My car got towed after I hit a dear and I went to pick it up and my window was down with the bumper shoved in the front seat so my seats were wet and my ashtray broke along with the clips the clipped my bumper so now theres a big scratch on the rear bumper. So I'm not really too happy about this never get towed in grays harbor

Leo came out to get my truck from Capitol Forrest Park. Leo was very professional, super nice and a really cool guy. He had a couple battles trying to get to my dodge ram because I was dumb for trying to go through this trail.Leo was determined. He always came up with a plan and always made sure I was okay with it. A couple things didn't go the way we planned but Leo never gave up and worked around the issue and got my truck out safe and sound with no damage. I honestly and super thankful for him. If I could've gave him a tip aside from the cash I had I totally would have. This guy was the real MVP and never freaked out and was always professional. To Leo man I wish you the best and again I'm super thankful you were the one who came to get my truck.Wil - ( Guy with the Silver Dodge Ram that you had to reverse up hill to get my truck out).I hope you get a raise man you definitely deserve it!

Good place towed my friends ranger rover not in the best of circumstances but it was police impound. My friend never transferred out of his name but they are letting the guy that had bought it come get it out without any issues. Seems like a small town good company will do business with them in the future.

My new car was impounded and I have had a bad experience once with a tow truck company in Tacoma that stole everything out of my car that was worth anything. These guys didn't touch a thing in my car and I have a lot of respect for them. Thank you for taking good care of my Camaro.

I was well treated and the driver located me when the GPS failed to get an accurate location thru my insurance towing price was reasonable given the travel distance. I am just upset my transmission failed after less than 30,000 miles. I just hope next steps work as well. Thank You so much Leo

Imagine you are driving along and really enjoying your day. Just getting off work and ready to make the commute back home, which is usually a fairly good part of your day.Then suddenly, strange looks from pedestrians begin to alert you that something has gone astray. Curiously you look around, and there it is. The day isnt as fun anymore.Huge clouds of smoke behind you. Yup, its your car. Game over. Pulling over you review your options, but realizing you're an hour away from home you know this isnt going to be cheap no matter what. One can become a little stressed during times like that.Never fear, the awesome staff at A1 Rapid Recovery are around to help with the whole process, even if you are not 100% sure where you are at. They have an exact quote over the phone and excellent communication from both the dispatcher and the driver during every step of the way.A+ for A1

They damaged my RV more than it was..drove it into tree ripped off roof racks and septic pipe, didn't unhook driveline now my tyranny is messed up and all they can say is sorry I helped you..DO NOT RECOMMEND

They were easy to deal with and reasonably priced, unlike some other tow yards. Let me dick around trying to get my girlfriends car started after it was stolen and rewired.

Just moved to town and the car battery died, this place came and jumped me like a decent person driving by could have, for the low low cost of $80.00!

The company really helped me out when my truck broke down in the middle of the road they responded really quickly and gave me a reasonable price to tow me back to my house i would recomend them to anyone looking for a tow
