Exceptional quality repair shop. I m stunned with the level of quality repairs they ve made on my car. The communication and updates on every phase of repair they do offers you to stay calm and confident at home; just go there to pick up your brand new like car shining. Pretty impressive. Jonathan, the owner (I believe) is simply born to do his job the way he does. It s not without reasons every single person gives them 5 stars. They deserve it. They don t do shabby works. I needed to have new headlights installed on my 05 G35x, so I called for an appt for an estimate. I explained to Jonathan that I had the headlights and all necessary hardware. He quoted me 2 hours shop time to remove the bumper cover and misc to get to the headlights. I dropped off my car on the scheduled day and Jonathan had my car done and ready to go in the estimated time. He explained a bit about what he had seen and I paid the 2 hours shop time and was on my way with no surprises!Jonathan did great work, I'm going to recommend him to my friends!

We came out to give them an exterior painting estimate and was highly impressed with not only the owner but with the staff as well. Everyone was so darn friendly and helpful with all my questions. I was shown around the shop and found myself even more impressed with how organized everything was run. I definitely would take any of my vehicles to them in time of need. Thank you for taking time out in your busy schedule to give me the tour of your business and how you run it. You are amazing.

My experience with this business was the worst. They gave me my car without having it 100% repaired. they put a used windshield on it, they didn't paint the trim under the doors, they broke the tint on one window and they put the same trim on the exhaust....damaged. I Suggest Jonathan and his crew to anyone. While i was in the hospital my Girlfriend was rear ended. There was worse damage than what first thought. They did such amazing work. The paint matches perfect, everything lines up the way it is supposed to, and its metalic...! This guy can Airbrush like crazy too! Jack of all painting trades, and an awesome guy! Easy to work with.!

I had an amazing experience here and won't take my car anywhere else! Outstanding customer service throughout the whole process and estimation. Jonathan the owner was my estimator, He was super friendly and efficient. He balancing dealing with my insurance made sure everything was done on time. I received my car back clean and detailed. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Jonathan has been the saving grace during a post car accident nightmare. His communication throughout the process is worth 10 out of 5 stars and his helpfulness has been unmatched. The first thing he did when I called for a tow was ask if everyone was okay. His team was quick to respond and was able to tow my vehicle from a low ceiling parking garage within the hour. Within a day or so they were able to look at my car and give me an estimate of the damage done and had already reached out to the insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling.While the other driver s insurance was dragging their feet and making the process a nightmare, Jonathan went above and beyond to continually follow up with the insurance to get things taken care of and get an appraiser out to view the vehicle. He was able to hold my vehicle while all of this was going on and was genuine in taking care of things.Through it all, Jonathan kept me up to date and answered all my questions. He is knowledgeable, timely, and great to work with. Had my car not been totaled, I would have trusted him to do any and all repairs needed, knowing they would be done right and in good time. I can t recommend NW Auto Body enough and will look to them for any auto checkups and repairs in the future. Trust the litany of great reviews, this shop is amazing!

Awesome guys over there who genuinely care about their work and your satisfaction. Jonathan was the best, he kept me informed about m repairs and what exactly had to be done. Gave me tips on best repair routes and to use OEM parts, especially following an accident. Jonathan even met up with me after hours to drop and inspect my car since I work late night shifts. I will be doing all m auto work with them from now on, very dependable, prompt, and 100% satisfied.

Awesome staff to work with. They were very professional on letting me know when it ll be done, even offered a ride to wherever I wanted after I dropped the car off. They were honest on what s going to be fixed, what parts are going to used, and didn t try to sell or push you to use their service. They have text notification on the status of your car, so you don t have to hear them calling you all the time. Which is great! My experience at NW Auto Body Shop was beyond my expectations. Shiboney at the front desk was amazing and very professional. Her communication and customer service was top notch, she kept up with sending me reminders and regular status updates via text messages.They even provided me with a complimentary ride (Uber/Lyft) to and from my house after dropping off my car for repair. I was told my car would be ready within 3 days and it was ready within that time frame. I was very surprised not only with the timing but also with the job they did. The paint job and the installation of all parts was astonishing. They even washed my car and it looks completely new again.I will definitely go back to them if I ever need them and absolutely recommend them to anyone. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating. Jonathan and his team did an amazing job. Jonathan is very professional and extremely helpful. He made a stressful process simple and easy. The company has great communication and makes sure you know what is happening every step of the process. Jonathan was very trusting and reassuring. After my neighbor backed into my car, I was left with quite a dent in my car that I've had for only 2 months. I wasn't able to bring my car in immediately. They offered to do an estimate based on photos. They kept in touch with for my estimate and appointment. When I arrived they ordered me a Lyft home. The front was so friendly and professional- she went above and beyond. She waited outside in the rain for my ride to pick me up. The repairs were done beautifully and completed earlier than expected. I have a very nice Lexus IS 350 F-Sport. They did an amazing job on my car. They were polite, quick, very respectful and the car looked amazing! This is the third time I have used this company, twice previously before on my daughters car and every single time they took amazing care of us. I think the one person that gave them a bad review, was having a bad day, because these guys are the absolutely the best!

