Honestly, when I was coming here I was so nervous, but meeting the salesman, Sadik, he reassured me and gave me any information I asked for! I asked so many questions and everyone there was so kind and receptive. The transaction went smoothly and I could not have asked for a better person to buy a car from! I got the exact car I wanted, had an amazing experience buying a car from here for the first time and definitely the top dealership in mind for any other business.

2 minutes agoPurchased a certified preowned 2019 Jeep Wrangler in January. A few days short of having it a month we realize the door hinges have corrosion and are bubbling up. To make a very long story short I was blown off by the service dept. I then spoke to the Sales Manager who told me it was no different than buying a used car that has dings and scratches.....ummm no sir you sold me a Jeep that is rusting out. They then proceed to tell me the 2018-2021 jeeps have a class action lawsuit and Jeep will replace my doors if I'm in the 5 year manufacture time frame. Our 5 year was up in the 21st of Feb so thank god we noticed it or we would have been screwed. I know they must have known this when they sold it to me. It previously belong to the wife of someone who worked there and I'm sure they traded it in to avoid getting stuck with a corroding Jeep. I have been completely on my own dealing with Jeep even thought the Service Manager claimed they would be with me "every step of the way and help me get the claim started" I now have to get it fixed two hours a way in Spokane and there is 15 jeeps ahead of mine. I will tell everyone I know do not go here. It s so unfortunate because this is our forth car purchased from Mccurley and the only bad experience. there is no way they didn't know about these issues and sold me an almost $40k deteriorating rusting piece of metal. So much for your certified inspections.

Update: Called Underriner Honda of Walla Walla. Jason was able to find me the exact car I wanted in 15minutes. Don t waste your time with this dealership. Walla Walla even told me they d drive the car to me since I live so far away! Go to Walla Walla and get quality customer service!Would give negative stars if I could. I told the salesman I was driving from two hours to come get a car-it was the exact car I had been looking for and I told the salesman that.. Got there and they sold it as I got there. They don t hold cars . What a joke.

I bought my new Honda Civic from McCurley in September of 2022, and can attest to the dealership being a very transparent and honest place to buy from. They were one of two or three places in the entire state that did not mark up their new Civics (trust me, I checked) with any sort of required accessory or market price adjustment. Angel and Jacob both went above and beyond in making the sale as hassle-free as they could for me, taking time out of their day (even outside of work) to make sure I was taken care of. There were no tricks, pressure tactics, or gotchas during the purchase process and I wouldn't hesitate to return to purchase from McCurley due to their excellent salesmen and superior pricing. Thanks again!

We have always serviced our CRV here and had good service. Also recently purchase a new vehicle and had a great experience. Go to McCurley Honda and ask for Josh. He will take care of you like he did for us.

After buying a truck, I got them to put on new tires, alignment, new battery, and my passenger doors would not open. After waiting for 5 days on parts I finally got the truck. When I picked up the truck the fuel gauge was directly on E and said I had a range of 4 miles. Also, the passenger doors still did not work. 20 miles later and the TPMS is broken and flashing on my dash. The alignment is off and my battery cables have corrosion on them. They told me to bring it in that next Monday. I called to confirm with service and they then told me it ll be a month and a half wait. Nice people just won t be doing business there again.

Kids have outgrown our current vehicle so we decided to stop by and see our options. Rubi Gomez was very friendly from the moment we showed up. She was very attentive to our wants and needs and was very informative when explaining to us our options. Rubi got us into the vehicle that best suited our finances and little family. Best car experience ever, have shopped around and dealt with other dealerships in the past. But the experience we had at Honda McCurley does not compare. Jesus and Sadik have truly given car shopping a different Experience. There was no pressure no one breathing over your shoulder, great at working with what you re asking for including price, interest rate and down payment. I recommend this dealership 110%. We had made an appointment to return our vehicle after purchase. and instead of having us wait, we were able to be chauffeured around while the car was being finished up. All we have to say is thank you for a wonderful car shopping experience will definitely return for my future car.

I m so disappointed with the quality of service at Honda. I have been a customer for over twenty plus years. I called yesterday in the a.m to get an appointment for a new battery. The answering service took my info and said that someone would call me back. No call back. I called again in the p.m and info was taken again with the promise of a call back. Still no call back. I had a similar experience last summer trying to get an oil change. I ve always prided myself in being able to boast that the vehicles that I ownare only serviced by the dealership where it was bought. I can t afford to be stranded so I will be looking for a battery elsewhere today.

Found a vehicle on the lot we wanted and was all set to buy. Salesman opened it up and then just disappeared, without saying a word, and never came back! Guess he'd rather chat on the corner of the building with his buddies than sell us a car. Made an appointment for Monday at another dealer to purchase a similar vehicle.

Manuel provided excellent service in a timely manner. He listed to my description of my vehicles problem which allowed the mechanic/technician to find the problem and solve the issue. Screws were found to be missing from the brake system which could have resulted in an accident had the problem not been addressed immediately. Thanks to a great team!

