Karl has been my tire guy for a few years now and the experience has always been fantastic. Whether you need tires mounted and balanced or a leak repaired, he's got you covered. Can't recommend enough!

Most excellent service.Karl was very careful with my brand new, in the box for the last 18 years, wheels.He showed me how every area on his machine is rubber coated, and how my special wheels required being mounted face down - something the chain stores would likely not have done, and if they did, would have scratched the rim faces.Absolutely will go again for similar service.

Highly recommend!! The shop owner, Craig (i think?) is super cool. Came to get my motorcycle tires replaced and I was in and out in around 30 min. Reasonably priced too! The gear he has, kept my rims in perfect condition and got my tires off quick and easy. Will definitely be coming again.

Was looking for a place that could mount tires onto my new wheels without any damage and they did a great job for a very great price! Also came in 20 min late and was still happy to help, getting me in and out very quickly! Would definitely come back again.

Going forward there is no one I will trust more with my Shelby Mustang GT350R than the team at Tight-n-Tidy Racing. No shop big or small was willing to mount Hoosiers onto my carbon fiber wheels for either liability reasons or lack of trust in staff on how to handle carbon fiber. The team at Tight-n-Tidy Racing responded immediately, understood my frustrations, concerns and assured me proper care and procedures taken. They are pleasant people who worked me in quickly, were extremely efficient, and down right far more cost effective than any local chain tire company around. Tight-n-Tidy Racing is known for doing jobs that the others can't do and they truly lived up to that reputation. Thank you team!

Just got my wheels installed today. They did an excellent job and are very informational about everything. I definitely had fun and felt like I was part of the team. Looking forward to comeback for some tire installation.

Took my truck to the team and they did a fantastic job on putting together and installing my new wheels and tires. Quick at setting appointment and do good work. Will go back for sure and also bring my motorcycle tires there.

Karl did a fantastic job changing tires and balancing on carbon fiber wheels that dealership service centers and most other shops would not even want to touch. He went above and beyond by explaining in detail everything he was doing, allowing me to watch the process, and by accommodating my schedule. Very reasonable pricing too. I ll be definitely going back next time I need changing tires.

This is the way to go! I definitely trust Karl with my wheels more than a tire franchise store. He provides excellent service and it's very quick and convenient. I would definitely come back and recommend his services to others!

Bought my balanced wheels and tires from ebay and the car was shaking a little bit. Took the car to discount tire and after they "rebalanced" the wheels, the car started to shake even more so I was thinking that maybe I bought defective rims. After Karl balanced the wheels, the car started to drive very smooth thank you again.

Karl is a class act! I brought him a vehicle I recently purchased which had some wheel and tire issues, and he went the extra mile to make sure it rides as well and safely as possible. It was a lot of fun learning about tires from him, and my SUV now drives like brand new. Thank you Karl!

For me finding someone I can trust to mount and balance tires has been difficult. At the typical tire shop the service can be hit or miss, heavily dependent on who is doing the work on any given day and if done wrong the consequences are expensive. No worries with Karl and Tight-n-Tidy Racing. He owns the business and does the work and most important the work is done right. I needed some new snow tires mounted on my winter wheels, made an appointment, and Karl started to work right when he said he would. He took care to not scratch the wheels, checked for the balance marks on the tires (find the guys who even know what this is), took the time to balance each perfectly, and unlike my favorite BMW dealer, even set all four tire pressures correctly.

Had a great experience at Tight-N-Tidy Racing. The tire install went nice and smooth and Karl was awesome to deal with. Haven't had a tire mounting experience like this before and will definitely be a return customer. Couldn't be happier with the process. Thanks again Karl!

Karl does a great job, at a great price. He's incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, honest and also flexible to my schedule. It's so easy to have my wheels and tires shipped to his shop and they are ready when I arrive. No more waiting in long lines at discount tire :)

Been more than a few years and many sets of tires I've gotten work done by Karl, him and his wife are very professional, very kind, and have always made the process as easy as possible.Even when I had some fairly off spec stretched tires, they were glad to attempt and help out on the situation.Will definitely be referring and visiting them whenever necessary.Thank you guys!

Truly awesome service. Completely trustworthy - had a flat on a Subaru, thought we were either going to either have to order a shaved tire online, or replace all four. Instead, Karl was able to patch the tire. Anywhere else would have tried to take us for a set of 4 new tires, and these guys just wanted to help. Hard to find service like that these days.

