Had a very positive experience with Auto Glass Solutions! Transparent, communicative, and kind. I was impressed with how quickly Dan replaced my shattered car window and he went above and beyond to help clean out the glass. Highly recommend working with this team.

Looking to get my rock chip repaired before an upcoming road trip, I reached out thru my insurance app, and Paula called within the hour. She was a pleasure to speak to, went over the billing process, prices, and set me up with Dan to come over in the next hour to perform the repair. I understand this timeline is dependent on whether a technician is nearby but I was amazed by the efficiency. 30 minutes after Dan's arrival, my car was ready to roll. Dan's repair is top-notch and my rock chip practically disappeared. Thank you very much!

The Auto Glass Solutions team is just the best. Paula coordinated with me over the holidays to find a time that worked for their mobile tech to come to me. They were highly communicative & transparent during the entire process.The best part - it turned out that I didn't need as much work as we thought I would, and Dan the mobile tech was more than happy to rescind the original invoice so that I only had to pay for services rendered. I cannot recommend them enough & will be going back to them for any services needed in the future. Thanks, Dan!

I have used them twice now for my old Dakota side glass repair (thanks to two theft attempts...). They are quick to respond, quick to schedule, available faster, and significantly cheaper than the other three options I quoted. Greatly appreciate them getting my old truck back on the road!

They were very professional and even arrived early and let me know that they will wait nearby and can start when I can. They also billed directly through my insurance even though they weren t listed on the insurance website. Paula just did a three-way call with my insurance and took care of it. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the Auto Glass Team. I've used them 3 times and won't take my car anywhere else. They are so fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. Replacing smashed windows is such a pain but they really make the experience so much more tolerable. Excellent quality of work. Highly, highly recommend!

Their work is excellent, service is fast and friendly, and mobile repair van is incredibly convenient. Auto Glass Solutions fit me in the very same week I called about my badly damaged windshield, and they did a great job of confirming exactly what was needed so that once they arrived at my home, they could get me back up and running with the right glass for my car. 5/5 Top notch service from beginning to end. Paula arranged everything for me, it took little time & she was very nice. Dan came out and replaced my windshield on my '08 Ford Fusion, he was incredibly professional, really nice & did a fantastic job! The whole process took him less than an hour. It really sucks to have my quarter glass broken into during Thanksgiving. I'm flying out for the holidays and wanted to get it replaced as soon as possible before I leave.I was fortunate to have stumbled upon Auto Glass Solutions. Their prices are great being that they are located in downtown Seattle (SLU to be exact) and provide FREE mobile service. I sent an email late at night requesting for a quote and Paula responded to me early the next morning. Her responses were quick and she was able to lock a date in for me a week out, which was their earliest available date.A few days prior to the scheduled time, Paula will send a text to confirm the appointment. 10 minutes before Dan (technician) was going to arrive, he texted me to let me know he'll arrive shortly. I work from home anyway so it worked out well. Dan worked on my glass replacement from where I have my vehicle parked in the apartment garage. If you do not work from home, Dan will meet you at your workplace and work on your car while you're working.The entire process took 45 minutes only and Dan was kind enough to also clean the surrounding area as he worked. He was very friendly, kind, easy going and made the entire process very smooth (esp when I was stressed out about all of this happening); think of Dan as your friendly neighbor! I highly, highly, highly recommend Dan, Paula and all of Auto Glass Solutions!For any one that's wondering, I paid a total of $479.58 (glass, tax & labor) for the quarter glass. The quarter glass is usually not as common as the front/rear windshields or rear doors. Therefore, do call to confirm if they have it in stock otherwise, you'll have to preorder.

We had great service from Auto Glass Solutions! They replaced the rear vent window on our car this month and were professional to work with. Dan arrived within the arrival window and gave me a quick call Verviers of what he was going to do, then got to work. One hour and twenty minutes later, I came out to find the car running (he didn t want to kill the battery with the window up/downs), the glass fragments vacuumed up, and a nice looking window. Very friendly, very professional!

Overall great experience with Auto Glass Solutions replacing one of my rear door windows that was broken into. I wanted the job done as quick as possible and had had a hard time with another company getting the parts in soon enough. But when I called Auto Glass Solutions on a Monday, they found the last part available in the area, had it shipped up to Seattle and came to install it Thursday! Paula kept me constantly up to date on the shipping status and was super helpful. She really put my mind at ease. The repair itself took about 45 minutes, a clean job, and they even swept up all the broken glass that was still littering my car. The technician, Dan, was also super friendly. Overall great team and great service at Auto Glass Solutions.

Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed! Paula was incredibly nice and genuinely cared about our windshield damage and managed to fit us into her very full schedule. Dan was also very nice and very professional. Great communication and very prompt. Really great experience with AutoGlass Solutions. We had a small chip that turned into a large crack with the recent snow and Paula was very helpful and quick to schedule a windshield replacement, she also walked me through the process which I appreciated. Dan was our technician and he called ahead before arriving and was really knowledgeable as well as professional. We were unable to bill insurance but their workorder was so thorough we were able to get reimbursed through our insurance within 24 hours. They were flexible in their communication and allowed me to text with their office which was extremely helpful as we were out of the country in another time e zone when we were scheduling. They were also on time, fast and professional. They did a much better job cleaning up after replacement than the last shop we used and tech was courteous and professional

Their scheduling service was very polite, professional and personable. They followed up to make sure they had the right windshield and installation time/place. Dan, the technician arrived at the appointed time and was very quick with the install. He was very friendly and professional, explaining everything. Don t be wary of the uniformly positive reviews Paula and Dan lived up to them. After I submitted an insurance claim for a cracked windshield, Paula was able to schedule me for a replacement the next business day. Dan showed up on time and completed the replacement faster than advertised. Both were transparent and communicative throughout, and now, a few weeks later, my new windshield is still firmly in place and working great!

Great service from Paula in scheduling my windshield replacement. She was personable and knew her business. Likewise, Dan did a professional job in a timely manner and was also a good guy!If I have another auto glass problem I wouldn t hesitate to call them again.

They were nice and responsive and gave me a quote for my car. Seems easy enough to do business with. Newer cars, with stay in lane or self driving features, rely on the windshield mounted camera(s), so be prepared to pay for recalibration in addition to the glass replacement. Nice thing is, the shop can do this. Gone are the days they can come to your house or work and do a windshield replacement, if your car has these features.

Great experience with AGS! I was able to make an appointment the next day and they come to you. They were able to do a side window replacement with my car parked on the street and it only took an hour from the time the technician arrived. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and friendly. The whole process was super efficient, would definitely recommend!Service: Auto side window replacement

Fantastic business. Sent an email asking for a quote and received a response from Paula very quickly and was able to set up a time the next day for the repair. Dan was the installer and he was very quick in the entire process. Would definitely recommend this company if you need any auto glass repairs.

Auto Glass Solutions delighted from the first call to my fixed windowshield. Paula was incredibly friendly and thorough, helping me understand the process and booking me quickly.
