We have a '17 VW Alltrack that a slow coolant leak that I took to Auto Sport Imports to have diagnosed. The technicians there were able to confirm my suspicions of it being a known issue with the water pump/thermostat housing assembly and provided a quote for the repair.However, what surprised me the most was how honest they were by telling me that there was an extended warranty on this part and to have a VW dealer fix it under warranty. They didn't have to tell me this and it speaks volumes of their integrity and honesty. It is difficult finding reputable shops but I've definitely found my new shop for all my VW service/maintenance and would recommend you give them a shot as well.By the way, the estimate for the work they provided was also cheaper/fairer than what the dealer would've charged for the out-of-warranty repair. I can't recommend this shop enough.

I have been going to Auto Sport for over 15 years, it is the only place I will ever take my cars!!! Customer service and service time is absolutely above and beyond. Friendly staff makes you feel like you are part of the family. Their knowledge of parts is top notch, they carry all the OEM parts and if something isn't in stock it's there same day or next. I know my Volkswagens are in good hands. Holy mackerel! I ve owned European brand vehicles for quite sometimes now and had them serviced elsewhere- I had my fair share of mechanical problems. I was recommended to this place several times by friends and professional colleagues, so I finally caved and gave them a try also based on reviews.I ve never thought in a million years I could find a shop as professional, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable as the team here. Their customer service, price, and quality is A++! I have taken my AMG for a new vehicle purchase inspection and they had my results ready faster than projected. The photos, given details, and recommendations were top-notch. They re not one of those shops that tries to take your hard earned money, that s for sure. I've owned a number of cars over the years most of them Volkswagen's and let me tell you, this place is a hidden gem.Marcus, the service advisor made sure he had all of the information to make diagnosing a transient air conditioning issue easier for the technician. I originally had gone in for brakes after being told by two dealerships they needed to be replaced... But they didn't.These guys are honest, thorough and all of the information they provided during their inspection was perfectly documented including pictures. I haven't seen a shop that operates like this before, but even though I live 100 miles away--they are my shop of choice from now on.Services: Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement

I will 110% refer these fellas, I will only take my car here to Auto Sport Imports in the future. They fixed my VW up nice and good and gave detailed images and descriptions. Fantastic

I was very impressed by the pictures of everything that needed to be fixed or taken care of in the future. The communication was great, and the price was reasonable for all they did during my 90,000 mile check up. Dylan always takes amazing care of my 1988 VW Cabriolet! They are fantastic at what they do and very fair. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else!Especially that VW place in West Seattle! My girlfriend had some major issues with her car, and not only were they the cheapest for pricing, but also incredibly nice to her. Genuinely appreciate these guys and will be making them my go to for anything mechanical. They also included a detailed report on what they did, which soothed my soul!

Awesome the best parts service staff and general experience you can have at a localy owned shop they are honest fair and genuinely concerned for the best outcome or fitament for your precious loved one be it Audi BMW VW or of Asian descent you will get answers estimates and advice along with great prices that beat the chain stores by a significant amount if you love your car this is the place it wants you to bring it.
