I took a six year old Stehl tow dolly in to have an inspection done and to get an estimate for repairs. I was dealing with Chris, the mechanic. After the inspection I was informed that it needed pretty extensive work and an estimate was provided to me that was going to be pretty pricey. I had already considered just replacing it with a new one. I asked if they would consider a trade-in and they said that they would. We agreed on a price and I went ahead and bought a brand new one. After towing it a few miles it had no brakes or lights. I discovered that the factory wiring harness was not long enough to allow me to turn left or right without pulling out of the plug-in of my vehicle.I towed it back to the shop without brakes or lights. It was about 4:30PM and getting dark when I arrived. Chris got right on it and had it fixed in about 30 minutes.I have dealt with both Ty and Chris and was very happy with the attention and customer service that they provided. If you are considering buying anything from these guys you will not be disappointed!

Purchased a Maxx-D 5x10 dump trailer from Ty at Trailer Boss Rochester. They had a great selection of trailers and Ty spent quite a bit of time with me helping me make my decision. No pressure and very informative. He knows his trailers. The other folks I interacted with were equally impressive. Check out Rochester Trailer Boss and ask for Ty.

We trekked over an hour and a half to this specific location because we heard so much about it. We passed two other outposts along the way but we were set on the Rochester Location. It did not Disappoint!! We were greeted by a salesman named Ty the moment we walked in. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately jumped into action. We found and left with the perfect trailer. Ty was very knowledgeable about what we needed it for and what the trailers capabilities were.Randy helped us get everything gathered while the paperwork was being done. He checked over the trailer and really made sure everything was squared away and ready to drive off the lot. Ty and Randy helped us with the hook up of the trailer and some tricks and tips. We will definitely be back!

I bought a 2022 Delco 7x14 new. The sales guy was Randy, he was awesome to work with. Easy and quick. They had in-house financing with many options. I was approved in less than 20 minutes. When I came in, told him what I wanted and they had me hooked up and ready to leave in under and hour. I also purchased a new drop hitch. Came back a few months later and bought a flatbed. I was in an out in under 40 minutes.Flash forward to today. I was driving through tenino and had an unfortunate stroke of bad luck. U bolt snapped and blew out a tire. Hauling a load of gravel(not over the payload) a fluke .. annoying but it happens.. I called the shop and told them what happened, they had a mechanic on the way in less than 15 minutes. He had to run back for some parts and is getting me back on the road but also making sure I make it to my Destination to dump and then following me back to the shop to go over the trailer and fix anything necessary. This was definitely above and beyond and I'm incredibly thankful. Definitely a customer for life. Not many sales lots would go to this extent so I seriously appreciate the level of customer service! Great job guys.

Randy Howlett (manager) and Chris Sodden were incredibly easy to work with from choosing the correct trailer to ensuring everything was set up correctly on my truck and that I had all the correct straps to secure my vehicle on the trailer. I highly recommend purchasing from these gentleman.I d also like to add that I first contacted the Olympia store for information because they re closer. They didn t have the right trailer for my needs, so the manger of that store contacted Randy at their Rochester location. Point is that I highly recommend either store.

We recently purchased a 7 x 14 dump trailer for our school district from Trailer Boss Rochester. From start to finish it was a perfect transaction. Clear communication and top notch customer service throughout. I will buy from them again for sure. Their approach to things was a breathe of fresh air in a sometimes frustrating world. Thank you again to Randy and his whole crew. Keep up the good work!

Every time I come in here these guys take care of my problems. I bought a 14K tilt deck MAXXD trailer years ago. They always have parts on hand to fix everything from tires, to hubs, to brakes and even tongue jacks. I use this trailer as a contractor so I put it through its paces. I always appreciate the quick response from all of the guys at trailer boss. I strongly recommend this company.

Went in today and bought a 8.5x24 enclosed trailer so we could haul our racecar safely and winter it in it. Randy was very helpful and professional. I usually don't like buying from sales lots but this was a great experience.

I purchased a trailer from Trailer Boss of Rochester. They were helpful in the research and in bringing in the trailer I wanted. Additionally I purchased a stinger with weighsafe hitch based on their recommendation and really have appreciated it. In all, good pricing on quality equipment. Excellent customer care during and after the sale. Knowledgeable team willing to help.

The lady said they drove 6 hours for trailer they had on hold and it was sold to someone else,,, my experience was they do not put holds on trailers and it's first come first serve for advertised trailers. 3 years ago I drove 3 hours and got the last one on sale they had 4 when I called before I left and a guy came 5 min after me to buy same trailer,,,a 7000 lbs dump 5x10 I got for $3200. They now sell for $9000. Great trailer, fantastic price, but you have to get there first.

Great staff that's very helpful and knowledgeable! We had Bobby help us with a purchase that came with some special requests from us and he was very happy to help us out with whatever we need. We love our trailer and plan to buy a few more from Trailer Boss. They are reasonably priced and they know what they're talking about! They even know the commercial vehicle enforced laws when it comes to combination weight restrictions, etc. If you're thinking about buying a utility, equipment, dump, cargo or any other kind of trailer, go talk to Bobby!

I m glad they thought their lunch was more important then my money. Walked around for 20 minutes no sales man in site also seen another pair of guys noticed they never had service also. Went in to the building to ask questions there was 3 guys inside eating. I let them know I was interested but had questions 1st. I walked back out hoping they would finish soon walked around the trailers again that I was interested in again for another 15 minutes still no one came out. Glad I searched trailer sales while waiting 14 minutes South is Bulldog Trailer Sales. I decided to go see them. Was there less then 15 minutes and left with the trailer I wanted and needed with great price, customer service, and a great quality feel.

I needed to replace a simple 7-way, 4-flat wiring connector on my truck. I expected it to take 45-minutes max. They weren't busy, so I got right in on a Saturday morning after calling around for an hour and a half all of the U-Haul stores from Chehalis to Auburn, and everyone else that does hitch installations. They also had the parts, which were competitively priced compared with local auto parts stores. They were also nice folks to work with. One guy was very experienced and knew what to do. The other guy was just starting out, so he was the guy working my job. He had lots of questions for the experienced guy, and had some trouble figuring out the wiring, getting some eye protection, and trying to drill and install the new bracket. He even admitted the he didn't know much about wiring. An hour and a half later, the job was done and everything seemed to work, but I expected the wires to be fully encased in a plastic conduit, and whole that partly happened, there were still some bare wires and the harness was not completely encased. I also asked them to install a wire to connect my canopy dome and brake lights, and while they talked about it, and how easy it could be done, I guess they just brushed it off like they didn't feel like doing it. They charged me around $140 for the repair. A similar job at U-Haul was quoted at $60, $30 for the part and $30 for labor. I'd recommend Trailer Boss because they were able to do a same day appointment, had the parts, and were pleasant to deal with, but they were pricey, and have a little work to do earn a 5-star rating.
