Had a great experience buying a new Giulia Quadrifoglio from Michael Brown. Honest, friendly, low pressure, with great communication. Not to mention a great price with very low doc fees and no mandatory add ons. I bought the car from across the country sight unseen and Michael kindly took care of all the logistics and set me up with very good affordable shipper. Michael really went above and beyond. I highly recommend him and this family owned store.

I recently had an awesome purchase experience at Alfa Romeo Seattle! German, the salesperson who assisted me, was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise manner.Not only did he help me find the perfect car for my needs, but he also made sure I got a great deal on it. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the fact that he never made me feel pressured to make a purchase.Overall, I highly recommend Alfa Romeo Seattle and German in particular. My husband and I just purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and had the best experience here! Our sales person, German Estrada made it possible for us to get the car we ve always wanted!! German was so polite, understanding and helpful from very beginning and till the very last minute we ve been there. Super easy to communicate and get ahold of, working fast with the best outcome! Honestly the best experience we ve ever had. Treated us with respect and kindness. Great place to deal business with no regrets! Highly encourage to talk to German Estrada at Alfa Romeo of Seattle!!

As Jeremy Clarkson said: "You're not a true petrol head unless you've owned an Alfa". Taking this advice to heart, the deals on a new 2023 Guilia QV were too good to pass up and continue to deny myself the Alfa.I dealt almost exclusively with Michael Brown. The communication, negotiation, and delivery was so easy, effortless, and seamless, it was silly. The parts department worked with me on some accessories and even included a little party gift. A very nice touch.Truly a gem of a place to work with and a standard at which other dealers should take notice and strive to achieve.

Polite, knowledgeable, straightforward, personable. These are only a few of the great many attributes for this dealership. I researched Alfa's on the Alfa USA certified / pre-owned site and found what looked to be the perfect vehicle, I drove the two hours to inspect the 2019 CPO Alfa Giulia they had advertised.Upon arrival I was greeted by both Dale Oakley and Rodrigo De Oliveira. Rodrigo examined my trade, while Dale took me to see the Giulia.Dale had everything ready for me when I arrived, and the car was exactly as described.Rodrigo was very pleasant to deal with, and you can tell both he and Dale are car enthusiasts . That always makes the experience more fun in my opinion.The negotiation was very straightforward. I had a good idea of what my trade would be worth, and they did not waste time with offer / counter-offer nonsense. I have to say it was the most professional, low pressure car purchase I have ever made.Thank you both Dale & Rodrigo for the superb customer service and wonderful experience!

I ordered my 2018 Giulia Quadrifoglio here and can state that Tino is an outstanding owner/Partner. You can feel real pride in the brand from Tino. I have had pro and con experiences at the dealership prior to meeting with Tino, but overall with Tino stepping in it's made things great. He sets expectations, meets those expectations and I respect him immensely for that(I dont mind being told no to modifications if they are not comfortable doing it). He doesnt over promise and underdeliver! He delivers as promised. This is a family owned dealership and its worth supporting!!

Phenomenal experience. I worked with German Estrada and the team to buy an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio here. From the emails, to the fair negotiation, to the 10 minutes of paperwork, it was the best buying experience I've had to date. My wife and I are considering Alfas moving forward simply because of how easy this was. There was no haggling, no hassling, just upfront conversation, a relaxing environment, and most importantly for me with a newborn at home, extremely efficient.I also got to meet Tyler on the Service side and he gave me confidence in both the car and being taken care of when it's time to come in for annuals services.Great car, great experience.

I own a 2017 Giulia Q4 sedan purchased at a different dealer. After having less than satisfactory service at the selling dealer, a friend recommended I visit Seattle Alfa Romeo.When I walked into Seattle Alfa Romeo, plus Ferrari and Maserati, I was immediately awed by this amazingly beautiful and impressive facility with a most friendly and professional staff. I talked to MIke, Service Consultant, and discussed my scheduled first year service and several problems with my Giulia. He checked my vehicle on his computer and discovered there was an Alfa recall. I made an appointment. They started on my service in the morning and I got a call at 3pm from Mike saying my car was ready. Besides the 12 month service they solved the two issues my previous dealer was unable to take care of, one handled by the recall software update. My Giulia now runs and handles flawlessly. Top quality service!Every person at this dealer from the receptionist, to the parts manager, to Mike in service and Rachel and MJ in sales were simply great. I will take my Alfa Romeo Giulia to this dealer for all my future service work.I highly recommend Seattle Alfa Romeo for anyone considering a new Giulia or Stelvio and also for all service work. This is the most impressive car dealership I have ever dealt with.Originally Posted: June 2018UPDATE, 6-10-2019:I just had the two year service on my 2017 Giulia Q4. Bill Busey, Service Consultant, took care of my appointment. He thoroughly went thru all aspects of the needed service including two factory recalls. I chose to wait in their very comfortable waiting area w/wi-fi. The entire dealership including the restrooms is immaculately clean! Even the Ferrari Sales mgr stopped by to chat and offered me refreshments. This dealership is one big friendly family. Bill came by to consult with me several times about the ongoing service. The service was completed very promptly. Bill went over the charges in detail. I'm a very nit-picky Giulia owner and this dealership is perfect for me in every way!Bill Busey, Eric and all the folks at Seattle Alfa Romeo are simply The Best!UPDATE, 12-27-2020:I recently had battery going dead issues. With a jump start I was able to get my Giulia into the shop. Once again Bill Busey helped me. They dd a full battery charge plus discovered that the IBS (Intelligent Batter Sensor) was defective and not turning on the alternator which allowed the battery to go dead. Bill explained in detail their definitive diagnosis and that it was all warranty covered. Alfa Romeo of Seattle and Service Consultant Bill Busey remain the protectors of my marvelous Giulia.Thanks,CR

