I am a Canadian, and I was driving back from Phoenix to Canada. My AC compressor failed, making the car was unsafe to continue driving. John was excellent and did his best to work us in for repairs, in spite of a busy shop. Between diagnosis, getting the parts in and repairs, our car was ready by the end of the second day. Terrific service and much appreciated support on while on the road.Thanks

Everyone at master tech has been so helpful and nice. They keep great communication! Which I love! They even took care of contacting and dealing with my warranty company and I was so appreciative of that. No other shop I have ever been to compares! Thank you everyone at Master Tech!

Thomas (the owner), Will & John (front desk) & the mechanics are the best I ve ever worked with. My car is under warranty and I refuse to take to the dealer!!! My warranty works with Master Tech and I will continue to bring my cars there as I have done for years!!! 10 stars on all accounts!!!

I have used Master Tech over the years with several different vehicles. I continue to trust them to repair my vehicle using their knowledge and expertise. Just as important to me is the honesty of the organization. Master Tech will evaluate the vehicle and never point you towards or sell service you do not need. I highly recommend them for auto repair and care.

Very honest and thorough. Dealer told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs, Master Tech didn t find any issues. They will only do the work that is truly needed. Great people as well. Will definitely go back.

Replaced rotors and pads on front disk brakes as well as brake fluid for Highlander. Huge improvement in performance. No squeaking or vibration now! Quality service.

Great service had a major wiring issue and while I had my vehicle there I fixed other things and they recommended this I been putting off so I know they honest tech and not trying to get over on people john was a great service writer

I took my GTI here for a problem I told them about and I received a quote with an astronomical diagnostic charge of $250 and suggestions for a problem I didn t ask or care about. Upon picking up my vehicle I was told it had to be jump started so if it didn t start to let them know. My car has never not started. The radio was tuned to a station I don t listen to. The bass setting was set to 5/5 I would never use that setting and the front left speaker now buzzes. Someone saw an opportunity to joyride in my GTI. I wish I had checked the mileage before I dropped it off.

The problem wasn't as major as I anticipated but they still took good care of me and my pick-up. They did everything as promised. Diagnosed, texted/called me with problem before continuing. They even sent me pictures and kept the damage part to show me. I felt informed the whole time my truck was there. They never made me feel worried as I always have at previous shops. Thank you guys.

I went there last week to check out my sons car . Drove from Moses lake , as I was driving my car ran into some problems that cld have left me on the road and possibly without a car. I arrived and Thomas took care of the problem right there and then without hisitation. Very passionate and caring of what they do there . I can honestly say the service and ppl are top of the line .

Even though my last repair took longer than expected, their work and customer service have been top notch. They discounted my bill for me having to extend my rental car. I don't thin many other shops would do that.

Absolutely wonderful. John kept me updated regarding what needed to be fixed on my daughter s mini cooper. They thoroughly checked out the issues to be sure that there weren t additional electrical pulls on the battery. I appreciated the detailed information regarding service and needed repairs so that my husband could look through even though he didn t have time to call. The costs were detailed upfront and throughout. Came across Master Techs website and decided to give them a try for a necessary repair on my BMW X1 since I was somewhat irritated with the service at the BMW dealership. Master Tech got my car fixed at a lesser price than BMW would have. These guys have been fantastic. I had to bring my mom's accord in for a warranty starter and they squeezed us in even though they were busy. I'm so happy I decided to bring my vehicles here. Super honest and friendly staff.

Alignment on my 02 mini. The thing drives so nice and straight, couldn t believe the difference. Feels much safer on the highway. They took the time to do it right, I will be going back because of that. Call Will and he will take care of you.

Well I found myself in a time crunch and a car leaking power steering fluid, instead of dealing with it myself I decided to drop it off with master tech. It was a week before I needed the car to take a trip. After that time past I went in to check on how things were going. The bill was already up hundreds of dollars just to diagnose the leak. The the owner quoted $300.00 possibly more to actually fix the leak . Reason being it's in such a tight spot and will take time with his specialty tools. With the bill already more than I was planning spending and the need for the car to take a trip past, I took it home to take a look at the leak myself. The problem was fixed in one hour without counting the time to get the GM certified $8.99 part. There was plenty of room to work, and was completed with a common pair of pliers and a simple ratchet set. Master tech probably does do good work but people should not be taken advantage of . Oh and please beware of the $400.00 fuel system cleaner the owner will try to sell you. You can buy it on Amazon for $60.00 with free shipping and completed with absolutely no mechanical skills, just follow the directions on the back is

First time using Master Tech and it was a good experience. Emailed with up to date services they were performing as well as new problems identified. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.
