The pretentious gent with the durag behind the counter was quite rude. Not so helpful and pushy when he did not get the responses he expected i guess. I'll have to go to a different location. AutoZone as always taken care of me. But i wont go to the location again.

I've been going to Auto Zone for almost two decades and this is by far the worst store I've ever been to. Honestly the only bad Auto Zone I've been to. Go farther south on Rainier to their other location and they will tell you it's known as a bad location.

Had a great experience with the store manager as I needed assistance with a boat/marine battery! Learned they offer a charging service. Determined my battery was old and couldnt charge. Was given great input on how to recycle it and also found what I needed at a Marine supply place. When I needed a pic of battery info to confirm my purchase, the same man was VERY helpful and provided a timely text photo since I'd forgotten to do that when I dropped it off. All this and without me even being able to purchase from them. However, this is my go to shop next to my marina and is even more a favorite now! Thank you!!! Appreciated the thoughtful care of a gal still learning about boat engines.

Employees here are incompetent, lazy, and barely know anything about their job. If you give their job any kind of friction they will outright deny you even when the store isn t busy. It s ridiculous. The employer needs to fire everyone and find new employees. I ve never left a bad review, but I ve also never experienced as bad of customer service as this location. Please avoid this location!! I recommend going to the Autozone in Renton, they re trained better and actually care about their customers.I m a loyal customer to Autozone. I keep giving this location chances to redeem itself. Every single trip to my local auto parts store has left me dissatisfied and disappointed.Managers, if you see this, I m very disappointed in how your employees act towards customers. I know how it is to be low on employees, but I can t help but feel like you should ve been more picky about who you hire. You lost a loyal customer.

Worst autozone I ve ever been to. Employees know nothing about cars or where any of the products are located in their own store. False inventory as well. Wish I could give this place 0/5.

I bought a cabin air filter that didn t fit my car. Even though auto zone s website said it would be the exact fit for my car. I explained to the gentleman that it wouldn t fit at all and how my dad and I tried numerous amounts of times. We just figured that it was probably a factory defect so the cashier kindly acknowledged our concern and was able to exchange it for us. The new filter (same exact filter code). Was a great fit! I wasn t able to get his name but he gave good customer service.UPDATE: This autozone provides such outstanding customer service. I was told that autozone does free check engine light service so I wanted to try it. The young man asked me if I knew how to do it and I said no. So he kindly took his time to help me and was very patient. He helped me with all of my concerns. Thanks for hiring awesome people!

Always helpful & friendly. Be dure to either keep your reciept or even better sign up as a customer in thier software as they will keep all track of sales etc in case of return. This saved me $150 on tire chains that did not fit my car properly.

Wanted to get a 5qt oil+oil filter combo deal. They were out of the filter brand that was part of the deal. The man helping me grabbed a different filter and rang me up for the package price without my asking. They're always helpful when I ask questions.

Store being Closed today does not reflect Google. There is no sign on the business referring to its closure during business hours.

I'm having problems with my car is hard to turn on. I when to this place to see if they can give me an advice, I told the guy who was helping me what my car was doing and he sent me to the mechanic because they cannot do anything, I asked him if he can test my battery if that was the problem I'll buy a new battery right there, he told me that they were short on personal but it was only me as a costumer no body else was in the store at that time, the other guy an older guy overheard and asked him to do it, he when out I opened the hood for him and he told me that he wouldn't be able to do it because it was to hard to do it, the battery has a cover I removed it even though he did not want to test it. Why you offer a service if you're not want to do it. This happens on 6-6-2021 around 3:10pm.

Tske a look at your receipt, I was charged for a st. Jude donation, was told I hit a button, I never touched any button. Clerk argued with me. Manager gave me a refund but they have ways of overcharging. This is the second time. Last time was incorrect change. Have to keep your eyes on these guys they seem to always try to overcharge and then when they refund you it's never what it should be, like they forget the tax. Just wish they could be honest. No what you need before you go in

Landscaper leaf blowing an empty parking lot, customer service that was unaware as to where my purchased items were or how to utilize the inventory system, and the option to purchase parts for pickup, be charged for them, and then have them be out of stock on location. Not sure who looks at the reviews of an auto parts store before going there (seems more like an as-needed thing), but my experience wasn't the best.

Staff were refreshingly helpful. Just needed a battery charged and the staff who helped dropping it off and picking it up were friendly and helpful. Free battery charge in about 2 hours.

The store manager Fernando and one of the employees at the time were extremely helpful. I only were they professional, courteous. But there were also very knowledgeable and helpful. They help me resolve all the issues that I have.

NOTE: This review was updated, see comments below.Super friendly, superior staff at this location. Honestly, AutoZone is not my number 1 choice in automotive supply stores, however, I would make this location an exception to that rule and intend future visits, for sure................UPDATE..............As intended I DID visit this location again only to my great dismay as I found that the exceptional experience I first had was attributable not to the location's general performance but rather a fluke from their typically poor service. Additional future visits have been scratched from the to do list...

One of the friendliest staffs that I have had the pleasure of working with. Definitely, choose these guys over O'Reilly's (whom didn't even know about their birthday month rewards for their customers, REALLY?)

Nice staff but outside really could use a cleanup. Don't let the trashed parking lot fool you.

The employees are the rudest and most prejudice people i have ever met. Do not go here. Honest Jack is the only place worth your money. I will not and you should not spend another dime here. They are not willing to help you out.

First in line waiting patiently. Fernando was checking on a part for his customer at a different location he was waiting for them to call back with an answer. Dave was helping another customer while talking to Fernando about his girlfriend and their plans to buy new cellphones. I waited patiently. After an extensive conversation Dave was finally done with his customer, Fernando was still waiting on his call. Apparently Dave was so enamored by his customer that he ignored me and walked him out to his car. Yes I am a bit annoyed but I'm keeping it in check. Dave comes back. Next in line! He says as if there is more than one person waiting. I'm returning a 40 lb battery core. I put it down like it weighs 40 pounds. Dave start yelling, about the way I put it down and threatens to charge me $2,500 for the counter. I complained about the way he ignores certain customers. He said the guy before me spent $500 you'll just have to wait! I do all the work on four cars in my family so I used to spend a lot of money in your store. Emphasis on used to. Now it's O'Reilly's the lines are shorter.

They need to clean up there parking lot. I have never seen a business with such a dirty parking lot with garbage laying all over it. Filthy- especially the handicapped parking. The owner should take some pride with the outside of the building.

If you run into Young brother in there giving unsolicited car repair advice walk the other way. He doesn t have a clue. He thinks he does, to be polite just nod and say ok?

My girlfriend's car broke down, and no one would even take a look at it. I tried to purchase a part over the phone w/ my credit card before they closed, since I was on my way, but didn't want to take a chance I wouldn't make it time. They wouldn't let me do that either. The strangers in the parking lot were more helpful than the employees. Avoid at all cost. Shady and unhelpful.
