I had the opportunity to connect with Pat on repairs after having a CV boot fail. There were a few components to it as it needed warranty approval and such. Pat was very communicative throughout the entire process and made it an incredibly easy experience. I'd recommend making the trip out to Rochester for great service and reasonable prices!

Pat Kelley has been honest, awesome, and he does great work on my truck. Every single time I bring it in. Big issues and oil changes it does not matter he does the absolute best.Thanks always Pat!Oh, and Ray is pretty cool, too.

Pat saved our vacation! Half way through our travels on a Friday afternoon we broke down with a cylinder miss fire near Roys Automotive. Pat diagnosed our problem and stayed past open hours replacing a couple coils and the spark plugs and had us back on the road that same evening. Never imagined we would be back on the road that same evening!

Was in town visiting family over Labor Day when my truck blew a coolant hose. Had it towed to Ray s, Pat called me Tuesday morning and reviewed the repair plan. A few hours later the job was done and I was able to pick up my truck.Great communication, fair pricing, and a shop I wouldn t hesitate to use again. Thanks guys!!!

Great shop and great experience. Broke down on I-5 next to Great Wolf Lodge at 2:00am and slept in the rig until his shop opened. Managed to limp 5 miles to the shop and explained our situation and he got us in right away. Very reasonable on price and did great work. If I lived in the area I would take my vehicle there to get serviced. Hands down one of the best shops I've dealt with and would highly recommend.

TRUSTWORTHY!!! YES YOU CAN TRUST this shop to do excellent work on your vehicle wich is very rare these days it seems. Ray and Pat do very good work and I'd recommend my mom or grandma to go there. Very fair on shop rates also and it's incredibly hard to run a shop these days especially in Thurston County so give them a call.

Courteous service with gear attention to making sure I understood diagnosis and what it meant. It was a fast and reasonable repair! 2nd repair at this shop and I recommend them to everyone!

My husband's van broke down a few miles away from Rochester. He stayed with the van all night and limped into Ray's in the morning. They had him in and out quickly and on his way home. If we ever need a mechanic again, it will be at Ray's Automotive Repair.

Easygoing, helped me get a sticky electrical problem fixed without replacing a $1,400 wiring harness on my 1997 rav4. One more experience like this, and I'll bump 'em up to a five.
