I have always had a great experience coming to see Tyson. He gives you time, advice, doesn't have inflated prices and treats you like a person. It's been two years since I discovered this shop and I will continue to refer my friends that listen to his shop.

I have not been here before but my friend had work done on his custom S&S motorcycle. I accompanied my friend to drive his truck home so he could ride the bike back instead of loading/hauling/unloading.The owner gave a very detailed invoice and explanation of the work performed... and best of all...it worked.I was impressed by how clean and organized the shop is. This guy KNOWS his stuff and didn't miss anything. He even located and fixed a rattle that was driving my friend crazy!I inquired about maintenance items for my own bike but it was out of stock. Price sounded reasonable though.Maybe y'all should check 'em out. Giddy up.

Tyson is an awesome guy, very knowledgeable and professional. Helps you out any way he can and takes the time to explain things to you if you don t know. Quality work at good prices. Bike has a problem? Take it to Tyson at City V-Twin Service No such thing as disappointment with a big V-Twin!!!

Experienced staff and perform great work .First bike was a junker I picked up for cheap, and of course didn't run. Had some experience mechanically so thought I'd take a crack at it. Ended up tearing her down to the last bolt and rebuild from ground zero. By some miracle, I was able to get it back on two wheels and running. Wanted a final look over of the bike and these guys surpassed my expectations. Super helpful and knowledgeable on the mechanics for improving the bike. Very happy with their work ensuring I rebuilt this thing safely.

I lost my mechanic when Yamaha closed its doors in downtown Kennewick.He is not any more expensive then any other shop and I take comfort that some "apprentice" mechanic won't be learning on my bike unlike some of the bigger shops in town.Very happy to have found Tyson. Honest, and thorough. He is my go-to mechanic now and I am happy to have found him.

Tyson is a great guy, he's worked on my Yamaha and my Harley and I'll go here as long as his doors are open. Top notch service service from an honest tech who knows his stuff.

Tyson runs a great shop & his employees are first class. Great service by long time factory trained mechanics. Love the quick service & they have a pick up service that is convienant.

Had my brother take his Harley to this shop. They did some work on it. Here are a few things they did wrong!1) Changed the fuel line with oil line. They said that there is no difference.2) Installed a new clutch cable. Oil drained out when they took off the right cover the install. Oil drained out when this was done and oil was Not replaced!!3). Clutch cable clamp was not reinstalled. Left the cable hanging down.This is a poor shop that doesn t pay attention to detail of work. This is just one bike with one time in the shop.
