Overall, we had a great experience. The car body repair has been done in an excellent quality in a very reasonable time, no long waiting list. Experience with the shop owner was outstanding, he deals with his customers as family members.

I had my rear bumper replaced and refinished. Exceptionally quick service and excellent results as usual. Also, insurance claim was handled by Arsen, which means it s easy and simple to have your car repaired here. No corporate, no long wait times, no negotiations. This is the third time that I have used Richland collision services and I am very pleased at the results of every repair. This last winter we had a huge windstorm and trash cans blew against my truck. Arsen the owner, is forthright, detailed and thorough. His workers especially his repair guy are above excellent. I would recommend him highly if you re looking for a repair for your vehicle.

WOW!!! Can I just say how impressed I am with Arsen and his team at Richland collision services! From the first communication Arsen was helpful and very professional all the way through until the end of the process. I have been to other collision companies here within tricities and let me tell you I know how hard it is to find a good, quality one. I also have never been this impressed with the quality of work, care, and customer service. My car had a dent on the rear driver side door and when I picked it up it looked brand new! Love this place!!! On November 4th while driving in a wind storm a tree feel in front of my beautiful chevy silverado. These guys know their way around a vehicle. I will be returning to my man Arsen's business for the foreseeable future. The work that was done was new bumper, grill, lower valance headlights, Hood, fender, passenger door, roof, windshield and tonneau cover. Looks better than a 2023 chevy silverado again. It turned out perfect. The pictures are before and after. Thank you again Arsen!

Richland Collision Services did an excellent job repairing my GMC pickup truck. They were the only body shop I talked to that could actually pull and repair a dent. Work was performed in accordance with the estimate in a very timely manner. Give them five stars.

The owner was super!!! He got the work done a day early, and He even loaned me a car to drive while the work was being done. He says he has a car just for that purpose, so if it is available, he loans it!!!! I have not encountered such wonderful service in quite a while.

We took our 2022 Hyundai to Richland Collision because someone's car door banged into our passenger door in heavy wind and it sustained a sizeable dent. I researched a few places and this location had excellent reviews. And it was close to home. The other party's insurance worked with the owner here. Everything was done in a timely manner and with excellent care, service and work. It looks like new and like nothing ever happened. Great job!! Thank you!

Richland Collision Services did a great job replacing my bumper cover and painting it. They even price matched, were able to get it fixed quickly while other places were backlogged for 2 weeks. Arsen (the owner) even buffed out some over spray from a previously poor job for free. Thank you for the quick, & great service! (in second photo, paint job repair from someone else was so terrible, paint was peeling)

Getting my car repaired here was probably the best experience I have had with any business in town. Arsen cares for your car as if it was his own, and the work he and his team do is fairly priced and top notch. My pictures don't quite do it justice, Arsen really does make it look like it never happened. A year ago, my car was hit in a parking lot. The driver side door had been smashed in so far that there was a three inch gap with the door frame letting in all the cold air. Arsen was able to fit me in two weeks later. They replaced the front door and fixed the dents and molding in the passenger door. At that time, the temperature was in the teens and the adhesive for the molding couldn t cure properly. When I went back, Arsen taped it down as a temporary fix and said to come back when it was a bit warmer. When I went back (ten months later), Arsen, himself, fixed the molding for me. When I offered to pay (because who waits ten months with a temporary fix) he insisted that he was just completing the job. Having the opportunity to talk to him and hear his story, I was astounded by his perseverance and genuine love of his family and his craft. Thank you Arsen for fixing my car, but also for the hope and positivity your story brings!

This Business i.e. Richland collision services is a wonderful and very professional business to deal with. Arson, the owner, has worked on 3 different vehicles of mine over the years, a Honda, a BMW X5 and last year on a new Toyota Forerunner. All work was carried out in a timely and absolutely satisfactory manner. He deals with various insurance companies and has never experienced negative feedback from either the customer or the insurance carrier. After I hit a curb, I did enough damage to the wheel base and the body of my car that I called my insurance company. They warned me that collision companies were so backed up that they couldn't even give me an estimate for 3 months. Sure enough, that became my reality, too. I was given some sound advice to have the Toyota dealership make the car drivable. Sure enough, Toyota completed that task in 3 days. Next stop was Richland Collision Services. The parts that were needed were ordered. Within about 24 hours, those parts arrived and I was asked to bring in my car to repair the damaged parts. They told me that the car would be done in 3 days. On day 3, I got a call to pick up my repaired car. Someone keyed my brand-new Rav4 Prime car and made a deep scratch on both the front and back doors. I was devastated. I took my car to Richland Collision Services, and they made it look new again. The metallic silver paint was perfectly matched and blended on the rear panel to make it completely invisible. The job came with a lifetime warranty as well. This is my second visit there, and I was more than happy both times. I can highly recommend the place no shortcuts.Service: Painting

This is hands down and by far the best body shop in Tri-Cities and the surrounding area. The owner (Arsen) is the kindest and most knowledgable professional in the business. His crew replaced the entire driver's side of my car and when they were done, it looked like a brand new car right off the lot. Thus, It is abundantly clear that they are exceptional and exemplary in their jobs because their work reflects excellence. In addition, Arsen and his crew fixed my rear bumper FOR FREE which he didn't have to do, but he did it anyway out of the goodness of his heart, which is ABSOLUTELY unheard of in any type of body work shop. Moreover, Arsen guarantees his work in every job that is done while also completing the work in a timely fashion. He even lent me his personal car because I didn't have a rental car for one day. So again, this is hands down the best auto body shop in the area because of the exceptional customer service and the integrity of the work. I would.give it 10 stars if possible!

Arsen and the great auto body technicians did a wonderful repair on my 2014 VW Golf. It was damaged in a minor fender bender and now looks better than new. Arsen is my go to man for auto-body repair. Our pickup got hit on the side of the bed and he brought it back to brand new. He is very forthcoming with information and never leaves you in the dark. You know exactly what work is going to be done and how much it will cost before he starts. He also goes above and beyond to make sure it's done right and the customer is happy. It's good to know companies like this still exist. We will be going to Arsen for years to come.

Extremely high quality work and great service! My MB GLE350 got rear-ended and my usual service place couldn't fix it. I called Arsen after some googling, and his team turned out to be great. Friendly company. Beautiful Repair! They painted the bumper and replaced fog light and bezel. Reasonable price. The car was finished on the day promised! WOW! They also were so kind to wash my car and wipe out the inside! Would highly recommend.
