Kaleb and Aaron were fantastic! I was thoroughly impressed with Kaleb's honesty toward our car buying situation and what we could realistically purchase without judgement. He bent over backwards to make sure I left the lot with a safe, reliable vehicle. Aaron was very nice to chat with and we even had a few things in common! Please refer your friends and family here for your vehicle needs. I felt like a human being and not just a number they were trying to reach in a quota. They beat the large big box dealers any day!

We just bought the truck of our dreams from these fine young men. Aaron was so easy to talk to and so very patient. And Caleb....wow ..he's amazing. He bent over backwards to get us with the right bank and made it so easy for us to drive off with our new baby. I can't find words to give them more praise. Kaleb and Chase were so easy to work with! I'm 50 and have bought many cars, this was my favorite car buying experience. Very laid back, no pressure and super professional. The folks at Olympia Auto Sales are real, genuine people! You will not regret working with them. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Zero pressure, 100% honesty and straight to the point. I was in desperate, dire straights of needing a car. I am homeless with 3 dogs and my car was having serious problems. A librarian in Sumner, WA helped me find my new car from Olympia Auto Sales. $5,000 doesn't usually buy you anything but junk, but I found this car online for not much more than that. I called and spoke to Aaron, the salesman, and he gave me the info on the car. It was 1:00 when I called and I drove straight there 36 miles and met Aaron. We test drove it and went over the car. They have a lower overhead than big city lots. The owner put a lot of work and money into the lot. Fenced, great inventory, clean, and well kept, with an onsite mechanic. The car was given new brake pads and rear rotors, new tires, spark plugs and an oil change. They detailed it wonderfully. Aaron showed me the Carfax and showed me the whole history. It had the certificate of origin from Oregon and had never been in an accident and was very well cared for. On 12/8, the night before, they dropped the price, and it was my luck I found it. The car drove great on the test drive despite the brakes not being broke in; the car stopped very straight and the mechanic did a good job. While at the desk with Aaron, Ed, the manager, came in. He had the presence and size of a grizzly bear, big boned and probably was a breast fed baby, but really a teddy bear and a nice, honest guy. Found out he worked for a neighbor of mine and had managed his dealerships for many years. The owner he worked for was a history maker in auto dealership business in the U.S. He gave me a great price on the trade in of my car without having seen it; despite living out of it with three dogs, which he knew, he gave me a great price. But it felt like too much to me so we ultimately settled on a lower price. Ed appreciated my honesty on that. Also, the day I went there the weather was terrible, absolutely pouring, and he allowed me to use the shop to transfer my belongings over to the new vehicle. He then offered me something that he had that was a belonging of his friend that had passed. He went and got it and brought me the gift and I told him I would cherish it and take great care of it and bring it and his friend's spirit with me on my travels. He made it so easy with the paperwork and all of it. It's a first class operation. Ed, the manager, is a straight shooter, no baloney whatsoever. It has lifted such a burden of stress from me. The car is fantastic. It was so wonderful driving it, I gassed it up and spent the whole night driving it around 300 miles. I am so appreciative to Olympia Auto Sales. I would highly recommend this auto dealer to anyone. They have a higher end inventory and give a lower overhead cost to their customers. I got the best deal in the nation for my Honda Ridgeline, and Ed and Aaron are both honest, stand up guys. Ed even shared about an issue with the Ridgeline that his mechanic on inspection found, a loose carrier bearing in the driveshaft, that most auto dealers wouldn't share with you. I can't say enough good things about them. I don't even care what they say about Aaron. I think he's alright. You won't go wrong by Olympia Auto Sales in Rochester, WA. I give them 5+ stars. The list of complaints is to long. In a nutshell, it cost us another $10,000.00 in repairs within 5 days of purchase. We cannot recommend buying a vehicle from them. We will never buy from them again.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I went to both the olympia and their newer Grand Mound lot, and the salesman I dealt with was honest and very helpful. They give you the impression that they care more about getting you in a vehicle that you will be happy with, than just making a sale off you. I got a sweet new rig and a nice, dealer offered warranty. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I cannot say enough about this business and especially Kaleb. He didn't just find me a lender when my car finally died and I needed a new one quick, he fought to get me the right lender. If you want someone who isn't a slimy car salesman, as well as someone who will genuinely work hard to get you approved and walk you through the process, Kaleb and Oly auto Sales is definately where you need to go.

