After calling multiple other collision centers, Alpine was the only business able to take my vehicle that had become undriveable due to an accident. They sent a tow truck over the same day I called and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I spoke with Oscar and Dennis directly and they were friendly and professional. They expressed genuine care and concern for me as a customer. I actually asked if they do routine care maintenance just so I could bring my next car back to them in the future. Terrific folks and would highly recommend them to others.

It took a lot of genius to write a review because of the weekend trip.This Body show is the best one I have ever encountered. They are 1. Patient and attentive - Danis was very patient in explaining to me why each part needs to be replaced, and when I asked if there was anything that could not be replaced, he was willing to tell me. When he found that I had some difficulties with language, he also took the initiative to help me contact the insurance company and told me that my insurance has first time forgiveness. He also remembered that I said that my insurance should have a car rental service, so he even helped me with the rental car, and even helped my contact to pick me up. Got into my first accident a couple of months ago and was nervous on who to trust to get my car repaired repaired. I got recommended alpine auto and they went beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable individuals, explained the car repair process in detail. Have been getting my maintenance done here ever since. Great service

They were the only company of six auto repair I called & 36 called by my insurance adjuster who were able to take my not drivable vehicle. The towing gentleman was not only professional, but very helpful in emptying some things from my trunk. Dennis answered the phone quickly. Every time I called and my car amazingly was repaired in less than a week and a half! It looks great and drives well. I don't usually write bad reviews but please stay far away from this place. They started working on my car without my approval when I just wanted an estimate done. They accepted $8000+ payment since I thought the car was fixed. It looked okay at first, but after taking a closer look, they didn't even do the work they were supposed to, and had just glued old parts back on. Then they weren't willing to provide an itemized invoice, and they refused to refund me for the work that they didn't do. I had to take the car to another shop to get it actually fixed. Why would I trust this company to fix my car when they didn't do it the first time?Insurance fraud is the name of their game.It's been super annoying to deal with this company, and small claims court is the next stop.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

This is my first time leaving a review for an auto shop.I went in there to get a repair estimate for a huge scratch on my car. Dennis was the one who took care of me throughout the process. He went through everything and gave me an estimate and suggested me to go through insurance. I was a bit nervous and I don t know a lot about cars. Dennis made me feel very comfortable and helped me throughout the insurance process.It s rare to find this kind of customer satisfaction. I highly recommend these guys, they know their stuff and are super kind and accommodating.

Horrible, unethical company; they are scammers! They were extremely pushy, insisted on towing our car, and charged us $650 for the towing charge without telling us first. They indicated that they would have to remove parts from the car in order to provide an estimate, which I have never encountered before. They talked about used parts, waiting for parts to come from out of the Country, etc. needing to hold the car for a very extended amount of time. I knew something wasn't right and immediately picked up my car before they began removing parts. They held my car in a locked garage, and refused to release it to me until I paid the $650. They are clearly not reputable, do not work with this company!

The people that run this shop really care about you and are open and honest about what is going on with your car. When I was involved in a car accident and my car was totaled, they helped me get my car out of a tow impound lot as soon as possible. I called two dozen other places and everywhere was full, but these guys were able to take my car in immediately. They walked me through the next steps and worked with my insurance to get a timely assessment of the damages. They also provided helpful advice when I needed it most.

I am not satisfied and the people just told me what they wanted me to hear my car is not rite and they don't want to discuss it or fix it like it was I will never use them again and I will not recommend to any one no good

They took care of my Hyundai Elantra after an attempted theft. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and nice when I called and the car looks good as new! Dennis was awesome when I picked it up. He was so friendly, and gave me some great, helpful advice.

We had a collision accident on a Saturday evening and was super desperate after waiting for over an hour to talk to a real human from the insurance company. We realized we weren t going anywhere if we kept waiting on the phone so we started calling different repair shops to see if they could come help us.Dennis was super friendly and patient in explaining to us the next steps and assured us that they would stay after hours to receive the car. This helped us stay clam too because we were never involved in an accident before. The towing driver was also kind enough to drop us off at the city to Uber home given the accident took place outside of the main city area. When the car arrived at the collision center, Dennis also followed up to confirm the car is safe and they will work with the insurance to do estimations.They also did excellent jobs to repair the vehicle including getting factory components when the insurance company wanted to get after market components.Dennis and the rest of his team totally saved us that night! Highly recommend this place.

These guys really know their stuff! Dennis and team were prompt, friendly, and responsive to all of my questions and went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle's body damage was fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend these guys. Another shop had failed to tighten the lug nuts on my wheel, so it literally fell off. I was stuck. I called for a tow from Alpine. Their towing price was very good, and they arrived on time with a very clean vehicle. They towed my car down to their Georgetown shop. To save me money, they offered me the option of finding used parts. I was very happy to do that for my 10-year-old car. They then drove me home from Georgetown to Capitol Hill. My car was ready a day earlier and for a bit less money than they had estimated. The picked me up on Capitol Hill and drove me down to their shop to retrieve my car. This was 6 months ago, and it's been running great since then (I wanted to wait a little while to write the review, to see how things turned out). This is not a fancy place: no coffee or wifi while you wait. But for quality no-frills repairs at a good price for parts and labor, by people who know cars, I highly recommend Alpine Auto Center.