I randomly stumbled upon Tight n Tidy racing while searching online for a good place I could get tires mounted on my set of rare almost new condition Nismo wheels. After reading all the reviews and asking friends who also gave good recommendations I immediately called to set up an appt. Like everyone says, Karl is a pleasure to work with. I told him what I had and we both discussed schedules. There was some conflicts due to just bad timing and also me going out of town the next week. Karl asked if I could drop them off and he could mount them between customers before I went out of town and I agreed. I dropped them off and to my surprise a few hours later I get a call from Karl that my wheels were ready for pickup. I couldn t believe it! Karl did an excellent job and so happy I found him instead of going to some les schwab or discount tire and being nervous of my wheels getting damaged. All the reviews are true, he really goes out of his way to take care of his customers, I will defiantly be repeat customer! Thanks again!

This is who you want working on your wheels/tires. Karl's a real pro and a really good person who respects your time and your vehicle. If you want to feel like you're in pit lane (minus the mad rush of course haha) for a few minutes, your search is over. Karl and Amy... thanks so much, you're the best.

I have had my tire mounted and balanced by Karl on two separate occasions now and could not be happier with the transactions. Both times, Karl made sure to not scratch or mar my forged wheels and balanced the tires perfectly, all at a very low cost. A name-brand chain store I went to before charged three times as much for the same service and left scratches all over my wheels. Perhaps the prices are low because it's a home-based business, but the level of service from Tight-n-Tidy is miles beyond anywhere else. I look forward to doing business with TnT Racing in the future!

Great service! I have a wheel that has a pretty bad wobble I was trying to find out if it was my wheels or something else. Made an appointment with Karl and brought my back two wheels in. He put the wheels up on the balancer and checked them out. Showed me the wheels were a little out of balance and cleaned them up. Don t by shy about making an appointment. He will treat you right. Honest service good prices. Will definitely not be the last time I use their services.

My motorcycle seems to have a nail magnet. Tight-n-tidy always does a great job of patching my tires from the inside. Getting flats on a motorcycle is scary, but their professionalism gives me the confidence to get back out on two wheels.

Karl is a pro and doesn't do a job halfway. If you want the job done right, use Tight N Tidy for your tire installation plus you save money vs. paying your local service station or tire company. It may seem odd for some to do business with a guy working out of the garage at his home, but you should have no concerns unless you don't like saving money and getting a professional tire installation.

THE BEST WHEEL GUY I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I have had wheels in the past that were a little bent, and TNTR made them roll PERFECTLY. This guy is a pro. He doesn't just throw weights at this thing based on the machine. He takes what it tells him, and makes adjustments in such a way that always perfectly balances the wheels while using minimal weights. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great prices too. Can't be beat! I hope this guy gets a larger shop one day. Customer for life.

Copying my review from Yelp:Bottom line: THE BEST tire installation experience(s) EVER!!First, a little background on me:I am a self proclaimed tire "enthusiast". My brother-in-law likes to use the word "nut" and jokes about all the research I do when choosing tires. I will scout reviews on Tire Rack, America's Tire, Les Schwab, Google, wherever I can find info. To me it's like the commercials... Too much rides on my tires to just go pick whatever is on the rack in the store. Sure there are the listed specs for wear, load, and speed ratings... Ohhh look, a snowflake symbol! :) :P None of that tells me which tires is better when 2 or more tires have the same exact numbers! Sorry, I don't plop down at least half a G without doing some research!Tires can be a major transformation on a vehicle. In many cases they are THE biggest bang for your buck performance enhancement. If you're the "just pick something off the rack" kind of person, then this review is not going to do much for you.Anyway, back to the review...I found out about Tight-N-Tidy via the NW Subaru forums. I was looking for someone local to install a set Blizzaks for my mother-in-law. The options were to install them up here and take them to her, or pick them up at the Tire Rack warehouse and get them installed near her. Luckily the place near her quoted something stupid like $60 per tire for tires not purchased at their location! Even the big chains up here wanted half of that! So I had them shipped to my house and on a whim searchEd Google for Puget Sound tire installers. That led me to the Subaru forums, and so on...I admit I was a little leery at first about a home based tire installer. I decided to give it a go after checking out the machines on the web page. Their response to my initial inquiry was super quick and polite. We got a time scheduled and I swung by after getting out of work one evening. Of course Kent Valley traffic was "turrabull" and ran me late but Karl and Amy were understanding. Watching them work together was pretty cool. It's obvious they've had quite a bit of practice and time working together.It's worth making a note here:They balance tires down to zero. Meaning, no weight variation what-so-ever!Most tire places get it "close enough" or "as good as it can be" and then try to blow it off on wheel or tire irregularities. I know because I've been told both on occasions where I've watched other technicians work, or noticed that wheels didn't feel completely balanced after an install. :| Talk about frustrating! :|Anyway, it was a great experience and I enjoyed watching a truly professional team at work. Even if it had me flashing back to my Auto Mechanics 1 class that I took in high school. :)That's it for the first experience!
