Eric and the team are absolutely amazing. They have given the best customer support and told me to fight insurance and gave me contacts for the people to contact that would be able to help me in my fight for the proper value for my truck. Still haven t worked on the rebuild as it will be a long process and we want all ducks in a row but I am looking forward to working even more with Eric and the rest of the team at Eric s Frame Repair. (Photos pre accident and post accident. Will post more when build is done)

Had a few few deep scratches on my passenger doors. Eric and Frank are both very responsive and friendly. Great shop and environment. Wonderful work, no more scratches or dents. Thank you again Frank. Couldn t have had a better experience these guys are the best.

Needed body work on the rear of my Mazda.....Eric's fixed it like NEW!! Second time we've used them, and I will use them ANY time I need work done!! If I was a dog I'd lick Frank's face!!

Eric's Frame Repair is an excellent repair shop of you have vehicle damage. I highly recommend Eric and his team. They do high quality work and have integrity, something that is lacking in some business these days. They fix your vehicle like it is their own. I found the by referral and glad I did. My truck was involved in an accident. The original shop I took it too (insurance preferred) did not do a good job and didn't stand behind their work. Eric's Frame found all the errors and corrected them far above my expectation. They are definitely worth taking your vehicle to if you have any damage. Great work and great customer service. This review is a few years in the making. Had them shorten my frame 4" a few years ago now, and it is still holding up great. The cut section is right under the rear seat, almost between the cab and bed. Good prices, nice guys, and excellent quality. First pic is of work done, second is of the vehicle in question in action for proof. Had naysayers claim its gonna break there, but at this point I don't think they know what they are talking about. Referred to Eric by a competitor who declined to make a repair for me - too much trouble. Eric took a look at my crunched left rear bumper and panel with a blocked tail gate the same day - compliments of a hit and run.Told me to come back in 2 hours. About 40 minutes later I was delighted to see that he straightened the bumper, flattened the panel and I had a working tailgate. Not pretty but absolutely functional. He refused to take any money and wished me the best. How incredibly kind he was to help me.Service: Body & Trim

Great people. I brought my car to Eric's right after my accident. The insurance companies I was dealing with were terrible at communicating, but Eric's were always very transparent, patient, and understanding throughout the process and kept in constant contact. They even gave me a ride several miles away when the insurance company wouldn't get back to me about a rental car. They did a great job on the repair. Would definitely recommend.

Let me tell you about Eric! He is one of the best mechanics besides being the ultimate frame repair dude I've ever seen. I went for a consultation about my 97 Dodge 2500 Cummins and he found issues but offered another fix despite his repair. Very honest and one of the coolest guys I've met in a long time. Highly recommend this shop. You will not be disappointed!!!

This man is a magician I swear. I've been to him a couple times and both times he's worked his magic for a fair price! He's kind and cares about his customers. He has an array of knowledge in that noggin of his If your car has an issue you should give this man a call you won't regret it %

Eric is such a nice guy and he provides very excellent service. I brought in my 1993 Jeep Cherokee for some hatch work that 4 others shops declined to work on. He had the job finished in less that 2 hours. The guy can do anything, definitely recommend.

The service here is amazing and amazing communication with what was going on through the whole process. I brought in my 2015 Hyundai sonata to have some work done after an accident and it drives and handles better now than it did the day I drove it off the lot. Yet another absolutely fantastic job from Eric's Frame Repair!!! Could not be happier. These guys are amazing. I do not know why they only have 4.8 stars; As they deserve 6! HUNT NO FURTHER!! THIS PLACE IS 6 STAR SERVICE!!6 Stars to this excellent company. Because of their excellent pricing and service, I was able to keep my beloved car from being a total loss after being in an accident. Their prices and honesty are impressive, in the gouging, throw away society we live in!Another autobody shop said my two choices were to either pay to fix it myself or my insurance would buy back my car for less than it is worth, because the fixes would cost more than my car is worth.Frank at Eric s Frame Repair worked with my insurance agency so I didn t have to get any additional estimator on the scene, they couldn t have made things go smoother. Eric drove me to the car rental shop even though they were busy!Frank & Eric you turned my sadness into joy! Your team work is amazing! Thank you doesn t seem adequate, but THANK YOU both!

Took my 03 suburban to Eric after got in car accident and needed new frame. The guys went above and beyond. Super professional and super quick. Always kept me in the loop if found anything when stripped down. Highly recommended and will be coming back if ever need any other work. Thanks again.

I had them put my truck on a new (used) frame after determining that my old one was too crumpled up to be pulled out. He did the job for less than a comparable shop in Portland was going to do, and much more helpful - definitely went the extra mile for this customer. I felt like knew what he was doing, and was able to explain it to me in such a way that made me confident that he had done the job right. I will definitely have Eric s work on my rigs in the future. Glad to have the truck running straight!

Eric's Frame was highly recommend by another well reviewed body shop in Vancouver when I had a specific and urgent need before flying up to take delivery of a used car. All I can say is that they don't make many like Eric anymore as he made time and addressed the issue with better customer service and accuracy than I had received anywhere else regarding this matter. I get in and out of cars all the time and if ever again I have a frame issue in the area I am going straight to Eric.

I brung my Buick in for a frame repair because my custom rims didn t fit because my frame was tweaked he figured out the problem & fixed it. My only other option was to spend at least another 6000$ for another set of custom rims or just replace the frame altogether. But like I said he made it work at a very reasonable price then I tried giving him more money & he wouldn t except it . I would take me car back to him anytime good Honest person to have work done on your car thx Erick

Eric and Frank are two of the most badass body shop and repair guys I have ever dealt with they are A1A top-notch quality mechanics they have literally fixed everything I've ever had better than factory and they treat me right and everybody I've ever met can ask for a better shop

My back door and pillar were both caved in after a bad crash. I was turned away by multiple shops that either said they didn't feel comfortable working on it or simply told me they wouldn't with little to no explanation. Then out of the blue, this shop bent everything back into place and got me a new backdoor for less than a thousand dollars.I would strongly recommend Frank and Eric's to anybody who's had a bad collision, especially if they've been turned away by any of the other shop's they've visited before.

I've had several uses of this company. Always reasonable, excellent work and very personable mechanics. I will go no where else.