My GMC Sierra was vandalized. I took truck up to the last place I had work done. I was just so so with their past work, but figured the know shop was better than unknown shop.My insurance company referred me to Jonathan at NW Auto Body. I am so thankful they did.Jonathan gave the personal touch that makes you feel very important, not only as a customer, but as a person too. He was thorough with his estimate, showed me exactly what was damaged, and explained the process to me like I was his only customer.He fixed the truck on schedule and did a little extra touch up on paint that I figured I had to pay for, he included it as goodwill. I really appreciated that. He is a perfectionist and it showed.The truck looked just as good when he was done as it did coming off the dealer's floor.He showed me a flaw in the tinting. I would have never noticed as long as I have the truck. Even when I knew it was there, I still couldn't find it on my own. He offered to have it redone; however, I just couldn't see it as a problem.This shows his integrity, that goes along with his empathy, commitment, and timeliness. He completed my work in a timely manner while communicating to me very often where he was in the process.I plan to recommend Jonathan and NW Auto Body to anyone as you can't find a better experience.

We had minor damage that needed repair (trailer hitch and bumper, no painting required), and the team managed to get it done within hours of the car being dropped off. They even washed the car and did some vacuuming inside. Jonathan is very helpful, friendly, and cares about his customers. I highly recommend this place.

We are first time car owner since 2011 and have never been in an auto accident. My wife was in a hit and run two weeks ago and we were nervous bringing our SUV to an autobody shop. We read all the good reviews on Google for NW Autobody so we brought our SUV here and we are very glad we did. The reviews aren't wrong, the service we received here were exceptional. Jonathan was accommodating, informative and just a really cool and nice guy. They even did the work less than our estimate and vacuumed all the dog hair off our backseat. We can not be more happy with our repair and will bring all our business here from now on and recommend our friends and family as well.

What a great company. I came to get an estimate for a large scratch on my car. Another place said I'd either have to pay a couple grand to replace the entire bumper to fix it completely or I could pay a couple hundred to partially buff it out. I decided to swing by Northwest Auto Body for a second opinion. Jonathan came to look at it and right away said he thought he could get it out within a few seconds. He came back with some solvents and polish and had it looking pretty much like new within a few minutes. I tried to pay something but he insisted that no payment was needed. What a nice guy!

I got into a fender bender a couple weeks ago and I chose to come here where I met John who gave me a estimate on damages and apparently has been doing that type of work for 10 years. He couldn't of been more informative and let me know my options with claims what not. I could get a payout for damages right then and there or get it fixed of course. I chose to get the work done a later date and he was completely cool with it. Looking forward to October when I return.

This is a review not for body work exactly, but, for Jonathan being so extra super nice and helping me. My car had been recently stolen (and retrieved)and I had just started on a trip when I realized I couldn't put gas in the tank due to there being a hose in it left by the thieves after emptying my tank. I called my usual mechanic for advice and he said that he would do it for an hour's worth of work. But he was far from where I was. I saw Northwest Autobody at that point and stopped in. Jonathan agreed to look and got the hose out in about 10 mins!! After the experience of having my old car stolen, Jonathan being willing to help was just really awesome and I was able to get on my way. It's a nice shop, very clean, and my sense of Jonathan was that he was straight up, honest, and interested in doing the best work. Thank you again Jonathan!

Jonathan and his crew went above and beyond than just fixing my van. He went and got emissions for it as well, because my tabs were about to expire! His team cleaned the van, inside and out. The best part is he was very upfront with cost and what the repair will entail. I highly recommend them :)

They are probably one of the best auto body shop in burien or even Seattle. Gave me an estimate and stuck by it. They also finished my car in a timely manner. They will not cheat you for your money. highly responsive even when they're busy. That just shows how much they value their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was there on day one to end.And I don't put peoples names out. But if you see the owner and speak to him. He's very understanding and easy to communicate with. Helped and explained to me about the process awesomely well. Along with explaining the situation and problems with my vehicle. Did a great job with my back bumper and front.They were also ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this place. I mean, shoot look at the ratings.

I highly encourage anyone in a car wreck to call Jonathan s shop at Northwest Auto Body right away. He was very quick to have my car taken to his shop to assess the damages and even gave me a ride to a local rental car office to pick up a rental. Even though my car was totaled and not repairable, Jonathan s expertise and experience in dealing with insurance claims helped me know what to expect and made the process go as smooth as possible during a very stressful time. I m glad I chose Northwest Auto Body and recommend their excellent service to all others!

My truck was rear ended and was an absolute mess! I took it into Jonathon s shop and he made a stressful situation easier. Made it quick, easy and painless. Went above and beyond to make sure the quality of work was up to my expectations. My truck in the end looked brand new and far exceeded my expectations!!! I give his shop 10+ stars!!!!
