure. Got a refund for our money and returned the part. Definitely needs more training, accountability, drug tests, and need to learn professionalism, whether you're in the ghetto or not, you don't have to act it.

Autozone is getting worse. Second time this happened. Says open at 7:30, showed up at 7:40 along with some other people waiting there and some employees, but they are still closed. Manager decided not show up on time.

Our car VW beetle battery died and we got a jump just to get to the store. The young man who helped us went out of his way to get us the right battery and even though their tools were stolen recently, he found the tool he needed to replace the battery for us. Great customer service.

Most unprofessional employees that are uneducated about their job, this one is close to my house so I visit alot and each time the workers make things harder because they don't know what they're talking about or doing. One guy there literally apologized and told me he smokes too much weed. Who in there rite mind says that to a customer

Bought an a faulty alternator and came back to get a refund. They couldn t look up my purchase through my phone number, so I was told I couldn t get a refund. The receipt I was given was for the core trade in, but wasn t given a receipt for the purchase of the faulty alternator.Customer service here has never been a pleasant experience at this location. Would highly suggest going elsewhere.

I visited today.The behavior of the staff is very bad, especially the black man. He did not return the Alternator that was taken 1 hour ago. Unbox unused. I had the receipt. My right has been violated. My recommendation to other customers is to buy from other stores. I will not visit this place anymore.

Awful experience x2 here. Will not go back. Uneducated, don t know their stuff and basically the only thing the employees are good for is charging you. One of the worst sales experiences I ve had.
