Jose is very communicative, customer service oriented and does great work. I had a broken back window. He got me in right away, replaced the window (the one with a built in defroster), and even cleaned up all the broken glass! Thanks Jose!!!

Hands down the best glass repair/replacement company in Tri-Cities! Jose is a true professional, he worked with me from the beginning to the end, communicating ever step of the way. When I got my car I was amazed at how timely it was replaced. I highly recommend Fix Quality Auto Glass!

I had 2 chips in my windshield and was quoted $250 at a major company to fix them so I looked for another place for a second estimate. I pulled into to Jose s business 2 hours before he closed expecting to have to come another day but after looking at them, he fixed them and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. He also charged me significantly cheaper than the major company. 10/10 experience and will be recommending to everyone I know in tri cites (:

Jose was fast, friendly, and affordable. Within an hour and a half our windshield was replaced. When we got back he spent a good twenty minutes laughing and joking with my boyfriend. Absolutely will go back, and recommend him any time. Thank you again so much! This guy does not stand by his work always looks to blame the manufacturer when it didn t come from the manufacturer that way nor did I bring it to him that way and if you make a review about the horrible job that he did he threatens to sue you but here is the proof of the messed up job he did water leaks inside the whole entire windshield and this guy refuses to stand by his workThis guy is a liar claiming that he told me I needed to pay additional money at the time of service this guy told me to bring it back if it leaks which I did and that is when he said he cannot fix it unless I pay him $150 more dollars, at least the last guy stood by his work and fixed the issue You don t and I will not take nothing down I have the right to make everybody aware of your poor service

Never went to fix a rock chip and end up needing a whole windshield replaced due to tech drilling too far or putting too much pressure. I came in with a tiny rock chip left the place with 2 cracks and now the windshield is cracked from side to side two weeks later

I started at Novus glass, asking if they could buff some scratches out of my windshield. They told me they wouldn t touch it and quoted me $2k to replace my windshield. I wasn t willing to go that route so I came to Jose. He quoted me $150 for the scratches and said if it wasn t successful he could get me the same windshield for $800. I m thankful I trusted them because a few hours later my windshield was nearly flawless and I only spent $150. They were a super friendly family, honest, communicative, and did a really good job. Jose was AMAZING! He had a lot on his plate today but still made the time to come out to our place in the evening and fix our back window on our van. Super nice guy, and his prices are unbeatable. If you need any window on your car replaced call Jose, he is the only call you need to make.

Made appointment for 9am for windshield repair. Show up 10 minutes early, and not only are they not even open for business despite their hours being 8am-5pm, but they didn't even remember me making an appointment the day before. The guy said the owner always opens late. He told me to come back the next day at 8am. Nope! Not gonna waste my time or money on this unprofessional business!

Jose is very professional and easy to work with. The only hic up I had was he was held up on a previous job before showing up so he was late for our appointment. An understandable trade off for someone who is eager to please, does good work and has great prices.

Trust the reviews...This is the place to go for glass repair. Jose is the man. He fixed broken windows in two of our excavators and a couple of our heavy trucks in just a couple days and did an excellent job!
