Excellent experience at BMW Tri-Cities. I worked with Miguel Reyna last year when considering an X5 for my wife. The timing wasn't right then but when I reached out to him this week when my wife's vehicle suddenly needed to be sold, he quickly jumped into action to help us get what she needed. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted, worked diligently to work out the best purchase arrangements for us, and has been incredibly attentive in helping us set up her new dream car!

Eli Reyna did a wonderful job of helping me to find just the right car for me. I had a small list of must haves and he listened and delivered. I am now the proud driver of the X1 SUV. Eli also took the time to teach all the functions and how to use them. In addition, Armando in the business office was excellent and friendly. I am a happy customer!

I recently moved to the area and got my car serviced at this dealer for the first time. I left extremely impressed! My car was serviced ahead of the scheduled/promised time. And it was sparkling clean! My service advisor Damian is awesome! He s extremely professional and knowledgeable. BMW of Tri Cities and Damian get 5 stars from me!

I have leased and bought multiple vehicles with the Eli Reyna and Armando Cisneros team over many years. They have always both put in great effort to make sure that they know what I am interested in, know all the alternatives, and help me decide what works best for me. Most important is that they make me feel confident and comfortable about my decision. They are always readily available if questions arise in the future. Professional, personable, very knowledgeable and a very non-pressured approach. They clearly are the high standard one thinks of when you hear the name BMW and Audi!

BMW of Tri-Cities sets a gold standard for service. They are friendly, communicate well and treat you with respect. While they aren't the cheapest place in town, they are great to work with. I'm a big fan of Damian and their driver Mike, who have both been fabulous to work with the last couple of times I've had my car serviced there.

My wife and I have gotten two cars from BMW of Tri-Cities. Both times Miguel Reyna and Armando Cisneros assisted us. We can't say enough positive things about both Miguel and Armando, or for that matter the other folks who work there. Our experience has been awesome each time!

My husband and I just purchased a 2022 GMC Diesel Yukon Denali from this dealership. Our sales agent was Danielle Tolison. Must say she was amazing! She really went to bat for us to get the best trade-in value on our 2015 Yukon Denali. If you are looking for a new BMW or are interested in a good used vehicle, we highly recommend you ask for Danielle.

In my opinion this is not a competent staff, poor customer service. I will never get service done here again, nor buy another BMW. Not worth the headaches.Save money and buy a domestic brand, or save more money and buy a Porsche. Otherwise, prepare to hang out at the dealership throwing money in the garbage.

The service was very good. I dropped off the car they gave me a ride home they told me when the car would be ready and it was ready on time. They also provided a video of the inspection of the car, which was very good and informative. I would recommend Tri-City BMW to my friends.

We had an appointment and arrived on time. The staff were not prepared to take our appointment. We waited an hour and then left without buying the car. It appears the dealership has a staffing problem and/or a customer service problem. That afternoon, the sales woman came out to our house to complete the paperwork for the purchase. She was pleasant; however, she missed a signature. She called the next day to arrange to meet again for the signature.Overall, we like the car; we are not impressed with the dealership.

Had some repairs done on my car that took longer than expected due to parts taking some time to arrive. Was set up with a loaner as the work was completed and Ryan was dealing with my warranty company. Service and repairs were both above satisfactory.

My wife and I had an AMAZING sales experience with Eli Reyna of BMW of Tricities. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly friendly, good humored and non-pushy. He was also very knowledgeable on the particular model we were considering and went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our purchase. Sales person was fantastic! But ended up being told we were next for financing and should be about 10-20 minutes ended up waited 2.5 hours. Had a 2 month old with us, ruined a great experience.Received a call the next week, not sure if it was in response to this post, they apologized for what happened and are looking into their process.

We have had several BMWs from TriCities. My husband recently got another car. Our customer experience there has always been stellar. Miguel went above and beyond to help us in every way with the new car. We could not have asked for more. Armando made signing the paperwork quick and painless. Chris always watches out for us. The people there are friendly, courteous, and especially helpful. We really appreciate it.

Ryan, Bob and Samantha and the rest of the service team, took great care of my car and maximized my maintenance schedule on my vehicle to get the best value and reliability for my long commutes and drop me off at work and pick me up in a timely fashion which was excellent. Highly recommend BMW of Tri-Cities.

What a great experience. I actually purcased a used Mercedes SL550.started phone discussion with Asim who provided all the details I required. When the weather thawed out and I was ready to test drive it was his day off but he had made arrangements with Kaden to help me out. Excellent support from start to finish. Thanks for making my car purchase a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership..

Nazina, Armando and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They stayed late well past closing to test drive and work with me to finalize purchase. Then put me in a nice loaner from the lot while my new car is detailed and certified. Couldn't ask for a better process. Will definitely be back in the future!