I had a car deal gone bad on facebook and I went in with some questions about my 2007 Accord and spoke with Santiago Chavez. He was Awesome. He took the time to help me and answer everything. I never felt rushed. I appreciated the respect he gave me as I try and work through a person that was dishonest and sold me a car that they had changed the mileage on. Go see this guy if you need any Honda help or just want a great car experience.

I was already scheduled to have some work done on my CRV when my check engine light came on. I called the service department on a Wednesday night and they advised me to leave it for the day. On Friday, I arrived when they opened, and Chad greeted me very quickly and listened to the issue I was having. He diagnosed the issue, agreed to have it looked at and resolved, and also complete the work I had scheduled for next week. The free shuttle van took me back home so I didn't have to wait in the lobby for hours on end.Initially, the work was expected to take all day, but 4 hours later, I received a call from Chad letting me know that everything had been completed! He went over the work that was done and let me know how to handle the situation if the check engine light comes on again.Overall VERY pleased with the level of customer service and quality of work that was completed. I'll definitely be bringing my CRV here for all future work!

Great service and help from parts and service department. I called earlier about a strange issue with my keys. One of the service gals, Zoey, made a note and got me in as a walk-in. She went above and beyond, letting others know the issue with my vehicle and took care of everything. Highly recommend their parts and service department.

I will NEVER buy from this dealership again. I recently purchased a vehicle from McCurly Honda and it's been a negative experience from the start.1st we purchased this vehicle paying cash and was told they would NOT run a hard inquiry on our credit. 10 minutes later my wife and I both had hard inquiries on our credit scored from McCurley after they assured us they would not do it. When questioned about this, we were told "wel sorry but that's our policy."2nd I went to get the car licensed and was told by the DMV that McCurly failed to sign 2 seperate pages and did not send another completely. The DMV contacted McCurley directly and was told that the DMV must have lost the paperwork.3rd I went into McCurly directly to again sign the "lost paper" and was guaranteed that it would be sent via FedEx overnight directly to my local dmv and would be delivered the next day. It has now been 3 days and the paper has still not yet been delivered.4th the trip permit that was issued expired a week ago and when I contacted McCurly about being expired due to them not signing and sending the proper complete paperwork, I was told that if I wanted another trip permit that I would have to pay them for it EVENTHOUGH it was their mistake. I am 100% disappointed and fed up with the professionalism and customer care of this dealership. In my eyes, they had our money (about $24,000) and no longer gave a crap.So again, I will never be purchasing anything from this dealer and highly discourage anyone from doing business with them. It has been nothing but a struggle from the start and continues to be as I can still not license my car over a month later.

We purchased a Bronco for my daughter from Corwin Ford. Dylan Botti was our sales associate and he was AWESOME! He was very thorough and explained everything that we needed to know. From the moment we called him till the purchase of the car we have been nothing but satisfied with the service. I cannot recommend Corwin Ford and Dylan enough!!! Went in looking for a car for my son. Had plans to head over to Idaho on Saturday to look at some vehicles. My wife found the 2015 Subaru at McCurley Honda so we went to take a look Friday afternoon. I reached out to McCurley to set a time for visit and things went smoothly. Met Alan out on the lot and we looked at the vehicle we had in mind. The process was smooth and we both got what we wanted. My daughter is 13 and when it comes time to find her a car, I know I can surely go back to McCurley Honda for a smooth transaction.

Had some maintenance done on our 2019 Honda Pilot. McCurley Honda in the Tri-Cities. I so appreciate the young man I worked with Chad De Leon he answered all my questions and gave me specific advice so the job was done right and I feel confident in what we did, not only that but it was done in a timely manner. Jesus was a pleasant person to interact with over the phone and was looking forward to starting the process of potentially buying a low mile used car from this location. He was not working when we went in. My wife and I mentioned to the sales associate VICTOR that we were not purchasing a car today but wanted to run our credit scores and see what find what options were avalable. We said it in the lot, looking over the car, in the office we eventually went to. After signing several documents that were privacy statements, credit check, ect.. he casually slid another document like it was no big deal and it was the final contract to leagaly bind us into buying a $40,000 rig. I almost signed it, it was so passive. We quickly walked out after. I recieved a follow up call the next day from someone else and was communicating what a terrible interaction I had and was cut off and talked over not being allowed to finish my sentence because they were clearing the room insted of putting me on hold for a few which would have been fine. I will spend more money anywhere else rather than give the shady, self-serving unprofessional reps they have working there a dime of my hard earned money. The owners are nice people i have met them before but they employ rude crooks apparently.

Good luck if you have a safety recall or need service! They are currently weeks out for service, and my only options were a morning appointment or dropping my car off the evening before (Not sure how a working person is supposed to do this).

I had the pleasure of working with Sadik Reka as my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful! Every question or concern I had was answered and everything was laid out easily for me to understand! Then I had Juan Reyna as my financial specialist which was also equally as wonderful! They both went above and beyond for me and I'm truly thankful! Made what I thought would be a stressful time a breeze. Thank you both so much again!

Josh Grove has always been wonderful to work with, he's sold me my first subaru, then I had my boyfriend go through him for his car, and when my last subaru got totaled he was the first person I spoke to about a new one. Hes Respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and always a pleasure.
