I've purchased 4 vehicles over the past 15 years from Acura of Seattle, and I have only used their service department for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Anthony Napenias has been my service consultant for more years than I can remember. You couldn't ask for a better service consultant than Anthony. Anthony is extremely professional and courteous, yet also very personal. I consider Anthony part of my close group of friends. Ironically, I always seem to run into him at random places outside of work. Every time I need to go in for a service, we always catch up on life events and family. Anthony goes above and beyond to get all your service needs covered and never pressures you to spend more money on additional things your car may need, but he will honestly give you his professional advice if you car needs additional servicing or repairs. In all of these years working with Anthony, I have never had any problems with the service dept, and have always felt more than satisfied with all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. sometimes you might feel like the dealer charges more, but even if they do charge a little more on some services, at least you have a better chance of being taken care of at the end of the day if you have any complaints or grievances because they have a reputation to protect. If you go to a generic mechanic and/or shop to save a few bucks and experience any problems, they probably won't offer to do what it takes to make you happy and make things right.

I just acquired my second vehicle from Acura of Seattle. I didn't think they could beat my first visit, but I was overwhelmed with this experience. Preston Clark made sure everything was in place when I arrived...even choosing a vehicle for me. Financing was efficient and quick. I 100% recommend visiting this dealership.

I took my car in for a recall. Everything went very smoothly. Dary was my service rep and he is both personable and professional. He had a loaner car ready for me. They were able to take care of my recall and additional items that also needed addressing.

Man I had the greatest experience! I had to wait for 3 hours (due to awaiting response from the bank/not dealership) and during that time Jason handed my wife and I pizza and coffee. Little did he know we were starving and had skipped breakfast that day. We never felt forgotten as they made sure to keep us updated on the process. We felt at ease as we were nervous at first. (1st time buyers) They were very considerate and really helped us get the car we wanted and out the door in time to pick our children up from school! I want to say thank you to David Ly, Jason, Freddy, Nelson. Great people highly recommend if you are interested.

Salesperson (Ruslan) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Being from Ukraine, he was at times a bit difficult to understand. Not a knock but we worked it out. Sales Manager was open and upfront about his offers. Finance Manager (Erwin) was thorough, efficient and friendly as well. All in all, a good experience. I would recommend and not hesitate to visit them again.

Jose Rodriguez Ruiz provided me with the most excellent service. This was easily my most enjoyable experience buying a car, and he and the team made it very easy. They were able to get me a great deal for my trade-in, along with other incentives, and explained every detail along the way. I am more than pleased with Acura of Seattle and will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

My lease was coming up and I needed to start exploring options. David provided the best experience for me. He was patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully educated on all my options. After test driving the 2023 TLX I decided to go with it. I m super happy with my new car. Freddy, the finance manager, is also great and I enjoyed our conversation. I would definitely recommend David to assist others in their car journey. 10/10!

I bought a used car and really like the sales person that sold it to me. However, as soon as I drove the car off the lot, flies started appearing inside the cabin. I've found about 20 of them so far. I've checked everywhere inside the cabin, in the trunk, and engine bay and can't find a source.Upon returning to the dealership and talking to the the sales manager, I was told there is nothing he can do about it, and suggested I have the car detailed at my expense. He wouldn't look at the underside of the car on a lift, because he would "have to pay a service technician" to do that. There is probably road kill remains somewhere on the underside the car, and that was all i wanted them to check. It was also insinuated that I caused the problem which insulted me. The manager abruptly said "I'm not talking about this anymore, have a nice day," and walked off.They gave me two free oil changes within a year, so I don't understand why they won't take a look for me.Apparently the one year warranty they give on used cars doesn't cover insect infestation. So the warranty isn't actually comprehensive, keep that in mind. This shows what their customer service is like.

Really great experience purchasing a used car. Big thanks to Angelica Kang for her help navigating it all and Erwin Cortez for the help with financing. Everyone we talked with was very warm and the process was as efficient as it could be. We were able to get good financing and they worked with us on price and trade-in so that we could get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Very happy with the experience and the staff!

I am a loyal customer of Acura of Seattle since 1983, purchased a new Legend, it was lovely and trouble-free car for 20 years! I bought another new car in 1999 from another dealer (Infiniti) so my husband used the Legend until we sold it. I went back in 2017 for my final car, a beautiful MDX, it's the best car I've ever had and again another trouble-free vehicle. I have had the best service from Acura, from new car purchase to the service. Everyone I've dealt with is very professional, polite and friendly. I feel they go "the extra mile" for their customers. I'm sorry if I sound so cheesey but I am very happy with Acura of Seattle.

I ve been bringing my car to Acura of Seattle for a years, now, and I ve had a great and personal experience with DAMRADARY every time He is a very polite and nice to work with , always smile. Their work is top notch, the turnaround is speedy, and they remember me like I m a friend every time I come in. and they ve been completely accommodating each time, with no complaints I always feel confident and comfortable when I bring my car here.

My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Acura of Seattle. I had a great experience communicating with our salesman Chris via text and phone. He was thorough and transparent with all the information. Freddy helped walk us through the finance process. Jose delivered the vehicle, walked us through all its specs and went on our test drive. The experience with all three of these gentlemen was amazing! I have to highlight the exceptional and top notch customer service of each, but especially Jose!! We will absolutely consider Acura of Seattle for another car purchase!! Thanks team!!

Dary was very helpful and nice. The work he did on my 2018 MDX was amazing, he worked on calibration and it was peak work. Also they gave me a loaner car while they were working on my car the model was 2021 Aspec TLX it was brand new and super nice. I don't think any other car dealership is this nice/generous!

Express car service with a courteous staff and excellent shuttle service. Roble, the friendly shuttle driver, went above and beyond with great customer service. The only downside was the lack of detailed explanations about the repairs done on my Acura. Overall, I received service and were somewhat satisfied.

This is the second time using "Acura of Seattle" for service and a full detail job on my wifes 2021 TLX. Once again they did an outstanding job and will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.