What an easy and communicative experience! My car had issues that lead to it needing to be towed to the dealer. I was was worried my assigned towing service (since the manufacture set the towing up) would take forever and I wouldn't be updated on when they'd arrive. Not only did I get updated calls/texts on when they'd be showing, they suggested to pick up the vehicle earlier due to weather/snow issues (they were concerned and wanted the car to get to the dealer ASAP). I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Took my Audi here to fix the dent around the shark fin antenna. I came around the time they were closing for the day but Dennis was super nice to stay back and gave me a quote. I was very impressed with the quality of work and how fast it took to fix it. Not to mention it was more affordable than the other places. One place said it might take 2 weeks to fix it?? Very weird to me... Alpine Auto Center & Glass got it done in 1 business day. Thank you so much!

Working with Dennis and everyone at Alpine Auto has been great. Not only did they do excellent work on the bumper of my car, they completed the job in a matter of hours, far surpassing my expectations. Additionally, Dennis took the time to show me the work that needed to be done, and found a cost effective way to do it. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Alpine Auto! If you're looking to get any work done on your vehicle in the Seattle area, make sure you go to Alpine Auto Center. I initially found them via Yelp (heh) and the amount of value they delivered was even HIGHER than my expectations (and these were high).Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and a true sense of care. I worked mostly with Assana on addressing my vehicle's issues, but still spoke with everyone that was in the shop. From start to finish, they told me exactly what to expect, how much it would be, and what was priority. They even checked out a few other things at no extra charge! I'm a customer for life, as this business truly treats you like you're family.Its rare to find a business with such wonderful customer service nowadays. My vehicle's repairs were fixed in a timely manner at a VERY affordable price. I was blown away. If I had taken my vehicle to any other shop, I would have paid hundreds more. To say that the services are exceptional is an understatement. I'm sending everyone I know down here to get serviced from here on out.

Everyone at the shop was super friendly and more helpful than my insurance company during the repair process. They stayed late for me one night to get tools I needed out of my truck and helped me remove my canopy from my old truck despite having a full garage and plenty to do. Over the last few years I have taken several cars to Alpine Auto. They have always given prompt service and provided towing when needed. I have always had a pleasant experience in dealing with them and they have always been honest and up front with me about charges. I have tried price matching with other local shops and found them 15-20% cheaper than other shops and in a couple instances 40% lower than the dealer. I have and will recommend them to family and friends.

Alpine Auto was recommended to me by my auto mechanics for some recent work I needed on my Nissan Rogue. I had been dreading taking my car in based on past bad experiences I have had with repairs elsewhere, but they were great to work with! The communication from the initial phone call, the transparency on costs for parts & labor and the finished product (replacing front and rear bumpers, repairing dented back door) all exceeded my expectations. Having been serviced multiple times here, I cannot recommend these guys enough. When Dennis fixed a burnt clutch, he even went out of his way to ensure I was driving the manual vehicle properly. More recently, Dennis went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of after an insurance claim that went awry. Throughout each service, Dennis would meticulously call/text me to check in and explain the entire process. The customer service here is fantastic! I was involved in an accident and my car had to be towed. Fortunately, it was towed here. It's a family operated business and the first question out of the mouth of each person I spoke with was to ask if I was okay - and it really seemed like they cared! They walked me through the process, were patient with my questions, and gave me a ride home. If you're looking to work with someone who cares, I definitely recommend you reach out to Dennis (and his brothers) at Alpine!

These guys were great to work with! I had a last minute issue with my car before a big trip. Turns out I needed the alternator and belts replaced in my 2004 Nissan Sentra. I called around different repair shops for quotes, and they gave me the best one! Not only was the price great, but they fixed it same day, topped off some fluids, and made sure they could warranty the parts in California if they were defective. 2,000 miles later and I m not having any issues with those parts. The service team even gave me a ride back to work and offered to come get me when it was ready! Great service and work. Awesome service!I don t normally ever do reviews, but this Company deserves a great review.They were fast and communicated the entire time. They even took a photo of the car when it was taken to BMW Seattle to let me know it was delivered safely. Alpine took the stress out of a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend this company if you are ever in a situation where you need a tow or assistance.Thank you!

I would like to start by saying Alpine Auto Care is an honest and trustworthy company and I will use them moving forward. I had to have my car towed due to some faulty repair work by another facility. I have been a loyal customer of Alpine Auto for over ten years. I was referred to the Alpine Auto Team by a prominent Orthopedic Surgeon in downtown Seattle. He doesn't use the Mercedes or Lexus dealerships to work on his luxury cars, he takes his vehicles to Alpine. This is a family business.They have always met or exceeded my expectations. I haven't been able to match there pricing. The service and quality have been far superior to any dealership I've gone to. And they have always explained things in a way that I a layman can understand. The physician that referred me, told me this team is as straight as the day is long. That's all I needed to hear to have confidence in there work. Give them a try you won't be sorry!

It was a pleasure getting my car repaired at Alpine Auto. I worked with Dennis throughout the process. He answered the phone every time I called and quickly responded to texts. Dennis helped shepherd me through the process of working with insurance and ultimately getting the car repair to its original condition. Most importantly, he was clear and transparent throughout the entire process. I would certainly use Alpine again for any future needs.

I had a flat-bed tow of my XC90 performed by Alpine. They're under contract with Volvo (and others) for their Road-side Assistance program. I was immediately impressed with my drivers punctuality and professionalism. He even backed my car down and into a parking space at the dealership :)Getting a flat-tire can kinda wreak your day but professionals like this make it a lot less stressful :) You guys were great! My electric BMW wouldn t unlock. I was afraid of getting some unskilled tow truck driver to tow it away. Instead BMW sent out a highly skilled driver that taught me more about my car than most people would know. Even the BMW service department didn t know these tricks. The driver on top of his knowledge is also a personable guy and he came equipped with patience! I was actually thrilled with the service I received. He told me they are a preferred vendor for BMWs and Mercedes. They are now in my speed dial :)
