Great customer service! I got the privilege to meet Anthony, Brian, and Javier.They will do the best they can to help their customer. Didn t feel any intimidation and disrespect unlike my previous experience from another dealership.Above and beyond with the explanations and communication. Highly recommended if you are thinking about buying an Audi or any cars they have on the lot.Keep up the best customer service Audi staff!You guys are awesome!

Love how quick, on time the inspection was. I bought this car from another dealership but wanted to have it inspected by a licensed Audi dealer. The technician found problems that were thousands of dollars worth of repairs and sent a video. I shared this with the other dealership and they were apologetic and are fixing the problems for free, well worth the $190 inspection.

I went out all the way to Tri-Cities from Seattle to trade in and lease a new car from them. I was very happy with their business and it was definitely worth the 7-hour round trip. It saved me a ton of money and got a new Audi I love! Thanks Javier, Brian and Anthony for your wonderful deal.

My young daughter had the oil light come on while she was driving. She took the car right into Audi and they got her in right away. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it as a courtesy with no charge. Freddy is awesome and this is why we go there. A1 service

I was treated like Royalty and my sales agent Anthony and the sales manager Brian were very knowledgeable, accommodating and compassionate. They worked hard to find the car that worked for our family. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase that was not right for us and he found the perfect car for with the options I wanted. It was a wonderful buying experience !!! I highly recommend my sales agent Anthony and if you want to buy and Audi go to Tri-Cities Audi!

For starters, the CPO Audi A5 Cabriolet I purchased was in fantastic condition when I first saw it. Beautiful car! This dealership is indeed about people and, Audi s. The facility was nice and the staff I dealt with seemed friendly. However the service department refused to repair my vehicle under warranty and tried to tell me I needed more than what was actually necessary. On top of that they left slick motor oil all over my driver's side footwell area. I took my car to another Audi dealership instead that honored the factory warranty and was honest about what was actually needed.

We worked with Anthony at the dealership. He was on our side all throughout the process from searching a vehicle to negotiating a price. He was honest, friendly and didn t pull any salesman tricks. The financing part was quick and we were offered a good interest rate. I would come back to the dealership for any future purchase.

I loathe the car buying experience, but Anthony and Javi made it less painful. They were knowledgeable, respectful and super easy to talk to, which helped pass the time while the deal processed. The two were a great team! Would be happy to work with them again.

Another Awesome experience with Audi of Tri Cities. We had some modifications we wanted on our new Audi Q7 that required third party involvement. Danielle the service manager and service advisor Freddy could not have done a better job supporting us through this somewhat difficult process. A big thanks also to General Manager George Stanley and owner Chris Martinez also directly involved in the project. In the 43 vehicles I have owned this is the best, hands down, dealership that I have ever dealt with. Come check them out.

I recently bought a 2018 Audi Q7 from Audi Tri-Cities and my experience was excellent. What is unique about my purchase is that I live in Vermont and purchased the car remotely. The Sales Rep, Ethan, was incredibly helpful. He arranged to have the car independently inspected, which I greatly appreciated, and photographed the car in great detail before it was loaded on a truck for transport to Vermont so I had a record of its pre-ship condition. Armando, the Finance Dir, was also extremely helpful and very responsive when I had questions about the intricacies of purchasing a car remotely. I highly recommend Audi Tri-Cities and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Worst decision I ever made was taking my car to Audi . They completely over quoted my warranty company, 20+ hours in labor and thousands of dollars in parts . If that wasn t enough they held my car for over 3 weeks until I paid them over 500$ for diagnosis which consisted of services I did not ask them to do. After all that , one of their techs had the nerve to take my personal number and text me trying to get side work since he knew Audi did nothing for me, in no circumstances should you EVER ALLOW YOUR TECHS to take someone s personal info for their own gain. The treatment I received from Audi Of Tri-Cities feels criminal .

As I reached the door I was greeted by Ethan. My intention was to get my profile set up for the myAudi app. Ethan had some great customer service skills, and went through a few hoops to help me out. Though we were unsuccessful a few times, Ethan was willing to go the extra mile to really solve my issue. In the end I decided to head out before the issue was solved due to my toddler needing a nap thank you guys either way, I really appreciated it.

I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but my most recent purchase from Audi Tri-Cities was by far the best experience of them all. Not only was the salesperson very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me at all, but he was probably the most respectful and polite person I've ever met. Then I met the business manager, who was also extremely respectful and polite. Then they offered me the most amazing deal on a new Audi Q8 that I simply couldn't refuse. All in all, I am very happy with how well I was treated at the dealership, plus I am in love with my new car. Thanks to Audi Tri-Cities for a truly pleasant buying experience!

I had an amazing experience buying a new car at Audi Tri-Cities! It was a very stress free and laidback experience. The other reviews are accurate in regards to the sales team and overall buying process. Anthony, my salesperson was very personable, respectful, professional and knowledgable. He along with the whole team were genuine and made me feel comfortable in addition to valued as a customer. I've heard many stories about bad experiences at car dealerships with pushy dealerships and their tactics to upsell. I'm happy to say that I didn't feel any pressure and things felt pretty upfront and transparent. Javier in finanace was also great and gave me enough information to make an informed decision. The whole process took less than 2 hours which is very quick and easy all things considered.Kudos to the whole team at Audi Tri-Cities and thanks again for making it such a great experience. I wouldn't hesistate to buy another vehicle from them in the future and would check them out if you're in the market for one!

