The door was locked. Open sign obviously lit. I walked around to see if I was at the wrong entrance, nope just a dark alley on the other side. I knocked, waved at multiple security cameras, drew attention, started commenting out loud about how 'it looks like there's cool stuff inside I might buy if only the door was unlocked' but alas, I saw nobody at the counter. I know 7:20 PM is getting close to 8 PM closing time so maybe their hours aren't correct? Hmm then why is the open sign on? I have many questions but this was a wasted trip. Oh well. I bet it's a great place, when they let you in! I'd be willing to change my review if I had a better experience.

I had a specific head unit I wanted in my 4Runner that was only sold online as a plug & play - this is the only place out of 3 shops I went to that said they had no problem putting in a unit I brought in myself. Price for install was very reasonable, he was very quick, love the family vibe of the shop & I knew that s where I wanted to spend my money - did not disappoint, he set my head unit up perfectly, everything works as it should. Bring your car here.

They are absolutely incredible! I had them install new pillar and raptor lights on my bronco and they far exceeded my expectations. They were extremely responsive and the quality of work was stellar! I would recommend them to anyone looking to install accessory lighting kits. Thank you for the amazing job!

Excellent service and they helped us on a complex install for a Porsche Cayenne and ever since that we ve continued to have them help us with other projects. From Headlights for our G Wagon and led light upgrades and made them reliable and cleared the light codes. To installing a flat screen in our C43 and it feels updated and we appreciate their willingness to help us. Thank you!!! Awesome family owned business! I took my 2000 jeep wrangler here because my radio stopped working. They got me scheduled early morning, next day. They ran diagnostics to let me know what the issue was and then replaced the radio for me. I dropped it off at 9am and they finished everything by 10am. Super quick, very friendly, and it was a perfect installation. They treated my old girl with lots of love and care and they are super affordable! I love my new radio, I'm so happy to be able to listen to music in my jeep again. I love being able to use family owned businesses and put my money into the community. I will be sure to tell everyone about them. Thank you again!

Great customer service and knowledgeable/qualified technician. Would highly recommend for any lighting work and they offer other custom work as well. I will come back for more work other than lighting as I trust the quality of service they provide.

I brought my own HID kit for them to install on my 2007 Benz E550. They did it all in a little over maybe 30 minutes. Couldn t have been happier. If I remember right, it was sort of like a mom and pop business. Very nice people. Will be bringing my CLS55 AMG there soon as well to have my headlights upgraded to HIDs

Very reasonable and geniuses in electronics. Replaced my Durango s lights to LED in about an hour and didn t charge me a fortune. I m going back there with my new car to get dashcam installed

We were looking to upgrade our outdated factory unit to one with Bluetooth and Android Auto capability. After doing some pricing and other research, we decided to give Stereo Centro our business.Being local (in Renton), we wanted to support a local business, especially during these tough times, and having driven by this place almost every day, I decided to stop by and see what they could do.We arragned a Saturday afternoon install. It took a bit longer than expected, but this is basically a one-man shop, so we were OK with that.We picked up the car later than evening, well after his posted business hours...he stayed late to finish the job, and called us when done.We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work. We will definitely keep this place in mind for any future upgrades to stereos or vehicle lighting!

Had Remote Start Installed. Dropped off car at 10am and was able to pick it up at 4pm which is what he told me when I originally dropped it off. Great Friendly Service.

I drive by this shop every day and it s busy. I wanted a couple small things done. 2 tweeters installed in dash and a third brake light. After I scheduled that job, I asked about bass options. He had suggested a powered sub and showed me video and pics of a truck that was exact same as mine. He put the same sub in that truck and said it fits perfectly behind seat. My truck is brand new so I was a little Leary. The price was surprisingly low, since I had been at car toys looking around at their prices as well.When I picked truck up I decided to buy the powered sub and scheduled install. The job was spectacular and the sub pounds far beyond what I was expecting. It also came with bass control which is needed.I will be getting 4 more speakers and an amp installed as well. His suggestion for that job was much less than what I thought I would need. I suggested more expensive stuff and he said it wasn t necessary for what I wanted to accomplish. Had he agreed I would have believed him.His prices match internet so there s no reason to buy your own stuff and have him install.So far both experiences have been very positive and the people are extremely nice and helpful. I won t be using anyone else for my stereo or lighting needs from now on, it just wouldn t make sense. For now a trust has been earned!

