Folks, this is the only game in town for auto parts. It's a small store so it goes without saying that they can't carry everything on the shelves but they can usually order anything they don't have, within reason and work hard to accommodate everyone

If I could I would give No stars a auto part store that has zero clue about customer service and integrity. Staff lies to sell products and that is just not good enough to call them a Business of Values. Shame on napa for allowing this to happen I will Never be back and for guarentee will tell everyone I know about my experience with the dishonest service. And incompetence of what they say as a representative of Napa they should be ashamed. Have a complaint with Corporate will see what change they make or claim to make. But as for me 3 strikes your Out and this has been the last Time. First time thought it was just a Misunderstanding or simply a mistake grace is for that,because but to Lie is beyond unacceptable

Good selection on automotive/truck parts and accessories. Staff is curtious, knowledgeable and very helpful. They will order parts not on hand, even help to install batteries or windshield wipers when needed.

If they don't have the part it is ordered asap. Great service. Wonderful people. Just like a person would expect in a country town.

As a woman, I hate going into auto part stores because I get ignored by the staff. I have never had that problem here. Good on them!
