This was an impromptu visit from a lady and her little boy from another town. They were so nice and helpful and got me in and did my tires in under forty fives minutes in the last hour of the shop. It was obvious the mechanics were tired, but they were nice anyway. My little guy loved his visit and got to watch some great hockey. Thank you so very much

I came in wanting to get my 2 tires changed. Turns out I need all 4 of them. They explained to me how it worked and for safety measures to prevent accidents, they gave me a better deal on all 4 of them. Leach was able to carefully explain what was happening and how everything was going to work to keep me and others safe on the road. Was able to listen and be respectful and attentive to all my concerns and questions. Gave me an ease of mind when it came to safety of my car. Will 100 percent recommend the Less Schwab here on Stevens drive.

I m done here my last 4 winter change overs have all made me have to come back and get stuff fixed, that they didn t do right, after they just swap tires! I ve had to abandon the TPMS on my car because they kept installing bad parts. I now have 4 failed monitors all new from this store. Then now two time in a row they have failed to balance my tire s correctly and I had to get them to do it again. Once they said my bands on two tires were broke after I took it back for a recheck, they didn t even notice it during the balance, come to find out the bands weren t busted but the tires were never balanced right by them when summer tires were swapped. It s ridiculous. Then this last time they told me about a tire issue I never heard of. So I goggled and called a tire friend who works at Firestone plant and found Luis was trying to upscale me. Even Googled said they were trying to rip me off! LoL It was a new term making its way around tire dealers to up-sale you. This is exactly why I haven t bought their tires in over 15 years and now they can t even install them correctly. Furthermore the customer service here has gone down the tubes compared to when I use to buy tires here. They need complete overhaul of office help/supervisors and maybe owners. You really enter a different level of normal hood as soon as you start biz here. It s getting weirder.

I came in with a tire inflation problem. Eric ( don t know his last name), came quickly to my car as I exited it. He made me feel like I was one of the most important customers in the lot. He calmly checked everything, fixed the problem and did it with the utmost professionalism. They will always be my first place of choice when it comes to my car! Thank you!

Been a customer for over 30 years, may end now. Wanted my battery checked and was told about a 90 minute wait. After two someone went to check and said he would get back to me. Over a hour later no feedback. Finally the guy shows up after running an errand, while having my keys. He said that someone else was supposed to look at my battery and he would be right on it. About another 15 minutes of waiting later he showed up and I told him that I was leaving. A little over three and a half hours wasted.

Staff are always friendly, but they don't honor appointments made online. Just get here before they open and stand in line, if you're first in line, you get your car in first. I made an 8am appointment, got here at 7:50 and was already 7th in line, I sat for an hour before my car was even pulled into the bay.

Whenever I purchase tires from Led Schwab's I know that the "after the sales support services" are better than any of their competitors'. ANY LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER can check tire pressure, fix flats and replace tires still under warranty at the appropriate price break.Tire rotations are part of the purchase price. I've even had the store's truck rescue me and fix a flat so I could come in for tire issues. SERVICE is uniquely AMAZING there. They also will alert the driver to any problems they find like a brakeline leak or broken shock.I had driven over a fresh car crash scene and some of the debris had damaged my tire. I worked overnight and it was so dark and traffic backed up, so I only heard crunch noises.When I got to my car to go home next morning I saw my flat tire. A Las Schwab Tire Center was near. My spare was also low. I love this True Story. They even had a payment plan option. God Bless Them.

Jacob is great to work with. I have purchased several sets of wheels and tires as well as shocks, struts, and springs from him. He always has the customers best interest in mind and will do everything he can to keep you within your budget.

Had to spend a few hundred dollars at a mechanic after one of the techs here messed up my car s internal sensors after installing a new battery. Will never set foot in a Les Schwab again after this.

From the moment I walked into their store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to assist me. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also followed up with me after the work was completed to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. They were patient, kind, and extremely professional throughout the entire process.I have personally never met such dedicated employees. Jogging from place to place, getting things done. It is admirable.

I bought new tires Wednesday and I didn't like the way they had my car drive. Monday I went back and they walked me through the things I can do so I decided to get different tires and they only charged me the difference of the tires, plus I was out of there in under an hour and a half. Thank you so much Les Schwab...

My car started shuddering when braking at high speeds, so we brought it here to have it looked at. The first visit we just had them take a look to let us know what was going on, and they told us the rear rotors needed replaced. On our second visit, we called to make an appointment to have a rotors replaced. Drop the car off, few hours later they call us and tell us the car is ready. We show up, and not only are the back windows down(really not impressed with this as it is a security issue) sitting in the parking lot, but they told us they thought we were just bringing it in for another brake check. We obviously told them no, we confirmed on the phone we had already had this done and needed the rotors replaced. This was close to closing time, but they take the car back anyway and replace the rotors in less than 10 mins. The car however still shudders, and now even worse. We will be bringing our car back and hopefully we can figure out what exactly is wrong. We are giving two stars for now for the kindness of the manager and front desk receptionist and hopefully we can update with higher stars.Update: This time we were told it was now the front rotors that needed replacing. They replaced the front rotors and now my car finally brakes smooth. I m updating with 5 stars because even if there were some inconveniences, that s just the facts of life sometimes. All in all, they solved the issue, and the manager/employees are all super kind with positive attitudes, which is always a super plus.

