Walked in to pick up some brake clean real fast and long haired guy was to busy smoking a cigarette and talking to a buddy to even help me, as I stand at the counter for over 5 minutes he finally walks in and doesn t say a single word to me, not even a be with you in a minute or anything grabs a notepad and then walks right back out like I m not even there and goes back to talking to his buddy I walked right out and will never be back again, AWFUL customer service

Guys are always super helpful and friendly. They spend time answering your questions, instead of getting frustrated and pushing you along. Prices at this one are steep. Found the same exact part I needed at cutrate and it was $60 cheaper. For the same exact product. Unbelievable.

Local parts store. The only one for 10 miles or so. Its probably been here for years. They have all the normal stuff you need. I bought some trailer lights. I was kinda in a hurry so I didn't take the time to look around much or take pics.

I have no worries when I come looking for a part. If one store doesn't have it they are always willing to call the sister stores to find it. Ok have found obscure parts when I need them

I ve gone in 3 or 4 times so far and I get the same attention and outstanding service every single time. I haven t found that type of consistent quality in many places. Highly recommend!

I love my local Auto Parts Store Napa. They always go out of their way to make sure that they explain everything in detail . All I need to know is the year make and model and they get up and go bring the merchandise right up to the counter for me . Perfect match every time..

They told me ( after purchasing the wrong chains ) and receipt in my Hand as soon I walking out they said it's non returnable once I walk out the door, I ended up only on one chain all the way home. I had to eat 70 dollars. Desperately needing to be home before dark. I forgive them, now that I know of their return policy, I won't shop there Anymore.

Well,IV been acquiring parts to keep several older cars on a "as needed" basis, they conjured up something needed ,when needed, prices could be better, and beyond looking at a very basic view (no not microphish), and receiving "very basic" questions answered in a generally congenial manner, I guess overall, satisfactory, I didn't require assistance installing the wiper blades , but 35 bucks for 3 wasn't bad I suppose, yes they either have it on the shelf(and I'm left to decide if the ransom is beyond reasonable, if so of course I'm free to trade elsewhere, but often it's one in the hand vs two in the warehouse, decent service, but don't forget your lunch money IN CASH for candy bars! Can I add it to my C.C. purchase? Aw heck no! No biggie, otherwise aside from the only game in town for a locking Gas cap,wiper blades, that sensor required for more than listening to the starter motor, well where else ya gonna go? Overall rating? Pretty good, a qualified "pretty good" isn't a star spangled fantastic, but I know what to expect, prices clearly marked ECT. Thanx y'all !

Calling a customer back after you lose faith. (I only have one picture here) and. Say they couldn't find it because an intake plenum and a intake manifold aren't the same thing. Easy fix.. "Hey siri...." Called it right up with either reference. At least be bright enough to realize that you don't know everything and in fact you do have the whole world of information in your hand. Better luck next time.

This is an update post my previous post my history with this auto parts store was fraught with wrong parts delayed orders, well I'm not sure if it had anything to do with my review but they've got things right the last seven times I've been in here over the last 4 months their counterpersons, are much more personal, and friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful than their previous employees were, even telling me that I am wrong, that I shouldn't waste my money on this sensor when it is clearly this other sensor that was bad, so I just want to say thank you for finally living up to the Napa name

Staff seemed less knowledgeable than in years past, but the man working did try to help and made me aware of sale prices. Part pricing was 60% of what the dealer wanted. Will return.

Nice people working there they are rentavating the store dont have alot of inventory had to pay for shipping to get one rotor. got my parts installed and it was missing some clips and they wanted me to change my review on here..

Napa isn't the cheapest place to buy parts but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This is a good parts house with friendly people. They are happy to answer any questions you may have and help you find what you need.

Beware!!!Electrical parts purchased are not refundable. It says it on the receipt but if u end up not needing thst part and actually need another one they won't refund your money. They should say something at the time of purchase. Who reads their receipts?
