I can t express to you enough what great mechanics and what excellent customer service there is at the 34th Garage in Magnolia. They are able to troubleshoot problems, tell you what needs to be done and don t do any unnecessary work. They are an honest shop and I know when they do work it s done right.

I ve been a customer of 34th Street Garage for over 20 years. Besides being very conveniently located they are complete car pros. They have helped me out many times when I had a problem and no appointment. They explain everything clearly, give options and always fair estimates. Great people and great expertise.

These guys are awesome. I recently brought them a car that had been sadly neglected--sitting in the garage for over a year. Not only did they sort out everything it needed, but they went far out of their way to get it done faster than expected. Fast, friendly, and they obviously know what they're doing. Can't recommend them highly enough.

So my wipers were making a strange sound. Went to 34 street garage. They didn't know for sure so I had them order a new wiper motor and linkage. Estimate to replace all would be 950 dollars. After parts arrived, Kai went to take a look and found only worn out wiper blades. Parts and labor total 45 dollars.They are very honest!John

A Friend recommended 34th St. Garage, I had My engine rebuilt. A new clutch and rear shocks installed! I got their estimates quickly! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, and the kindness and respect I received from Kai and Dillion, they were super friendly! I was really happy, and satisfied with the work that was done on My vehicle! I highly recommend the 34th St Garage for Friendly, fast and fare service!

I had a mishap with my car that trashed the plastic plate covering the undercarriage, dislodged a puffy plastic bag-like part over the front left tire, and slightly misaligned the driver's side fender. The friendly guys at 34th Street Garage did a stem to stern inspection that determined that my car was miraculously unscathed. They replaced the damaged undercarriage cover, but the best part is that they also did the minor bodywork to realign the left front fender, sparing me the need to wait for MONTHS to get my car into body shop. When it comes to car repairs, 34th Street Garage is my new happy place.

Great guys. Kai was wonderful and very helpful when it came to explaining what was wrong with my car. Very nice mechanics. Will be back when I need help again. They serviced my 2002 Jaguar x-type.

34th Street Garage is my go to spot. They are straightforward & seem honest, I don't feel dirty after going there. They have competitive prices and absolutely great customer service. I highly recommend this place. Kai & Dillon in the front are great & the team of mechanics that work on my truck do a fine job! I learn something new everytime I go in the office. Great mechanics. Reasonable prices for quality work. Their newly implemented computer system sent me (by email/text) an easy-to-read diagnostic report that laid out recommended repairs with descriptions, photos of the affected areas of the vehicle, and an estimated cost for each repair. I truly appreciate seeing the photos and transparent prices all in a single report. Excellent communication throughout. Kai is a great guy and all of the staff are professional and helpful. Despite a high volume of work and strong demand for car repairs, it's clear that they do their best to accommodate every customer. I did experience some delays and minor inconveniences, but after coming to 34th Street Garage for several repairs & routine maintenance over the past 3 years, I continue to be happy with the quality of their work and I feel this is a 5 star business. I have taken multiple cars to them for both routine oil changes/preventive maintenance as well as for specific problems/issues and they have provided consistent high quality service every single time which is very hard to find in a mechanic. They are also very up front and transparent with their pricing and get your consent before performing any charged service which is also extremely hard to find in a mechanic. I plan to continue using their services on all of my cars for as long as I live in Seattle.

Great place to get your car services. They use high-tech equipment to detect issues and make suggestions on older vehicles. My 1979 TransAm now purrs like a kitten.Update: Shortly after, TransAm started acting up again and was leaking fluids. Brought it to another dealer and they fixed it. Tried MANy times to schedule an appointment here but never heard back. My honest opinion: AVOID THIS PLACE. Go elsewhere. I love these guys!!! I ve been twice and I feel absolutely welcome and taken care of. I ve been to a few other shops that are condescending and shady about prices but the staff at 34th garage is straightforward and respectful. Hands down the best Garage I've ever been to. As a gear-head and someone who has always owned older vehicles, it's been a challenge finding a garage that is OK replacing some parts and not others. Ive been to most of the big-name shops when I m in a pinch and often times they end up quoting & requiring me to fix much more than I need just because they can. It's beyond refreshing to take it to a place that is comfortable diagnosing and fixing just whats broken; it shows me they have confidence in their techs, and integrity as whole to do that. The car was checked out. Oil changed, oil, cabin and air filters replaced, Transmission service and brake system flush. Kai fit me in and got all the service taken care of in one day. They replaced my radiator and fixed a rim I had hit the curb with in the snow. I was very happy with the text estimate. The pictures they included with the estimate are great! You get to see exactly what needs to be fixed! Never felt pressured to get everything done. Clean shop and professional interaction. Honest and do a quality job. High quality work, helpful explanations, and they always have our car ready by the promised time (or even early). They have helped me in a pinch with flat tires on more than one occasion, including letting me run down with my car at closing time while I still had air in it! Very friendly, helpful and efficient.
