Luis has worked on two of my trucks. He has done AC work, hub assembly, lug nuts and brakes. Great mechanic with reasonable pricing. If you need a mechanic around Royal city I would highly recommend him.

My wife and I were on our way from Spokane to Seattle when our vehicle suddenly died off the Columbia Basin Scenic View. After many No from every auto shop, Luis and another guy traveled to Moses Lake an hour and a half in the opposite direction to purchase our part then drove another hour back to us due to not being able to get a tow and serviced us right there and then. We followed them back to the shop for payment when we realized we d need a new battery as well. Luis ran into us at Napa and thankfully told us to come back to the shop and helped us with our battery as well due to not having any tools on us. Such a great experience during a difficult time. Thanks again Alvarez Auto Repair!

I am from the Tri Cities area, and I was in Royal City visiting family and friends. I needed new breaks. So I visited Luis from Alvarez Auto Repair. I was a bit worried going to new mechanic from bad past experience. But Luis had great customer service and explained everything I needed to know. I found myself a mechanic. Definitely gained my trust! Will def recommend my people to him!Habla espanol tambien

While pulling our 5th wheel leaving Potholes Lake on July 3rd. Our diesel started to loose power & blowout black smoke. We thought we were hosed in the small town of Royal City. Ready to have AAA tow us home, ( BonneyLake. The owner Luisdid the diagnostic on it to learn that it was in fact just a hose that had come loose. He had us back on the road again in no time

After my car had stalled on I 90, AAA sent me to Royal City. They were nice enough to drive me to Othello for a night and then back to Royal City the next day where they fixed it quick and I was back on the road.