I bought a truck there. I had 3,000.00 down so they charged me 1,000.00 more to finance it through them. Making the price around 6,000.00. It broke down in less than 4 months. It's been at there shop for a month and still haven't gotten to it.They take no responsibility for the condition of the truck and now they want 3 to 4 thousand dollars more to repair it...

Mat helped me find the perfect car!! I struggled for over a week trying to get a Huyndai Accent at a different auto dealership and it fell through. Luckily, I found Olympia Auto Sales! Mat was so kind and helpful and the process was so easy! The only reason I didn t walk out with my car the same day was because I came in so late that the bank was closed! Very great Service!

My wife and I bought a car here in April. Our main vehicle broke down and was too expensive to fix. They found a great deal and got us into a 2014 Dodge Journey, even with my bad credit. Two days after driving it the check engine light came on. Turns out it needed a new cam shaft and lifters. Basically the whole bottom of the engine needed replaced. I bought the car as is and they could have said, Sorry, there s nothing we can do for you. Instead, the owner, Roman, and the mechanic, Cody, got the car fixed free of charge. Couldn t have asked for a more professional experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I just purchased my 2013 Ford Escape last week this really is a no hassle dealer I test drove escape with no time limit or pressure to be back put deposit down that night dropped cashiers check off the next day they had everything thing ready to go I am so happy thanks guys I left out a star because I did everything I could for a full tank of gas or at least half a tank but they wouldn t budge !!!!!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could!! I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from them a few months ago. I was barely able to enjoy it since it kept misfiring and freaking out. I kept bringing the vehicle back to them and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Even if they thought they figured it out, days later it would continue to do the same thing! I even went to other repair shops and they didn't know what was wrong either. On thanksgiving, the car started misfiring to the point I had to pullover and not have a car for the holiday! They were willing to get me into another vehicle from their lot but I wasn't pleased with the options. I wasn't able to just get the car out of my name either, it was either stick with this vehicle or switch into another one of there's. At this point the owner was willing to buy me my dream car (RAV4) from an auction. Weeks roll by and he hasn't found anything. The Jeep is practically unsafe to drive a this point. I am furious and decide to get rid of the Jeep at another dealership. I bought the vehicle for 18k and only got 8k back! Also their warranty is horrible, never use it! They would only over 5k worth of repairs. I now have the car of my dreams but with a heavy car payment because of this. This Jeep I bought from them was horrible, and there was no real solution to come about. I bought this vehicle at their store in Olympia, which I noticed isn't even their store anymore. Caleb was the one who helped me through getting the car and he was impatient, rude and constantly busy with other distractions. Overall I would NOT recommend this business to anybody, no matter how good of a deal it is. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

This lot is small, but it makes you feel more at home and comfortable with the process. He was upfront with me about each step of the process and didn t give off those typical icky car salesman vibes whatsoever! Thanks for a good experience, when I m ready, I ll definitely be back

Worst car buying experience I ve had so far.I drove 2 hours (from Everett to Centralia area) to look at a very specific model/color Subaru outback - and after doing a test drive and inspection, I sat down with the sales guy and was discussing the final details of the sale. Aaron was the sales guy s name.Sitting together at his desk, He was called away in the middle of our conversation, so I took that as an opportunity to use the restroom. Came back 3 minutes later and he was giving the keys to another guy who was also interested in the vehicle. As you can imagine, after driving 2 hours to check out the vehicle, and sitting with the sales guy discussing the final details, I was quite shocked and almost ashamed I ever decided to drive down to this poor excuse of a used car company. It almost seemed planned as a sales tactic to put pressure on buying.After the other guy took off on the test drive, I advised to Aaron that was very tacky and they had lost my business. These guys don t understand customers and relationships, and it was clear they will say/do anything to sell these cars. Side note, the outback had a few clear issues, but they kept playing dumb and/or denying it. They made an excuse for every question and concern I had.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There are much better used car dealers out there.