Brought car here after unfortunate incident during snowstorm. They said it would take at least a week to get parts as they had to come over the pass. As the car was unsafe to drive they stated it was okay to leave it there. 3 days later they called to say car was ready. Payment was made immediately, but I told them it would take some time before I was able to pick up the car as I was out of town for work. At pick- up, the car had a huge dent in the fender. They refused to take responsibility for it or to review video tape of the parking lot. Extremely frustrated that the car left with more expensive damage than it was brought to them with. Also still some droning sound still coming from right front side of vehicle.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! Someone purchased tires under my account WITHOUT my consent or permission (we don't even have the same last name mind you) and now I am being charged and they refuse to fix the problem. They told me "sorry" and that was it!!! I am COMPLETELY DISGUSTED BY LES SCHWAB.

I stopped by to get air. Justin was on duty and came to help me. I moved my car as instructed then Richard took over. He said they could check for a flat and fix it. I told him it's a rental. He didn't take no. He was looking out for me and wanted to check and repair it. I went inside and the young lady up front was helpful.When I saw that it was taking longer than I expected I stopped Chris who had finished with a customer and he scheduled an appointment.I'm impressed with this crew and Les Schwab. I'm a new customer! Thanks!

Quick and efficient service. The follow up customer support is amazing. We've purchased tires here before, but not for our current car, and they still fixed our tire leaks at no charge. Les Schwab is the only place to go.

Incredibly kind and understanding. My car hit the curb and the tire was deflated after a short drive home. I knew with such a flat tire the car won t be drivable to make it to the tire store. I called Les Schwab and they offered to send someone to my house to air pump the tire so that it can get to the store. They are quick to respond and very considerate in time of need and I am very impressed.

Was told by one of the managers that ran my credit that I was approved for 500.00 for an account through them, spoke to multiple people throught the next couple of weeks that said all I had to do was bring my car in and yes I was approved and able to use my account. Showed up this morning and was told "unfortunately the first manager that ran my credit (hard inquiry by the way and knocked my credit score down) misspoke and unfortunately we can't approve you"Really? You shouldn't have people who don't know what they are doing running your business. Stay clear from this place, wouldn't recommend lesswab ever to anyone, I'll definitely be going to firestone from here on out.Terrible service, terrible company, terrible people.

Les Schwab is the best!For The People for sure!They do more than tires and brakes. They do battery jumps too. And no charge. They came to me and gave me a jump! They did a free test at the shop and didn't find anything wrong.A great service to the community! Don't you think? They are community oriented and safety oriented.Highly recommend.

I called and asked if they fix semi truck tires and they said they did but can t do it today because the freight truck is in the way.

I called to see if they had a battery for my Honda. They that they did not have one in stock but could pick one up same day. They called me back an hour later and said they picked up the battery and that I can come in and get installed. I went right away they pulled my car in a few minutes after I checked in. I watched them take the original battery out and then walk away from the car. I then sat there for 45 minutes while no one went near my car. I finally asked the front desk what was going on. They went and checked and then came back and said the person who picked up your battery got the wrong one and now we re sending someone to go pick up the right one . So I sat for another 30 minutes until someone finally came back and put in the new battery. Had I known it was going to be such a hassle, I would have just bought a battery somewhere else and installed it myself in 20 minutes. When I asked the mechanic ringing me up at the register why no one told me that they didn t have the battery and that I was going to have to sit around for no reason, his response was we ll be better about that next time .

I appreciate the great customer service I get each time I go to Les Schwab. This morning Johnny helped me out with a quick tire pressure check and adjustment. He noticed my fogged head lamp covers and cleaned those up for me too. It was a quick turnaround. Thank you for a great start to my Saturday!!

Stopped for a quick air check as my vehicle gave me the warning that one of the tires was low. The tech was rushing, which is understandable as they are always busy. But I prefer to tell me that he is busy then putting the wrong air on the tires. One of them was at 45psi and it should be 36psi and didn t put the air valves caps back. Even that website (Les Schwab) tell you how important is the correct psi. Please mind even if is a courtesy to do it right.

I was quoted $580 for a new set of tires. Great! So I go in and they charged me another $180 in services. Those services should have been included in the quote. What if I did not have the extra money??

Got a flat tire (check out the pic, stinking chevy's dropping all their parts on the ground, hahaha jk) , was to get the right tires, i was a walk in so it only took about an hour and a half, but as always great customer service!!! Thank you guys!!!