Anthony was responsive, personable, professional. I didn't feel pressured or strung along. I initially thought I'd get a different model than what I ultimately decided on, then decided on the way over (we agreed on numbers over email, made the process easy) that I might want a different car. Anthony had me test drive both and, like I mentioned, was very patient and welcoming, answering my questions.Unlike any car dealership experience I've had before. 5 stars! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ve been working with Jason Killmer in the parts department trying to track down a very difficult part to find for my vehicle. I contacted numerous dealerships on the West Coast, and shockingly heard numerous different stories with none of them matching up. I finally connected with Jason and have received honest answers and transparent advice from the start. I didn t realize it would be so difficult when dealing with Audi parts, but at this point I m just grateful to have met Jason and i m getting my issues resolved. If you on an Audi and you need parts, stop your search and just call Jason at Audi Tri-Cities.

Absolutely awesome experience. We had ordered another brand of vehicle and had been waiting a few months with no delivery date in site so we, kind of on a whim, stopped in at Audi of Tri-Cities. Our first question for the young salesperson was do you have any inventory. The answer was yes and after a little discussion Ethan went out to their lot and drove up with brand new vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for. So after a very nice test drive we sat down with Ethan and Sadik to talk numbers which was one of the easiest negations we have ever experienced. Next stop in the process was finance done very professionally by Armando. During this process Chris Martinez, the owner stopped by to make sure that all was going well. Once this was complete Ethan walked us through a three and a half hour comprehensive tour of all the wonderful features of our new Audi Q7. Thanks Audi of Tri-Cities, you folks are truly rock stars.

Went in for scheduled maintenance and car had.more repairs after appointment than when I had taken it in . Human error was the prognosis! Everyone spends 75 k on a vehicle to have the Dealership blame the owner for repairs when the vehicle is in their possession!Service manager also informed me that I could take the vehicle to Spokane Audi and have my work done there .

I recently had my first experience at Audi Tri-Cities. Anthony was very accommodating, professional, and hospitable. He met me as soon as I walked in and immediately made me feel as comfortable as one can feel in a car dealership surrounded by people who want to sell you something. He took the time to get to know me and find out what I was looking for. After test driving the car that Anthony recommended, I was able to meet his manager, Javier, as well as the owner, Chris. Anthony was geniune and did not try to up-sell me on anything that I did not want or need, which was extremely refreshing. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. I did feel a little pressure to make a purchase, but the team was very respectful and tactful in their approach. I really appreciated the time Anothny and Javier spent to ensure I felt as though I got a good deal. I would definitely recommend checking out Audi of Tri-Cities if you are in the market for a new or used car.

I currently own a 2019 Audi TT-RS, of which I am quite enamored. I should mention that I purchased this vehicle from out of state, and thus Audi Tricities does not have direct investment in my vehicle or my sales experience.I have had two minor glitches in the past few months. The first involved the locking beep when exiting the vehicle. It randomly shut off, and even after making attempt via the dash menus to rectify it, I was not able to turn those verification beeps back on. I contacted the Audi Tricities dealership, and the service department referred me to [Ellynn Dorsey, Internet Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)] for further evaluation.Upon arriving at the Audi Tricities facility, I was professionally greeted by Ms. Dorsey, and she proceeded to examine my vehicle. I believe I had been on the right track, as she also scrolled through the dash menus, and if I recall, tried a couple of other fixes that I was not familiar with. She was able to bring back the audio notification for the locking system. TheR entire process may have taken 10 minutes of her day, but for me, it was a great boon to again enjoy and have access to these seemingly rudimentary beeps . For me, they allow verification that the car is in fact locked and alarmed, and it provides me security and peace of mine each and every time I exit the vehicle.I had a second concern regarding the Android Auto (AA). I have not always been a big fan of the Android Auto (AA), finding it a bit convoluted and sometimes counterintuitive. I gave it a second chance and made attempt to activate it in my car. I was receiving error messages, etc. during my playing with the Android Auto, including one saying I needed a SIM card. Sooo, I called the Audi Service department, and they again referred me to Ms. Dorsey. I visited the dealership a second time, and she proceeded to assist me. I believe this time it took much less than five minutes, the end result being that one needs to access the AA via the USB cord in the older (pre-2022) Audi models. I would not have ever thought of that, but I am now enjoying the benefits of the AA interface in my vehicle~!These two individual contacts and their respective vehicle issues may be considered in some respects to be rudimentary service matters. For me, each and every time I enter my vehicle, I am pleasantly rewarded with the AA interface. When I exit the vehicle, I enjoy the short verification beep. Overall, I find myself to be quite impressed with the Audi Tricities dealership, and highly recommend them for your luxury vehicle needs. The type of follow up customer service and client satisfaction they provide is exemplary.

The people are very nice, however the charge to replace a headlight was apparently misquoted to me or something. And the email for updated cost was not correct, or at least not clear how you are supposed to sort through the link. So when I went to pick up my car, the next day, it was almost $100 more than the email, which was almost $100 more than the quote. And it was never explained to me how the cost ended up that high.

Walked in looking for an SUV/Family Car. Anthony was very patient and worked with our budget. We did not feel pressured into buying a car. After showing us and letting us test drive multiple vehicles. He helped us pick the right family car for us. Audi staff was amazing and welcoming with my 2 young children.
