I take the Ford F 150 and my mustang here for the oil changes and informs me on the work it may need, can have it done then or at a later time. Expedited service and very good customer service and knowledgeable.

Outstanding service! Junior and the team handled everything, showed me all the available options and provided some truly excellent service going above and beyond. Darrius worked on my car and did an awesome job. There were a number of things I needed to update and replace and he took care of it all quickly but without rushing. The folks working here are BUSY! I didn t see anyone take a break once but they seemed in good spirits!

Good grief. For 11 years I've taken my car to the dealership and taken my wife's car to the J word.The customer service I just rec'd here is second to none. And pleasant folks too. Brian and Evan were great. I feel like an idiot for not having gone here the whole time. I'm a new customer for life as long as it's this great

I went here at 4:40pm to get an oil change. They close at 5:00pm, but I thought if I was in line before they close, I would be serviced. At 5pm, a worker came out and told me and two other cars waiting that they were closed and could not service us. I wasted 20 minutes of my time sitting in my car just to be told I wouldn t be able to get serviced, even though I was in line before they closed. If they knew they wouldn t have been able to get to everyone, they should have put out a sign that said line closed or something like that. Or had an employee tell people before they close when they see a line up of cars. Don t wait until the minute you close and then tell people you can t service them. I asked if I could get a free oil change later as compensation for my time since I had been in line before they closed and they said no. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me.

Took my new Subaru in for its first oil change. Had a coupon. Great group of folks, did fast but through work and even showed me how to drain the oil for future reference.The part I liked best, was that I got to hear and watch the whole process and ask questions.

I want to give a shout out to Michael, Kevin, and Justin for a great first experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. They were super friendly and were all working hard to make my oil change very fast. Also, they went above and beyond to provide great service by running to Auto Zone to pick up a new cabin air filter I wanted but was out of stock at their shop. Great job guys! I will be back next oil change.

Wow, I ve never had such good service. I got a $25 off coupon in the mail, so I thought I d try them out. Super friendly service. They explained everything. Even changed my cabin air filter, which I didn t even know I had. Gave me a discount on that too!

If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of competence this staff has is unbelievable. Initially, they messed up my electrical on my car and tried to tell me nothing was wrong. Next, both the stems on my tires on my front drivers tires were busted and I had to fix on my own. Now, A MONTH AND A HALF LATER, my car is telling me I need an oil change. This is absolutely ridiculous

So happy there s a Valvoline close to me and took over the previous business that had awful customer service. Justin was my tech today and was knowledgeable and helped me understand more about my car s condition. Thank you Justin! Just like the other Valvolines I ve been to, this place is one you can trust and there s no unnecessary upselling.
