Went in to get Windshield washer fluid and oil for my car. The customer service representative didn't acknowledge me or cared about what I needed!! So,I walked around acting like I couldn't find what I needed! Just to see if!! They would ask me if I needed help NOPE!! So on my way OUT!! Couple came in, not of same race, GREETED!! before they could get two steps in. I didn't mind that at all. IGNORANCE!! Kills businesses. Just know that,before I spend one dollar of my money I always check out the place first!! I don't throw out good money for bad service. That makes me a millionaire. Thanks to my protector!! The guys at this AutoZone are absolutely the best.. I'm in a situation that is unattainable my truck is completely broken in a way in which I was unfamiliar with.They've been helpful they've allowed my truck to be there while I wait for a part to be delivered.New Management employees are exemplary this store should be the model for all the rest these are truly car guys who understand what it is to be in a tough situation with your vehicle.They do nothing but help make it better not make you feel bad or less than knowledgeable about what might be going on just completely friendly helping you look for a solution to the problem.Which is how it should feel like you're in your own garage talking to your buddies about how to resolve the problem and all my buddies are back home which is about two hundred miles away in these guys are helping me get my truck in a situation where I would be safe.Amazing folks can't say enough you can tell that from management down the store is done right in these guys are great at their jobs and the best at over-the-top effort for customer service.

Your cashier s and customer service are totally garbage. I went in yesterday to get brake shoes and the female cashier said you don t have it, but there s one at your Tacoma location. She said to pay for it and you ll order it, and it should be here at noon. When I called multiple times today every cashier said something different, they said the manager said for me to call Tacoma because none of your location has it. Why the hell would I call your Tacoma store when I paid at your Seatac store and I was told to pick it up today? Make it make sense because those kids working at Seatac needs more training.

Looks like a car burnt down in the parking lot, customer service over the phone was very rude and acted like they did not have any time for me.The music over the intercom s has cuss words, so I dare not bring kids !This is not an AutoZone this is a place where employees just wanna party! And the outside they just don t care what it looks like

I was out of town, left my car parked next to the airport and accidently left my dome light on for over two weeks. I had my car jumped and then went to get gas. My car's battery died once again at the gas station. I walked to the nearest auto part store, which was this AutoZone. I got there 20 minutes before closing time. The manager Chris was very helpful. He was even kind enough to give me a ride to the gas station after he got off work. I am very grateful for Chris and AutoZone for hiring such a stand up person.

I was having problems with my battery terminals and barely made it to AutoZone. I thought it would be a easy fix and replace the cables, but the bolts going into the battery were stripped. The store manager was excellent in providing the right tools help and I wouldn't have gotten it done with out his help. This is the store to go to for your parts and advise.

I bought new batteries for my hand held automotive code scanner I just picked up,the clerk Eric went above and beyond to help me out and show me how to use the unit. Stellar Job I will definitely be back. Terry Albin.

Great store, went in about 7:50AM in the morning today(7/5) for battery replacement, a friendly employee( did not get his name) helped me replaced the battery for like in a minute. He is super efficient, professional and helpful. Thank you!

Alex is awesome!!!! It was storming outside and my windshield wipers were not working. Not only did ALEX process my order over the phone, Alex came outside in the storm and installed the windshield wipers so I wouldn't get my hair wet and so I could get back to Everett safely. I really appreciate that Alex went above and beyond for me on such a stormy day. What a gentleman.

Managers are great guy very helpful. Over all the staff knowledge is great and very genuinely upbeat which is great for a place like this. Prices are okay. It's just nice to be able to come in someplace find a part in person instead of waiting for a part ordered online then it be the wrong thing and have to return it. I hope these places never go out of business this is a place that it's worth an extra $2 to get it in person.

Love to come to this AutoZone. I ve always received help from great crews. I came here with my mom to check her Nissan that had the engine light on, and not even a second later we had someone out to help. Although there are some members who just stands there and act like they are doing something when they are really not. It s funny when it happens. I come in and they stare at me and I stare back. I m like are you going to help me or we just gon have a staring contest. Overall I love the service I received just next time please let s not have a staring contest. I understand work is tough and what-not but still got to uphold the best service you can give.

Very helpful staff. The guy that helped us was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor trying to calm impatient customers in line. They are clearly understaffed like other businesses during these trying times.

I mean they have everything I need but most of the staff is so unprofessional. Most of the time they are just cussing and talking about drama, it's honestly annoying but they do have everything I need so I guess. Not overall they should be monitored when customers are in, I always get asked if I need help but I feel like if I take it I'm interrupting it they really just don't care if it's what I need. Some workers are really helpful but majority of the time is just a bunch of people talking.

Ok, I forgot his name already even though I was just there (chemo brain), but the assistant manager was AWESOME!!! I'm a 150% disabled Vet and needed extra help figuring stuff out and making a couple fixes. He coached me through the whole thing, I wouldn't have been able to do it otherwise. Y'all are my regular parts stop anyway, this just put extra icing on that cake.

If you want an excellent customer service at an AutoZone, then come to this one. Evan and Alex are great, friendly and helpful!Warning: Do NOT come to the garbage AutoZone in Burien, absolute worst human beings and a bunch of lowlifes who will have zero issue and shame cheating you out of your money work at that shop!

Almost everything was great.... the only hiccup was the associate who needs some extra customer service training. The gentleman who worked the accounts counter, stay clear of him. God forbid you ask him question when there was not a soul even near his counter, b/c you will bare the brunt of his frustration from his job. Yikes!

These guys are great. They offered the help we needed, advise, tools, we purchased a battery and an alternator and neither were the problem. They offered a hassle free return and supported us in every way possible! Definitely an above and beyond experience!

Usually my go to auto zone really like everyone there but this new lady Tracy is THE WORST. Absolutely rude with 0 customer service. Gave her a parts number 5 times over the phone to get there & it still be the wrong part & then for her to tell me it s my fault. Ridiculous. She definitely should not work in the parts industry.. or customer service for that matter. Still giving a 5 star because I love the rest of the staff & I go into that location at least once every week. JUST STEER CLEAR FROM TRACY!

If u know. U know who work nov 10 expect one guy. All laddies are very disrespectful. We don t get loan from u or anything. We pay and get what we want. U don t give free. Keep that attitude at ur house not at work.