Alfa Romeo of Seattle is fantastic. My check engine and battery lights came on over the long weekend, and they got me in first thing Tuesday morning. They not only diagnosed the issues, but replaced the needed parts in the same day! I m thankful for my positive experience at a reliable dealership!

This dealership is awesome! All the team members there were extremely kind and welcoming. Dale Oakley helped me from start to finish. He answered every question I had honestly and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The vibe here is more like a family. Not like other dealerships I went to prior to visiting this Alfa Romeo location . I would highly recommend Dale, this dealership, and Alfa Romeo as a whole to anyone looking for a new, beautiful, dependable, vehicle in addition to a first class buying experience.

Hi Alfa Seattle! Hopefully this message finds its way to the Service Manager. I just wanted to write a note to say how extremely pleased I am with a recent service visit.Unfortunately, I purchased my 2018 Stelvio from another dealer in the area. I have taken it there for service based on that. The service I received there was hideous. Charges for dirty loaner cars, my car was never once vacuumed, and the washes were done by the service advisor out back with a pressure washer, which never really got the car clean. I finally got fed up with my last experience with them when they refused to diagnose and fix my rear window/mirror defrosters.I have to tell you - my experience with you guys today has gotten you a life long customer. Not only did you resolve my issue, but your drop off, and especially pick up experience, was what the Alfa brand is worthy of. The technician diagnosed my problem, replaced the part, and also gave me a quote for replacement tires that I asked for. I dropped the car off Tuesday on my way to the airport for a business trip. I picked the car up today (7/29).Both service advisors I dealt with were EXCEPTIONAL. Their professionalism, desire to completely satisfy me, and attention to detail are what I have come to expect from my dealer experiences with various high end European cars.What is even more impressive is the condition the car was returned to me in. It was obviously hand washed and dried. Thoroughly vacuumed. And they even got the door jambs - and the fuel door inside too. Incredible.Plus I had the typical "green" moss growth around the passenger window seals. They took care of that too. All for a smaller service.You guys are living up to the brand expectations in a big way. I will be back. Thank you so much for the great service. Feel free to share my note with the regional Alfa rep. I am happy to act as a reference. Top notch stuff. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Have had work on my cars done at Alfa Romeo of Seattle for over 20 years. Very professional service and honest people. Recently bought a 2020 Giulia QV from here and absolutely love the car. This is my 3rd Giulia and received what I considered a very fair trade in for my Giulia Ti. Dale Oakley the sales person was excellent to work with.

The process of buying our Alpha Romeo Giulia actually made for a fun weekend. Pricing was competitive, they were patient with my many questions and they were super pleasurable to talk to. Great initial experience with dealer, no nonsense and fast transaction with the lease. Love my Giulia Ti sport so far. It's the most exciting car to drive and look at I've owned, and that is coming from having a long list of performance oriented cars. Hope the experience continues on this way.

I went to look at Alfa Romeo models here - the staff was extremely helpful! Especially Curtis Pinkleton who answered all of my questions regarding different models, prices etc., went through every single detail of the models I wanted to look at and helped me in making my decision. It was great to work with Curtis on my purchase of Stelvio, and I would recommend everyone to check out the cool inventory they have here (including Ferrari, Maserati).

I came in for a test drive from an offer that Amazon gave for a gift card. When I called, I was told that I could just drop by any time. When I arrived, however, I was told that I needed an appointment.Thankfully there was a salesperson available to help. They were great during the drive, but my email correspondence afterwards was disappointing. The language and writing seemed unprofessional (not offensive, just too casual), I got a mysterious calendar invitation for a later date, and they completely stopped responding to me at a certain point.I was interested in Alfa for my next car, but I won't come back to this dealership, even if it means going all the way to Redmond.

The only flaw was there is no inventory.... and also that was told a hour in a half ( a little long for a service ) ended up being 2 1/2 hours. When asked about the GTA M got a look like total confusion
