Not sure this place is still in business? They did take my money but haven't responded to any form of communication. No work has been done on the car. This place is horrific. Do yourself a favor and head over to the Columbia river and push your car in. I had my TIMINGBELT done here with John. I first have to say the guy was super nice and very respectful. First he inspected my car and said that the timingbelt needs to be replaced he quoted me 1200 on a Ford Fiesta I told him no problem get it done. When i went to go pick up my car on the way home my check engine light came on. I called him back and he had me bring the car back and he said everything is fine but he couldnt get the light to turn off for some reason. The car drove much better than before everything felt good but that light was still on. I trusted him and diregarded the light for about 4 months. Well last week i took my car into Deans Auto in richland and had an inspection done. They are 100 percent positive its the timing and its off and also the camshaft. So the work he does is not good work in my experience and then he just pretty much blew me off and tells me that the check engine light is throwing some electrical codes nothing to do with timing. He also said that its impossible to put that timing belt in wrong on the ford fiesta because it has somesort of tool that locks it in. Well it was in wrong and timing was off also the camshaft needed to be replaced. And to top it all off when he worked on my car he drained the battery somehow and ended up messing up my key lock buttom. The lock and open button would nof work anymore on the car. All sorts of problems. It was a horrible and stressful experience. I tried reaching out to him last week and he pretty much gave me the same runaround. I just wanted my car fixed right i didnt care about the money or price i just want it fixed. That he couldnt do for me. What he did was basicly jerryrig the car not fix it. THANKS ZORICH,Frank S.

Had an 11AM appointment to have my car looked at. I showed up at 10:50AM and walked up to the door that has a sign saying they open at 9AM. It was locked. No answer to knocking, phone calls, or text messages. I looked in through the garage bay windows and found all the lights on but no people. They were open for two hours at this point and weren t there or working on any vehicles. I m just glad I hadn t handed over any money for anything because I clearly wouldn t have had a good experience.

I came in to get my headlights replaced and the amazing service here is definitely top notch!!! Pricing was spot on and the time it took to repair my headlights was incredible! I can t say enough wonderful things, will absolutely be bringing every car I own here for any service! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WITH A BUSINESS. Took our car in there in June 2022, if you were ever able to talk to him, he would always say he was going to call back, but never did. Called uncountable times. Sent text message after text message and left voice message after voice message with no response. With absolute certainty, this business will fail! No chance, you can't treat people like that and stay in business. I wouldn't take a matchbox car to this guy!!!! After more than two months and $1,055.00. Absolute most unbelievable experience ever with call logs and text logs to prove it. Sadly I can't give this business a zero because 1-star is way too high of a mark.

Caused more issues than car came in for and gave the car back totally unsafe to drive past 40-50 mph. When questioned about the new issues they basically just said kick rocks, so still have to get the car fixed from a more reputable shop and payed thousands of dollars to have more problems than was originally brought in for....worst customer service and company I ve ever heard and dealt with...shouldn t even be in business!!!

We ve taken my SUV to them twice now and my 11 year old vehicle rides like a brand new one! We also took my husbands pickup to them and they did an awesome job on the front end. We can t thank them enough! I had John change my transmission fluid along with the filters and gasket in my truck. He did a great job and was very fast. I do and would recommend Zorich Auto to all my friends and family. Thanks again John.

I can't even....this guy! Shawna and John make it easy to hand over keys. No bs....no dealer prices! Straight up no bs! Bmw aren't cheap to work on but dealership prices are insane sometimes! Save yourself money! Go here!

This guy John has a bad attitude didn t fix my car only made it worse bought parts and didn t warranty the parts bad experience went back to his shop to try to solve the problem never came out saying that he will call me he never did don t trust this guy