Had my low lights and fog lights upgraded to HID and Luis did a fantastic job. Fair prices and quick turnaround, not to mention him and his wife are extremely personable and friendly. Highly recommend for any lighting upgrades.

Returned vehicle with a broken panel and power draw that it didn t have before I took it in. Said they would order a replacement panel and never contacted me back. Took it to them to fix the power draw and they made things up like the battery was bad. Took it to test the battery, and the battery tested fine. Took it to a real shop and they found a fault with the power seat. Likely cause during the install but it wasn t worth my time to continue arguing with them. Fact stands it was fine before I took it to them, and after spending the money for a professional installation was returned a vehicle with a power draw and broken panel. Also, let them spec out some parts and audio cuts out at higher volumes.

Great little Shop. A very nice young couple. Had an alarm system installed after my dad's Caravan got broke into. They broke the glass on the right side. I took it back because I thought the sensitivity needed turned up. They re-adjusted it no extra charge. I got to pet the family dog while waiting. . Was a little concerned when they didn't have the viper alarm in stock. But after reading on the internet I found out that Directed Electronics owns Viper and clifford so it's all good!

Absolutely love this place! I've been going here for years I get all my lights and parts for my subwoofer system here! They are very nice and helpful and even diagnosed my system issues for free. I recommend going to this place if u want good service for your beats and lights for cheap.

I had an amazing experience with the staff & the customer service was A1 which is rare in today's time... They work with you for everything & the work that is done after the fact was fast, clean and most of all was affordable. They treated us super well, and even though we just walked in with no appointment, they still found some time to squeeze me in for an alarm installation same day!The install was very professional, and they had a very effective selection of alarms and other security accessories. They even were kind enough to give me a crash course on how the alarm works.Long story short, they treated us well, treated my car well, and provided friendly and professional service at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone with car security needs, my car feels safer already.

AMAZING! Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for aftermarket car/truck wiring and accessories. They wired up new LED lights and off-road lights on my old truck. Prices where great and service was awesome. Rocky the shop dog was friendly too! Will definitely be coming back when I am ready for a new stereo!

Wow! Look no further for your car audio or alarm needs! They were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my old Scions xB car alarm that even the dealer couldn't figure out! I stopped by without an appointment and they were able to fit me in. And in less then an hour they had come up with a brilliant fix for my alarm problem... and the price was incredibly reasonable!On top of that, they are very nice people! It's nice to see a small business like this doing so well. They were quick, courteous, resourceful, and knew their stuff.I also noticed that they sold car audio systems, car alarms, high intensity headlights, speakers, and stereos with and without navigation screens, if you're looking for that kind of thing.I highly recommend them!

I brought my Toyota Tacoma here as I recently purchased after market headlights. I was having trouble with my driver side high beam not working. Lewis was able to check the wires to make sure they were properly grounded and found that a wire had come lose inside the dust cap of my headlight. He's very knowledgeable and best price in all of Seattle. Thanks so much Lewis, I'll definitely be referring you to friends.

Laura and Luis are awesome and do a great job! The first time i popped in looking to get an alarm installed and Laura took the time to explain the different Viper packages and features because I was clueless. I made an appointment and made my deposit and she even messaged me the day before my appointment as a reminder. After my alarm was installed both Luis and Laura took the time to demonstrate what to expect and how to use my alarm system which was super helpful. Everything works perfectly fine! I ll definitely be coming back for new lights and speakers!

Luis and his wife suggested the right components, listened to my needs and concerns and were able to give me exactly what I asked for at a very fair price. My appointment was this AM, they made an accommodation for my schedule, and had the install finished slightly ahead of the promised time.The work was high quality and neat. I have a unique Citroen 2CV6, and they did a marvelous install of my stereo and speakers. I endorse Stereo Centro as a wonderful place for your mobile audio needs.

I had been having problems with my headlights. When I discovered Stereo Center Car Audio, that was a blessing.Owner and his wife are very professional. They know what they are doing. I had them replace my Led lights with HID lights. After installing them I still had the problem where my lights were turning off and on. I took it back to them. Owner was very understanding. He looked at the problem tried different ballast and it worked. Prices are reasonable. Most of all service is professional.
