I had a very positive experience with this shop! They were able to get my vehicle in for evaluation the next day, accurately diagnosed the issue and repaired it same day. Additionally, their customer service is phenomenal - Josh was helpful and very communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.

AJ was great from beginning to the end of our experience with 360 auto. He was very kind and personable, also they gave my wife a ride back to work. The mechanic did a fantastic job in a timely manner to get our car done quickly. We have had work done previously and had same result so we appreciate 360 auto and will continue to use them again. Thanks again!!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Richland Auto Care Center for years. They are reliable, honest, trustworthy, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them. Charlie and Brad are always super helpful on the phone. Recently they let my son park my truck in their lot for a few days when he picked up his rig after repairs. The first time I had work on my car done, they allowed me to have my car towed and pay for the towing with the repair bill. I think these guys do all they can to help their customers out.

We had a a quote on a broken left shock from LesScwabs for $500- Richlad Auto Care quoted us $330. Once they inspected it they told us there was nothing wrong with our shocks and removed a large rock the was making the clanking sound. Extremely honest! They could have made a lot more money and we wouldn't have known the difference but they didn't! They even gave us back the rock and no more clank!

They always get things done in a timely manner. And they always let you know what might need attention but not in a way that seems like they are just trying to make money. They have been taking care of my truck for about the past 7 years.

Tried to schedule an oil change online and it said they d call me or send a confirmation email like their online system said. Don t use the online scheduling!!!
