Awesome customer service! Easy online appointment. Very minimal wait time. Did free brake and shock inspection. No pressure. Wrote up the report and went over it with me. I will be back in the future. Thank you Les Schwab

very disappointing service. Tried to scam me and charge me $2000 about issues that did not exist/weren t necessary. Rude staff, didn t explain well and the quotes i received were not only incorrect, but inconsistent at each store.They apparently did a poor job inspecting my breaks (second person who inspected my car had said) which created an issue 2 months after my alignment, which I would have had a much lower cost of fixing, if caught sooner. Generally disappointed and would not take my car there.

I had a tricky car situation and got an overpriced estimate from another shop that I wasn't sure I trusted. I called over to Les Schwab and spoke to Matt who helped me price out the parts and job (much more reasonably priced) and booked an appointment for me to drop off. After that job was complete there were additional unresolved issues which Matt gave me some information on. We decided to try installing additional parts and Matt was very up front about potential costs and the fact that the repair might be unsuccessful. I was very grateful for the care and attention to detail that was shown by the whole team - everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and prepared. Will definitely come back in the future if I need more help!

I have always had a great experience. I ve been coming to the Richland and Kennewick location for about 8 years now and have always been met with honesty and the best care. They have always been fair on prices and take good care of their customers.

They were ok, they made us wait out in our car, on a very rainy day, when we would have a quick job, just for 1 tire. My husband had to actually get out of the car, asking if, he could do it himself, they came running, finally. They had to attach the tool to the hose.

I came in at 4:30 on a Saturday with a flat tire and they hopped to and got me fixed up and out the door by 5:00 didn't even cost me anything. Stellar crew awesome place will look at them again for tires in the future

Great service. Found a small pin hole in my tire that I had checked 4 other times without them finding it. Checked my brakes and rotated my tires in under a half an hour.

Stopped in to get a front alignment done. Kelly was my service rep. He was very helpful and showed me great patience. Just wanted to thank him for working on my new ride. They were fast and efficient. The Cadi is running great! Thanks for the friendly service Kelly!

I've been doing business with Les Schwab for many year's in Oregon. And for the last 13 year's in the tri-cities. This Les Schwab on Tapteal is my go to. Elizabeth at the helm. And Alex my technician. In my opinion are gold star employees. And worthy of recognition.Thank you

I have lived all over the country and I have had a consistent and positive experience at every Les Schwab tire center. In the middle of my day, I get a flat tire. I pull in and Im out within minutes with a new tire.They have saved me countless times.Always dependable.Always friendly.I pulled up and was greeted by Alex who helped me right away. Eli replaced my tire and was very friendly.I have nothing but good experiences over the last 20 years with them.

I am very impressed with the service here. I found a nail in my tire about 20 minutes before they closed. I gave them a call, raced over and they were able to get my tire fixed all before closing. Really great team here.

Got our tires rotated. The wait wasn't so bad, we were able to do other errands in the meantime, however. Nice place, pleasant people.

Came in with a screw in my tire. Staff was super friendly and helpful they ended up fixing my tire free of charge. I will absolutely be back and highly recommended this location. Best customer service I ve had in a long time. Thank you

I have been to many Schwabby's in my life. This one is by far my favorite! Staff are quick and accommodating, building is new and welcoming, and everything is just so easy!!! This is my go-to tire center for everything from my wheelbarrow to my $100K fancy horse trailer!!!

I've been going to Les Schwab for a long time, but I went in recently with a screw in my tire and they told me that it could not be repaired. They also told me that because I have four-wheel drive I couldn't replace just one tire I had to buy four new ones.I decided to get a second opinion and went to Tire Factory on Duportail. They fixed my tire and I've been buying my tires there ever since. I won't go back to Les Schwab.

Service here is trash make sure that you go to the Clearwater location they do much better work and are a lot more accommodating

Worked with Sergio on downsizing wheels and tires on my Tacoma. He was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. We had a small issue finding the right wheels that would work with my after stock lift, but he took just a few minutes and was able to find the perfect ones and we were out of there in no time. It feels like I m driving a brand new rig. Bart has a great crew here, they have my trust and respect completely. 11/10

I have been coming to this Les Schwab with great results for years. Unfortunately, my 3 recent visits did not live up to the usual Les Schwab quality. Last week I scheduled a road trip check, and despite my appt waited over 30 minutes before they began my car. The following week I scheduled an appt to get my brakes done, and no one had seen the appt or prepared for it. They had to call for parts. The entire experience took much longer than they had said it would. Today I'm waiting to have a nail in my tire fixed. It will take up to an hour. The phones keep ringing, and the store seems extremely understaffed.

Went in for what was thought to be failing battery and tire rotation. Battery checked out fine....suspect short...will investigate. While having tires rotated, one was found to have an exposed side wall and 2 others were at 3/32, 4th was fairly new due to road hazard replacement. Since I travel for work, and achieved 77k on a set of 65k, well over due for replacement. LS identified same replacement tire in stock, with a credit for siping as the 4th tire was in good condition. Additionally, did a safety check on suspension, brakes and steering linkage. It is this continued high level of customer service that I expect. Regardless of my location in PNW, I can count on their service. Hands Down

They were very helpful and got me in and out under an hour. That was including getting me a quote and physically showing me what each tire looks like. Great service.

Bart and the staff are great!!! Always kind and helpful. Always make me feel valued and safe when I leave. Like today, told Bart I was going all the way to LA so he had the guys double check a couple things just to ensure I was safe. So grateful for their help.

I just stopped in to have air pressure check. The check tire light has been on for a few weeks.They took care of me and I had a lot of questions about new wheels and colored wheels. The guy was super helpful and even gave me some price rundown to ballpark the cost of a change.I will be back, a place with good service stays on my mind.
